It was my first oil change for my new Honda Accord and I met with Service Advisor Christopher Harrison. He was excellent! He explained everything that was done and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. He was extremely friendly and very personable. He made the experience easy, painless, and pleasant. I no longer dread oil changes. Christopher Harrison will be my “go to” person from now on when I go to Honda Mall of Georgia for service for my Honda Accord.

We had a great experience at Honda MOG. They have a free shuttle service and dropped me and my 2 young kids back at our house. They even installed our car seats in the shuttle vehicle to make it easier on me. They realized I needed a couple of parts replaced, and they were able to do that and still get my car back to me the same day. Great customer service! Jeff was awesome!

Service seems of good quality and i have not bad words about people I interact with. Serious and not disrespectful. However i had experiences in other brands.where i felt a warmer experience. I have not to make a stand line at arrival for example, looking the service attendants staring at their computers and with nobody in front of them. Not a nice experience. Also I paid service maintenance contract at Car purchase to find out that some required services are not included (e.g. tire rotation)

I went in for a horn repair and in the meantime got some shopping done! After I informed Chris from Service and Bryce my sales Rep I’d never been to the Mall of Georgia, they helped arrange a shuttle service to and fro. They were both amazing. Even the shuttle driver to/ from the Mall of Georgia was amazing! Everyone here really does a wonderful job to make your experience a great one!

The absolute best Honda dealership in Georgia. Just take a look at the employee’s parking lot, if they will let you. So many nice Honda’s. The team will treat your car like their own. Also, AJC says it’s one of the best places to work.

Went to Honda Mall of GA because my car battery would not hold a charge. They did diagnostics and determined the problem was that my alternator was bad. The repair was going to be expensive and I decided I was not going to do the repair because the vehicle was a 2005 model and I felt it was not worth it. I was wondering aloud what I might do with the car and Chris, the service manager I worked with, advised me that they buy used cars so if I didn’t want it anymore they would appraise the vehicle and make me an offer. The offer they made me was great and I was glad that Chris gave me that information even though he could have tried to urge me to make the costly repair instead. Everyone at this location was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend and go there again myself.

Jeff Jackson has been my service writer since 2019 when I purchased a used 2017 Ridgeline and has always been very professional, Johnny on the spot, and gone out of his way to get me serviced in a timely manner to meet my crazy scheduling between work and personal conflicts on getting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance done. The service department as a whole has always been prompt and thorough in all my past 3 plus years using them and have a very friendly environment in the waiting area for repairs. I have used this facility in the past with an older Honda Accord that has since been retired for its end of life time frame and the service was the same excellence environment. I have used other dealerships in the past but by far Honda Mall Of Ga. beats them all.

I had a scheduled appointment with them and they always give the best service and with a smile. They let me know what they are going to do with my car and an estimated time it will be finished and if I have any charges to pay! Everyone here is the best and they truly make you feel comfortable and joke around. Love the energy and the vibe here! I 100% will always recommend!

Chris was my service representative and he was well informed on the 30,000 mile check up and was not insistent upon a few service items that my husband could do. He explained the maintenance that would be done and gave me an estimate on the cost. Since I was waiting he made sure I knew where the lounge area was and the curtesy car if I wanted to shop. He called to let me know the car was finished and the estimate was the exact amount I needed to pay.A very pleasant visit.

If you don’t have an appointment, don’t walk in expecting help. First trip, I waited 8 hours, only to be told, “no work has been done on your car yet, we’re getting through the appointments first”Made an appointment for service a week later, and nearly everything was completed in a couple hours.3/5 stars for the overall experience.To Honda: Please make it clearer that walk-ins are not treated with the same respect, and you’re better off switching to appointment only.The service excellence provider (Mr. Hill) was fantastic and very understanding during the entire ordeal.

