This store is new and today was my first day to visit . very organized display. I couldnt find what I need today but I will go back to check again!

Clean new store. Great merchandising. Some BOGO were not reflected at register and cashier had no method of checking or correcting discrepancy. I would prefer the purchasing coupon benefits not have to go through email.

I never really knew what Big Lots was.... but boy oh boy, it’s my go to store now!!!First and foremost, they have a little bit of everything there!!! I was pleasantly surprised that I could get reasonably priced furniture there, and also my baking supplies. It’s really a one stop shop! What sweetened the deal for me was the SUPERIOR customer service I received from Michelle, in the furniture department!! She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable! It’s a pleasure to see her anytime I go into the store.

Great trip! We entered to look at the seasonal decor, but we ended up being able to find new furniture for a bedroom. The associate in the furniture department, Sam, was VERY helpful and helped me find another Big Lots store that had an item I wanted in stock, even while juggling SEVERAL other customers! He also helped load my new memory foam mattress onto a cart and pushed it to the front, as I am disabled. I appreciated his help so much!

The STORE MANAGER (Brian) at this location is awesome normally dont shop at big lots but I will now. This the best service I have ever experienced at a big lots. Wow

The customer service was excellent and they had a lot of outdoor furniture cushions to chose from.

There used to be a time when you could walk into a big lots with 25 bucks and walk out with a grocery cart of things. Now everything is 25 bucks!

Love the new store. Really is big. Since they moved to the new space I havent had a chance to just walk through the whole store. I did that today. It was easy going down the aisles because everything wasnt crowded.

It was my first time in the store since they moved from their old location. It looks very nice very modern. They did a very nice job setting the store up.

I WISH I remembered her name, but we just moved here from Seattle and were looking at couches and the girl that greeted us was very helpful as we looked at furniture. She explained the durability of Broyhill, the waiting times for different items due to COVID, and how that their store is one of the brand new Big Lots! that was built with a new format and feel.

Shopping was Good our first time there. The lady that helps with mattresses was kind of rude but maybe she had a off day. Every one else was very nice and the place was clean.

Bought a Christmas tree in a long box and heavy and clumsy to handle. But the woman working...around lunch time...graciously helped load it into my car. I am so sorry I dont have her name.

If you shop at Big Lots this is the store you want to shop at. This store is clean and well organized. The employees are friendly, helpful, and act like they are happy that you came in.They have a large selection of goods including a large furniture section. I recommend this store and will shop here again.

Not a fan of this location since they moved. Their selection has gone down hill. No school /office supplies at all and the prices of what the do have in stock arent what they used to be. I understand COVID happened but the other locations dont seem to have the inventory issue this one does.

Nice, clean new location, same friendly associates. They didnt have everything restocked (went in to get a couple of specific things I usually got when they were down the street, but they didnt have them), but it looked nice, there were lots of other items. Ill definitely check back.

I bought a twin sized bed today and had excellent customer service from the phone call to loading it in my car. The store looked very nice in the inside.

Special thanks to manager Tiffany for not only saving a sale but creating a terrific shopping experience. Was planning to purchase an outdoor canopy But had some confusion with the sale price. One associate told us that was just the situation but when my wife spoke with Tiffany she took care of the situation and had a wonderful attitude. Thanks for handling this situation and creating a repeat customer!

I can understand people are stressed with the current environment. Sighing when a customer asks for price check and making negative comments under your breath must be the new kind of customer service.

This is an upgrade compared to its first location. Very spacious and cleaned. It was well stocked and the staff was very friendly.
