Honda brand has been my favorite for awhile now, but, I was hesitant to buy a new car due to the effects of the pandemic on the car industry, mainly the problem with parts (chips) on back order and the price hikes. I really had made up my mind to either lease or buy a certified used Lexus. But, Dino at the Mall of Georgia convinced me that the 2021 Honda CR-V was the car for me while we were out test driving it. He showed me all the new accessories and and tricks the vehicle could do. But, what I appreciated most from him was his mannerism. He was very patient and answered all of my questions sincerely and honestly. I very much appreciated his straight forwardness when addressing my concerns and his understanding of me as a customer. I feel more comfortable when dealing with people who can remain cool under pressure, which makes me feel reassured. If you are looking for someone who wholeheartedly has your best interest in mind, ask for Dean Bloom!I initially met Dean in late January of 2021 to look at used Honda Civics but wasn’t quite ready to purchase. He was very understanding, showed me around the lot anyway, and generally gave off good vibes. We exchanged information and Dean never once blew up my phone about coming back in. Around June, my previous vehicle all but died, so I came back knowing that I wanted a newish, molten lava Honda Civic.Much to my dismay, there were not any on lot that fit this description. I test drove about five cars ranging from a 2017 Civic Sport in firetruck red to a 2019 Accord (he even took me to check out the brand new Civics but I don’t like the display). I settled on a blue 2019 Accord that had more than a few miles and a bit out of my price range, but mama needed a car and it was the best option.Here’s the great thing about Dean, he sensed that I was not thrilled about this decision. Instead of getting paperwork for this Accord, Dean pulls up their online inventory and let’s us scroll through dang near the entire thing. Lo and behold!! They had a 2019 Honda Civic Touring in MOLTEN LAVA. It had a flawless leather interior, minimal exterior damage, next to no miles, and was a whopping $5k cheaper than the Accord. My dream come true!!!Obviously, this would mean less commission for Dean but he cared far more about my needs and wants! If I had been with someone less compassionate, I would have walked out with a chip on my shoulder. Instead I practically skipped out of that place with my new keys in tow.On top of all that, he has been stellar in my post car purchase needs. My passenger mirror was malfunctioning when I drove off lot. I was able to get it fixed the very next day! Dean has also been coordinating when I can come in to get my ceramic car coating and other maintenance done. Superb rep! Absolutely enjoyed my experience thanks to him!Thank you so much Dean!!

I feel like I paid $2000 more than what the car was worth. They were quick to mention they dont really haggle. Other than that the process was smooth and didnt take forever. I bought my last car three years ago at another dealership and they tried to get me to buy a whole bunch of stuff even though I told them no repeatedly. They tried to sell me stuff here of course and tried some convincing but they werent forceful. Much better sales experience. Will travel to them for service as well.

Willie Littleton is THE man. Wasted time bickering back and forth at another dealer before reaching out to MallofGa. Willie contacted me and was always quick to respond and address any of my questions. We went back and forth over email before reaching an agreement over the phone. They were better right off the bat on pricing both the new car and our trade vs the other dealer. Made the drive and he had everything ready to go for us. Small issue with the all weather mats and a trunk mat missing which he took care of while KP got me through financing. KP was just as awesome, explained all my options, but wasnt pushy on anything. Even hooked me up with some dinner recomendations around town. Excellent experience, I wouldnt hesitate to do business with these guys again! My wife and I were shopping for a CRV. We had the pleassure to work with Willie. No pressure. No tactics (I am sure they had some but overall not as bad as I have experienced in the past). He was awesome. We felt we got a great deal. We had to negotiate a little with the manager but overall we are happy. The Nissan dealer across the street wanted to charge a doc fee of $500 plus a used car inspection fee of $1300!!! Honda of Buford pulled up the car fax on a car we were going to go see and that saved us a 3 hour roundtrip and $40. The CRV we got is practically new. 60k miles, one owner, clean carfax, all the bells and whistles and weather tech floor mats.

Ramesh was our salesman and he was awesome! We didn’t plan on buying on the first day, but Ramesh gave us a great offer on our trade in. We left with my dream car at a fantastic rate. This was my first time visiting with my brand new to me Honda Pilot. My timing belt broke and the engine was toast. Alex went above and beyond to get the warranty company who initially denied my claim to provide all the paperwork and get everything sorted to where all I had to pay was the deductibles. Worth noting is that I did not buy my car directly from Honda and my warranty company was a third party. The service center was very quick to help me out in such an emergency and very professional. I was very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend working with Alex.

Ive always had an excellent experience at the Honda Mall of Georgia Service department and highly recommend this location for service. Unfortunately, my one experience purchasing a vehicle was not so positive. In fact, it was a disaster. Three times they filled out the paperwork wrong and kept calling me back to the office. Two days after purchasing the vehicle the sales manager called me at home to tell me that the contract I eventually signed had the wrong price. He wanted me to come back to Honda Mall of Georgia to sign another contract for a higher price. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location, but their service department is great.

I scheduled an appointment with one of Honda’s employees today to go look at a specific car. He said he was getting the car ready for me but come to find out, the car had already been the day before. Also, the guy I had been messaging wasn’t even there for the appointment. I would have loved to know that information before driving up there, but that just confirmed the skepticism I already had about dealerships. It was unprofessional. The salesman I did talk to did what he could to find an alternative, so that’s a positive.
