I brought in my 2020 road glide ultra in and Kavin took point, From his professional suggestions to listening to my needs he was responsive and updated me weekly on the progress sometimes twice a week.The quality from Zane and the guys was exactly what I wanted.It wasnt I high price upgrade but the guys did great with my budget. These guys are amazing!!!They saved me from a nightmare I was living. Another shop had my bike for 8 months and no work was being done!!! I brought it to Southern Cycles and within a MONTH EVERYTHING WAS DONE!!!They did a custom paint job, competition sound system, some custom work, brakes, and a safety check. I took my dad’s Dyna Wide Glide in because it had been sitting for years since his passing. This bike was in need of a lot of TLC. I asked the guys if the could get it going and make it road worthy. They called after a few days and asked if I wanted it detailed. MAN DID THEY DELIVER!!! When they pulled the bike up it looked just like it had all those years ago when my dad tore down the road on it. I was instantly transported back in time. It was great! It even got my mom to reminisce about the old days.The bike looks and runs like new. At no point did I feel like I was getting the run-around. Everyone was laid back and answered every question I had. This place rocks.

I gave them a 30k CVO with a bent fender and they ruined it! I had to pay harley davidson 3k to get the bike running properly and Im still fixing stuff a year later..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... FIND ANOTHER SHOP!

I went in to get some accessories for my wife’s heritage softail , she didn’t like the handle bars so I was looking at several different styles , but it’s hard to get a good idea from looking at a picture , so after a while of looking I found some that might work for her so we ordered them , I picked them up when they came in and tried them on the bike and didn’t really like them so I called southern cycle and asked if I could bring them back and get a different set and they said no returns on special orders. I was not told that nor does it state anywhere on the receipt about no returns on special orders only sale items and electrical parts are not returnable. Whenever you place a special order they should tell you about their no return policy , just threw away $150.00 thanks southern cycle .

Great shop. Twice I have come and they have saved me big bucks where they easily could have overcharged. Didnt try to sell me things I didnt need even when I wouldnt have known better. I live in Atlanta and they are worth the drive for the service I receive.

Highly recommend!Before running to the dealer, I would suggest taking a trip down to Southern Cycle. They sourced all my parts in a timely manner. They had all of my parts in stock. They were happy to answer any questions I had. They even walked me through my entire repair (with pro tips lol). Not once did I feel pressured to go through their service dept. I will always go here first before ordering any parts online or from the stealership

They won’t answer the phone. They still have “ We are going to be off for Thanksgiving on their answering machine from last year and then when you leave a message to call you back they will never call you back. I will not visit there again I thought I might have had a local place to take my bike to for repairs however I was highly disappointed in the fact that they will not call back to discuss your issue.

Had to get a Helmet...add some goggles----$40 even. And a Good Lookin Girl to boot....Love It !!

I have a 2018 Indian scout bobber. I’ve always went to the dealership for oil changes/maintenance and even had them install kuryakyn Bluetooth speakers. I called in a few weeks ago to get a quote to have some Roland sands pipes installed. The dealership quoted me $1,200. I decided to do my research and just see if anyone else could beat the price. Southern Cycle not only cut my price in half, but gave 5 star customer service.I was on their website at 10pm at night filling out a “contact me” page. Within 5 minutes, the owner Sean emailed me back saying he’d get in touch with me the next day.Fast forward to the day of install. I dropped off my bike only to turn back around an hour and a half later to pick up. Super fast. Super satisfied.I cannot recommend them enough. Customer for life.

Dropped my bike off to get a set of Vance and Hines Power Duals installed. They knocked it out quick and the price was very competitive. The Mechanic even loaded the correct map for my fuel management system and the bike runs and looks great. Later, Took the bike back to get new wheels put on and got the bike back slightly damaged. The front fender has a big ding the exact shape of the crossmember between the front forks. I called them and asked them if they knew about this and they denied it. Logic dictates that it was damaged when they removed the fender to add the extensions but I don’t have video so I am stuck with it.

I happened to find these guys from Google after a bad experience at the dealer. I was frustrated about a new (to me) bike I purchased just days before, and the run around and ridiculous quote from the dealer. It was by chance that we found Southern Cycle, but man we found the best! Their prices first got my attention, but after bringing my bike to them and talking with them I was SOLD! They were honest, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about everything motorcycles. They kept me in the loop through the whole process and even insisted on talking face to face about the cost and repairs needed, instead of an impersonal phone call. Although, they didn’t give me the best news about my bike, I never doubted their honesty and intentions. If I ever need anything in the future motorcycle related, I’m fortunate to know exactly who I’ll call. Thanks guys, you have a customer for life.

Best and Honest motorbike mechanics.Very reasonably priced and no nonsense .I had a work which was estimated about an hour but since he finished in much earlier ,he charged only half of what was quoted originally,. My Harleys family doctor :)

Great people over at Southern. They dont push a sale. They wont sell you anything you dont need or want. I just purchased a v-rod and the previous owner put on mirrors that were unusable and grips that were uncomfortable for my hands. They sold me a set of mirrors and a pair of grips for nearly half the price of other shops. They even installed them free of charge. My mother in law has a 09 fat boy softail and she needed new grips and mirrors as well. She found a pair of grips she liked and found comfortable but they didnt have any mirrorsat the time that worked for her. They didnt push her to get a set of mirrors that she didnt like or that didnt work. They put on a set of mirrors that she liked and when she sat on the bike and found that they wouldnt work they took them back off and put her old ones back on free of charge. Everyone at Southern Cycle is very knowledgable both me and my mother in law bought our bikes used so we had no idea what type of oil it used or what type of filter it needs. Sean was able to tell us exactly the oil type and filter we needed. Sean is by far one of the most skilled artist with a paint gun and airbrush both my mother in law or i have ever seen. His prices are competitive and i have had no issues with any of the work they have done on either of our bikes. Overall Southern Cycle is a shop that makes you feel like you are at home and part of their family. Anytime i recommend a shop whether its for aesthetic parts, functionality, repairs, or paint i happily recommend Southern Cycle and will continue to do so.
