Words cannot describe how helpful Ella was with my printing services she went above and beyond to make sure my products were perfect since there was a problem with how I had uploaded the design but she was super sweet & professional I truly appreciate the customer service. Five stars is not enough for her!Thank you will be definitely come back for all my business needs.

Unfortunately, customer service is non-existent. Placed a print order online that sent an update in progress. Called to find out when when the order would likely be ready and there was none in the system. Was given phone number to call customer service knowing the offices were closed. The manager then picks up and would like for me to now submit another order and pay double for a non-existing order. When questioned about lack of customer service, the manager hung up! Unbelievable!

Don’t waste your time. The manager “Sunil” is rude and instead of listening is quick to give 1800 number

When a customer is trying to get your attention you shouldnt look at them and then walk away, especially if you are the store manager.

Terrible “COPY/PRINTER” service! I paid EXTRA for my 12 pieces to be printed within an hour. He took 3 hours!!!! He did not want provide a refund! However later on said to just take them. Which felt much better about. But then did failed to roll them up correctly and ripped 2 of them. AGAIN WITH THE TIME CONSUMING! I told him I need a certain paperwork. He printed out the INCORRECT one. The person had no name tag, however he has curly hair and wear glasses. He also failed to provide all of the 12 sheets. He kept bringing me duplicates. It was time consuming which is why paid extra. When I provided my phone number I specifically said if an issue comes up call me immediately which HE FAILD TO DO SO!TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL!

I definitely dont utilize Staples enough. They definitely will get you out of a bind with their vast inventory of office type products.

The only person there to help was up front on the register, so I walked around trying to find something for 15 mins, when I finally found it by myself it was just an empty display box that said ask associate for help. I just left and went to BestBuy nextdoor where I was greeted immediately and bought my item there.

The customer service here is hit or miss depending on who is working. Today it was a miss. The male manager is not friendly and not helpful. He would not allow me to return an item I bought less than a month ago but over the 14 days that evidently is the return policy now. The item was unopened and obviously still being sold at the store. He would not allow it as if those additional 6 days that I had it made any difference. Their prices also are too high. Im done shopping at Staples. Amazon has everything I need at a better price and has much better customer service.

Stopped in looking for an office chair and was immediately greeted upon entering. As I started to try out their chairs two friendly associates asked if they could help me during the first 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting Office Max type service where I feel like an invisible customer. They had dozens of chairs so I spent about an hour trying every one of them and a young man named Joshua periodically checked back with me offering assistance. It is rare to get this level of service and I always make the time to write a review when I do. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be going back.

The Customer service was exceptional but the prices were higher than we originally thought. I can imagine that it was to offset the amount of inventory they have. It was however better than office depot

Associate David helped the wife and I on several purchase decisions. Not only was David very knowledgeable about a wide array of items but, he professional and most helpful.I have always found staples to have what I need at competitive price.

I love this store! The service that I received was beyond my expectations. Brandon my sales associate was so friendly and personable and HE knows his stuff ! Its not the first time that I have been happy with service at the Woodward Crossing location. I highly recommend the store.

My husband got his stamps and other BSA needed office supplies here. Everytime my children and I shop here, we find specialty items easier here than any other supplier. And the back to school sale items usually are 50¢/piece just in time.Yeah, Staples!

Awesome printing department so use to just running up to Kinkos and being overcharged to be charged like Im human and get great service at Staples was mind-boggling thank you Staples and Andres.

Not only do they have office supplies, but also have connectors that are hard to find for electronics, computers, printers, and such.

Purchased a chair at alpharetta location and brought it back to buford to exchange. Manager was rude and said without reciept he would not help. This was purchased online and he refused to try to look up the purchase. Go to office depot this place has horrible customer service. Manager should get a job somewhere where he does not have to interact with people.

This is the only office supply store I use. The service , prices and merchandise selection are tops.I also call their techies in the store when I have technical questions. Couldnt do my business without them.I live near many office supply stores but I use Staples exclusively

Quiet location and friendly people. Even had to return something and they did a great job.

So i visited the store today 4/21/2018 to introduce a Community relationship between the Summer Camp that i manage and Staples ( I didnt go Cap-in-hand, this was Professional ). The cashier and store manager where so friendly and helpful but they referred me to the General Manager (Ike) . My goodness, what a cold reception ! No handshake, no smile; even standing far off as if i was contagious. The service i got from him was immediate dismissal !( Drop your details well get back to you) it wasnt in the words but in the attitude. And guess what? His African too, just like me. If it was from another Nationality i would probably raise the racism alarm. Why do we humans do ourselves this way? You dont own the store, you work there too.

90% of my visits involve the print section. The gals back there are awesome, but incredibly overworked. They often times have a huge line and are running around with their hair on fire. Im sure they would appreciate some extra help, as would the people who have to wait 15+ minutes to submit their orders.Update: Its only gotten worse. Amanda is always super stressed as the line builds and she gets zero assistant. I can see her frustration as she is bustling and a handful of other employees stand around with nothing to do. The older woman with the glasses tries to help but is clearly out of her element. Going to have to take my biz somewhere else.

When you as a store mislabel an item and then treat the customer like theyre trying to rip you off when they want the price thats posted I find that to be unacceptable. Your employee made the mistake not me so treat me with respect.

Disappointed today. I was to pick up an online order but left after waiting 30 minutes. Customers shopping in store had zero wait time so lesson learned. Do not order online for in-store pickup from the Buford store
