The people at the Bullhead City Home Depot never fail to impress me with their incredible service and knowledge. I want to give a special shout out to Jennifer, Jacob and Chris who all showed incredible patience with what I needed help with and made it fun in the gardening section. Linda in plumbing department was awesome in gathering all of the items I needed for irrigation system. I could go on and on about so many great people in this store. Thanks to all of you!

This location is perfect if you are enjoying yourself in Laughlin and you suddenly need, say.. strong tape to attach to a credit card so you can pull out a CD that is stuck in your cars player!Friendly, helpful people!

We recently ordered new window blinds. We had the great pleasure of having Lynette work with us. We had some odd size windows and Lynette never gave up trying to find where we could get them. She was always friendly, positive and never gave up! We also had the pleasure of meeting Lori, the store manager. She has built a store with great, friendly and helpful employees! Her leadership is outstanding!

Very hard to get someone to help. Usually have to go looking for help and many times we are told that it isnt their department. The tall gentleman in the paint department however is great.

Just had a great meeting with Joe Orpen, who is the design consultant for windows and doors in Bullhead City. We came to our home last week, and was very thorough, and walked my wife and I through the entire process of using Home Depot for all our new windows and 3 patio sliding doors. Can’t say enough great things about Joe.

Lady didnt know what they had in washers put down Lowes and had nothing to sell us right then swore Lowes wouldnt have a washer for us there .went to Lowes bought my washer I wanted oh btw they had 4 more ready to go

Each time that I have been to this Home Depot (Bullhead City, Az) has been to rent tools or a trailer to move my Victory Motorcycle. Every time its been fast and easy. The people working in the store know the job well and the things that I have rented have always worked as they should. Pricing is good people working there know the job, and the tools were mostly new. I can only give them 2 thumps up. I like Home Depot always have.

Needed to rent an appliance dolly, but only had a couple of hours until they closed. The very friendly gentleman in the rental department was very helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. He explained the 4 hour rental would carry over until the next morning which was awesome. Definitely would recommend all equipment rentals from Home Depot

I went shopping for my 83 year old veteran father yesterday they would not honor his veteran status because he was not physically ther to shop.i had his state ID and his DD214 with me he was also available by phone and home depot in bullhead city would not honor it.said he had to physically be there. LOWES was happy to honor him and was very helpful to assist with the situation. He spent over 2700.oo at lowes

I showed up 10 minutes before closing in desperate need of a zinsco double pole. Anyone who works like a sparky knows the pain in the arse it is to located one of these, especially at 9pm.They welcomed me in, asking if assistance was needed so I asked anxiously where they were. Got perfect instruction as my stand up comedianpersonality quickly escalated with the awesome personalities of everyone working at the store. (One even offered psychiatric help to me which was greatly appreciated! You know who you are....)In the 10 minutes I was able to offer a rib eye dinner with beer when ever they happen on over to cochise county, an 8 hour drive away as we drive off through the parking lot seeing the lights turn off as we drove away.AMAZING STAFF there on July 7, 2021 at closing. (To who it may concern as I forgot to gather names) Ill be back as needed when Im here doing sparkyisms for whom ever needs it.Thank you guys!It was a lot of fun!

IF I NEED HELP WITH A PROJECT, this is the place I go. They have friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

No help what so ever. More employees than customers and 20 minutes looking for a pad lock while 7 employees never asked if I needed help and the check out was ridiculous and the very unfriendly cashier was busy on her phone. I will not return True value or Ace has loyal customer from now on.

Went to bullhead City Home Depot waited around a half hour nobody was willing to help my husband and I we ended up walking out. Wont stop there again.

Not the best organized Home Depot Ive been to. Ive seen others that when you walk in the layout makes sense, but not so much at the Bullhead City location. Still, even with that issue, they have pretty much everything you could want for your DIY projects.

