Great store! Affiliated with Gamestop too. Similar, but thinkgeek is WAY better. Lots more items instead of all games. But they have both. Win-win!

The sales people were awesome. This is a store I or my family usually just go into, browse and leave. The last time we went in here, the salesperson approached us and said come on in and feel free to touch whatever. do not worry about breaking a thing. Well, I was there with my wife and 5 year old, the five year old runs all over stores like this with super excitement. She made me feel calmer about the visit. We started our way through the store with a little less tension. I was looking at something and my wife was looking at something. She was prompt to help and answer any questions we had. Well, needless to say, we left with over two hundred dollars worth of goodies. One of the goodies being a useless box. Who can sell a useless box? She did! I bought that and a Gandalf staff, from the hobbit. Theyut came in that morning. Well, I certainly was not there to buy one.I loved the visit and felt super happy when we left. For that we will go back. I wish I could remember the girls name, she was awesome. Thanks so muck MOG thinkgeek!

Item purchased was defective out of box (sound card). Returned to the store in 48 hours. Store manager Elle claimed a clear plastic packaging bag was missing and denied return. The item is in new condition.

A True Geeks Paradise!The staff actually looked like they LOVED their jobs. Great smiles and even better knowledge regarding everything I touched in the store.Their level of customer service was so Top Notch. It almost felt like they were following me around the store... BUT IN A GOOD WAY. They serviced my questions and concerns and did the same for everyone!!If you had a concern or needed a little bit more info, they will explain EVERYTHING!!!Thats so rare these days!

Bought something in the store, it was defective out of the box, tried returning and the lady refused to do a return for it and kept offering store credit or a replacement and then they claimed they couldnt do refunds back to a card like every other store in the country. Not coming back.

What an awesome store in an awesome mall when my favorite places to go however they get 3 stars verse 5 because they didnt have the original annoy a tron in stock or the evil tron which is pretty much what got them started as a company wish they had it in have to order it online when I was actually in the store at the time very few locations wish there was more

I came in yesterday looking for a gift for my fiancé, and the worker there, Elle, was the most helpful sales person I’ve ever encountered. I purchased a really large item and she worked with me to try to conceal the box from my fiancé who was at the mall with me. I’ve never received such helpful service. She deserves all the praise possible.

Liz is awesome.When we walked into the store Liz walked right up to us with our 5 year old in toe and told us to let him touch whatever he wanted and enjoy the store...she was welcoming everyone into the store,she helped me find a shirt that was the right size.She was very knowledgeable about what she had in the store.We walked out of the store with more than we went in for spent a lot of $$$!!We have been in there a few times never bought anything and probably wouldnt have today if she wasnt there.She is awesome,friendly and I will definitely be back.

I love this store! They have a wide variety of items from a wide variety of fandoms. Their staff are engaging and approachable. They encourage you to play in their store. Its a wonderful place.

Great customer service. The employees always seem happy to be at work and ready to help. Some of the stuff is expensive but they have a lot of things you cannot find elsewhere.

Will shop online from now on. Jackie had been horrible every experience. She likes to talk loudly about her company. Last time it was they were too cheap to buy candy for Halloween, this time it was they didn’t pay the power bill. The handmade signs with sharpee are a classy touch and don’t expect any clarification without some serious sass.

If you like the other stores, such as: Hot Topic and Character World, I promise you; you will love this store! They have like every cartoon, tv/movie, comic character you can think of and I even got to pick up a giant Captain America shield!Overall: A+

Not large enough to have much for any ome fandom, given their attempt to cover them all. Its like you go in, find something cool, but its not your size or quite the one you want, but theres not a chance in hell of them having another in the necessary size or having exactly the one you do want.

Selection is good. The staff is super friendly.

This place is awesome and my husband is instantly in heaven when he walks in the door. The sales reps are always nice and helpful and they actually know about the merchandise that they sell! Thats a plus in my book!!!

I feel like the ThinkGeek IRL stores went downhill when the company went full GameStop. This store used to have great stuff all over the place, but their stock doesnt seem as great. Its basically GameStop without the games.

Any geek such as myself knows this is the prime location to gather all of our geek merch that has a little bit of everything. Swing buy and give it a little peak and youll see what Im talking about.

It’s a really good place to buy stuff from there but they have some stuff that it is expensive. The better store to go buy is GameStop because they cheap games there and some toys that are cheap. I highly recommend GameStop is better😏😏😏😏😏.
