They are a lier. Everyone in the company speaks differently. I sent my electronic board to them. They thought they repaired it and they sent it back to me without giving me information. I forced them to return the item to the facility to test and share the test result with me. Guess what happened? Board has not been repaired at all. Didnt finish yet, they said next day first thing ship my board back to me. 4 days passed. They just created shipping label. As soon as I receive the board, I am going to open and check inside.

I contacted two other electronic repair companies prior to contacting Global Electronic Services. Both told me they could not repair my board. GES said absolutely they could repair the board. When I sent it in they contacted me and gave me a very high price for repair. I base that solely upon the replacement cost. When I contacted them and told them that was too high they said that they could do a simple repair without a full check and test of the board and they dropped the price considerably. I just received the board back and it works perfectly. And the paperwork also reflects some tests that they performed on the board to ensure that the rest of the components were good. They were very responsive, contacting me frequently to let me know what was going on. I highly recommend Global Electronic Services. I am very happy.

They basically begged me for a chance to repair my board, I even sent them a photo of the damage before sending them the unit to make sure they could repair it, which they assured me they could. So I sent it in just for them to get back to me saying they couldnt fit it. Its now been with them for 4 weeks and I havent received it back yet.

This company is a nightmare. Lies and deceit. Apparently it appears that they might instruct their account managers and customer service reps to tell the customer whatever he or she wants to hear. To lure the consumer into sending their faulty electronics to them. Not even looked at or assessed by any technician, they fire out an invoice to the consumer and ask for payment. When questioned for answers, lots of double talk and lies. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

These folks are definitely my go-to when it comes to any type of repair. They far surpass the competition and go above and beyond for the reps. I worked there for a little over a month convincing people to send items in for repair.Out of every repair I sent back at least half did not work. I had a customer report to me that there were obvious bad components on a board, he sent it back under warranty and when we returned it the board had again visible bad components and didnt work.If you ask other employees if the warranty situation was consistent they were afraid to answer as there are literally cameras every few feet in the ceiling. I am pretty sure you would be under less surveillance working at the CIA.I would highly suggest nobody ever work here or utiozeu this companies services. They promise the moon and stars only to deliver repairs that you will have to return multiple times before they end up scrapping them.Buywr beware.

These guys are the best. Our account rep, Angel, was referred to us by a mutual acquaintance when a custom gear motor on our rip saw went down. We were looking at a two week turn-around from the manufacturer for a new motor and several thousand in replacement costs. After talking with Angel, I felt pretty confident that if the motor was salvageable, then they could take care of so we gave them a shot and they didnt disappoint. Literally 3-days later and for less than a third of the replacement cost, we had our motor back up and running, Definitely highly recommended for any kind of electrical repair.

I spoke to half a dozen different people from Global while our CNC parts were being fixed and they all were extremely helpful and polite. The technicians that helped us were very knowledgeable and prompt. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable and fair cost. Although this review is for the overall service,the excellent communication with technicians, and the outstanding staff they have taking calls, I have to call out Michael Patterson as the man . I had a warranty issue, and working with him was like getting bumped up to first class from coach. Nice to have an advocate like Michael in what could have easily been a much more trying circumstance. I send all of my repair opportunities to Global. My rep, Angel E. is very prompt and knowledgeable of what the customers needs are, and what the shops capabilities are. Ive sent them Allen Bradley items, that if I wanted to buy from the factory, Id have to wait 10-12 weeks. Angel can get some of these repaired in as little as 24 hours! I recommend GES to everyone

Worst Company ever. I know by experience. They lie about there benefits, they cant keep those promises. If you get a repair you will be sending it back 99% of the time. Overall worst company ever. Im not pleased with the services of GES. My device (almost new HMI) was at their facility for 10 weeks to repair an ethernet port. It turned out they could not repair it and I suspect the part was too costly or unavailable. They advertise 1-5 day turnaround! We spent lots of time on both ends to resolve this. Not sure what their technical expertise is but customer service is problematic.

Alright so this company is pretty great and let me tell you why! The customer service for one is PHENOMENAL!!!!! Shout out to my rep. Angel Elingham, honestly my favorite sales rep. among 15-20 others that I deal with on day to day basis! The work we have them do for us is repairs on welding machine control boards. These folks went and built an entire testing station for our needs. I mean thats is amazing. Plus the fact that they have a 18 month warranty from the date the board is instaled... enough said!!!