So i want to thank everyone there for one. It was 120 degrees outside yesterday. My moms car broke down outside and she needed help because her phone had died. Shes elderly and had health problems do im extremely grateful for the kindness she told me she received yesterday from your store. The manager there, we dont know her name, helped my mom. She called AAA for her to get her car towed, helped charge her phone so she could get ahold of me, offered her water, and made sure she was ok every time she went by. And y’all were busy. If it weren’t for your kindness my mom would of had to walk in the heat to find someone that would be willing to call for her. It could of lead to her being in the hospital or possibly dying. So i will recommend you any chance i get. Not all hero’s wear capes, sometimes they wear The Home Depo aprons.

Bought a washer and dryer from them in April, when delivered the dryer was so bad the installers took it back. The store informed me the replacement wouldnt be ready until June 8th, when I called I was lied to repeatedly and charged for 2 additional dryers and they threatened to come to my house and steal my washer. I still have not been able access $745 from the returned washer. I will never shop at homedepot again. Go to Lowes.

This is probably one of the worst home depots Ive been to. The staff is what makes it so poor.They are not knowledgeable at all.I wanted a half inch shark bite tee fitting. The box was empty so I asked to representative and he told me it says they have eight in their system so I guess we dont have any likely because he didnt want to go look maybe their system should match their inventory. I asked well do you have plastic shark bite fittings. He tried to tell me shark bite doesnt make plastic fittings. Obviously Im more knowledgeable than him but he shouldnt be making statements that are incorrect. This home Depot could do better.

Greeted warmly upon entrance and if you walk in looking lost like I sometimes do they all of you need any help finding something which I find very helpful. Im so glad I have this opportunity to express in great detail my horrible experience this morning picking up an appliance for one of my customers as I went back to the area to the unit I was going to buy there is no worries to be found except for numerous workers in white t-shirts not the Home Depot uniform who didnt even acknowledge me there so I proceeded to take shrink wrap to wrap my unit and a hand truck to roll it up front to pay for it and leave only to be stopped by the Gestapo lady that runs the appliance section who comes out of the back stampeding like a buffalo Carrie down in the most unprofessional manner Ive ever experienced taking items that I was buying and watching them back to the areas where they go whatever her issue was you could definitely see her string hanging Then followed me up to the front only to be bombarded by her presence I asked her to leave me alone I dont want her help and had to raise my voice in order for her to hear me her persistence was quite alarming to say the least then the b**** turns around and tries to snatch me out to the manager like I was at the wrong well I got one thing to say about the manager usually if theres an issue he would approach the customer find out what it is see theres this thing called customer service that theres a lack of and definitely a most recent lack with this covid-19 b******* half these people think theyre f****** cops. The only way I can post as if I put a star but I shouldnt even deserve that whatever her name is Caribou Sue or Stampede Stacy who cares they really f***** up when they put women in the construction industry not that theres a problem with women in the construction industry but at least know what the f*** youre doing to represent a certain trade and or Department representing at trade and f****** me wheres the f****** manners I guess this part of the country people lack that because they have no proper upbringing

There is a wonderful appliance department at Home Depot in Bullhead City. Regie is so helpful and knowledgeable and every employee that weve encountered in the process of buying our appliances has been wonderful.

Home Depot is a good enough hardware store. Normally busy in the lumber section. Which is to be expected. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of employee awareness of customers. I seen 4 employees just casual chatting when I passed by. But after shopping at home depot all these years its be to expected at this point.

Ran into an issue at this home depot that I never have before! I work overnights and drove here from Tempe AZ trying to make it before they close and got here 8 minutes before closing and the paint department girl Kelly was pretty disrespectful and making it known that they are about to close and she didnt want to do the paint match for me because it was cutting it too close to getting of work on time, but my company spends over $3 million a year at Home Depot, I was in the same parking lot as Lowes and could have taken my business to them instead of driving an extra 7 minutes out of my way just to come to home Depot and to be treated the way Lowes treats everyone!!! I can say that this is pretty pathetic that I cant even count on home Depot for me to be able to get the things that I need to do my job overnight because no other parts store is open at night! So the next time Im in town Ill make sure to take my business to Lowes and I will make sure that every single person in my company does the same

I just had a question and the 3 workers were mixing and shaking paint. The completely ignored all the customers until they were completely done with their task. No eye contact. No interaction.
