Very Friendly, Great Customer Service, Great At Responding To Any Questions An Or Concerns!

I ordered 3 shirts and 2 hats well over a month ago and was told itd be ready in about a week. Now, when I call to check the status of my order I get a run around or they put me on hold for well over 15 minutes and then hung up on me so...

I was able to contact them about my order through email, and they would say they couldn’t complete order exactly to my liking and would suggest another alternative. When I would respond with okay that will be fine, can I place that order..........no response!Twice this has happened (on 2 different orders)

My bad people, Ive been sick & irritated & I apologize.My shirts are good quality, the gals are awesome, great customer service & the prices are very reasonable. They explain everything to me & everything came out perfect. You wont find a better place then Silly Cactus. I ordered more shirts a beanie & baseball cap & they had everything in my size. If they dont have the size you need they will order it. Be patient with them & respect them. Treat them the way you want to be treated. Awesome people. Thank you & God Bless.

Always very helpful and they will print school shirts on demand. I bought 4 shirts and before I even got out the door thought they might be too big for my child and they printed two more right then and there for me.

Not very helpful basically if its not in their 1/2 thick book they cant do it and they didnt even seem like they wanted to try. An employee who was at the counter even said to go elsewhere and I would have better luck and access to more designs. So I did and she was correct. No I cant recommend this place for a small niche market you would think a place would try harder to do business.

This place was fast and had good prices for my daughters school uniforms.

I was told about this site from word of mouth. Talk about so much to pick and choose from and as far as customer service they are patient, knowledgeable and helped me with my orders not to mention my items were delivered through priority mail. I highly recommend silly cactus to all!!

They are a little bit and miss in terms of quality and customer service. They are the most well known in the area for textiles and thats what carries them.

Recently i contacted Sily Cactus about having just a few shirts screen printed, right off the bat i was greated by a nice young lady over the phone, she took my information and passed it to another nice person named Trevor. Trevor went over my request and said “yes we can do just a few shirts, not a problem” Trevor then over the next few days laid out my order and contacted me via email of proofs of my shirts. A week later my shirts were done to my desire and at a price that no one around could beat. Upon picking up my order of only 5 shirts i was impressed not only with the shirts but how i was treated by the staff. Thank you folks at SC for your great work and kindness. I’m making a quilt for my grandaughter due in Sept. 2018. I took the quilt in to Silly Cactus to have her name embroidered in the corner. I could not be happier with the way it turned out.

Always get my daughters school uniforms from here, they are helpful and nice.

When kids have to use the restroom, you should let them. Taking my business elsewhere for uniforms.

School uniforms: They are expensive and the material of the shirts are thick, the shirts look old and worn out instead of going to silly cactus for school uniforms go to Totally Awesome Printing (TAP) their shirts are way better Material and cheaper
