The staff was very sweet. But, I only give 4 stars because I ordered a Chocolate Elixir. Based on the advertisements, I and my brother expected the drink to be hot. Rather, it was like a blended, dark chocolate frappacino. Had I known this, I would have ordered a warm drink for the cold weather. Nevertheless, the drink was very good.

I purchased 200 chocolate bars this past weekend! After the employee offered to count out an assorted 200 and package (bag and ribbon) a few for me, I left to explore the mall and told them I’d come back in about an hour. When I arrive to pickup and pay for my items- the 200 bars hadn’t been counted out. I also got home to find they did not cut the ribbon but instead threw a huge lump in the bag. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had not of offered to do it! Customer service also includes follow through 🤷‍♀️

Godiva chocolate is superb! Their variety is great.....from white, milk and dark chocolate.... with all of the many different fillings, fruit, nuts, caramel, coffee....Best truffles! 💜They also have seasonal chocolate covered strawberries 🍓 😍 YUM 😋

Hot chocolate was amazing. Invited a cup to a couple of friends and they got hooked on the hot chocolate. The staff was very friendly. But they are a bit slow. Store was not full and it took me 15 or 20 minutes to get an order of 3 hot chocolates.

I am a new conformer to the Chocolate Goddess herself. It started with chocolate strawberries for my husband for his birthday. I signed up for the rewards program and now i get a free piece of chocolate a month..and to top it off... You get $10 free for your birthday every year. Im specifically asking for Godiva for Valentines day and get of out of the dog house free cards for the rest of my life. And if you havent got one of the drinks yet... You havent lived.