I received excellent service from my service representative, Alfred Mugaburu. He was very knowledgeable about services for my vehicle. He planned out the different services that needed to be performed in a timely manner. The shuttle service was also very helpful in getting me to local areas so I could be productive while my car was being worked on. I am very happy to be a part of the Honda Mall of Georgia family.

The receptionist taking my appointment told me that it was a 70 minute job but would likely take 2-3 hours because the dealership is backed up and understaffed. I know she asked someone more knowledgeable than she was, as I waited on hold fir her estimated length of the service call.I made an appointment for noon, and the service rep Alfred told me the job took minimum three hours and disputed what the receptionist had said. I went ahead and had the work done and it took over five hours fir me to get behind the wheel again.The last part was terrible: I got a call at 450 or so to tell me my car would be ready in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later I had heard nothing. I peeked into the reception/billing area and three other customers were standing around with no Honda employees in sight. It seemed like they abandoned ship at 5 pm ( or sooner). Finally I stopped an employee who was obviously heading home and he reluctantly stopped and served the customers standing around waiting to sign off and get their cars back. I had the feeling though I can’t prove it that if he hadn’t stopped as I requested the other customers and me would have been left to wait all evening.I have had good and responsive service from Honda Mall in the past—that’s why I drive all the way up there from ATL. But this was terrible.I am worried that the repair was not done properly as well. The first night home a passenger heard water sloshing in the front of the car and it was supposedly drained and the system cleared and cleaned.

I have been coming to Honda MOG for many years now, and have bought 3 cars there. I have always felt that their purchase and service prices are fair, and i feel safe knowing that they can review my cars history to anticipate and prevent problems. I gave my last Honda to my son, when it had 100k miles on it, and the people he has gone to for minor issues with the car always tell him that the car is in surprisingly good condition and that it must have been well maintained. That makes me feel smart (and grateful)for trusting Honda MOG. Thanks guys!

I really appreciate that they worked hard on repairing a broken side view mirror! However, it took 3 times longer than estimated to complete.In addition, the car had an oil change, tire rotation and general check up. On the way home, two alerts showed up. Low tire pressure! And they had forgotten to reset the oil %. The tire pressure was especially frustrating since that should have been checked!

I had a loud roar coming from the front of my 2013 Pilot. Jeff Jackson was my service adviser and after the mechanic checked it out said it needed a new wheel bearing on the left front. Jeff said they had the part in stock and they repaired it right then. Now when I drive my Pilot it is so quiet I feel like Im driving a new car!! Thanks Jeff!!

I was 15 minutes into my 6 hour trip home after getting a late start and having a long week when I got a flat. I came in and they serviced my tire right before closing and got me in and out. I greatly appreciate the service team taking me so late and helping me get back on the road. Made it home safely and will definitely come back if I’m ever stuck again in the area.

I will only have my cars serviced here! Top notch, on time and professional. Service area, waiting room and restrooms are always clean. Only one suggestion....when overnight drop vehicles are left at the reception doors, have a tech move them out of the way before the 7AM appointments arrive.

I scheduled for a regular maintenance. When I showed up, I stated I have an appointment and that it’s my first time going to this location. I also stated what services I needed. I was told it will take 2 hours. 2 hours later i inquired about my vehicle to only be told they can’t find me in the system and I will need to give them permission to service my car. I thought that is what I did when I stated the services I wanted. I was then told it will be an additional 2 hours just to do a basic service. Over 4 1/2 hours . I will not be back.

It’s unfortunate that we purchased a used vehicle from here. The vehicle in question is a good car for my family and I. The issue comes AFTER we go through the financing department. Our new to us vehicle was taken to the back to get a final detail while we signed for the car. After all is said and done we get in our new vehicle and head home. It wasnt until we are home and looking at the vehicle that we notice all the floor mats are missing. Now, mind you, they are just floor mats. I talked to my salesman and he claims they take them out for detailing, which makes sense. If they were taken out then they should still be there at their detail center. I was told they are now “missing” and they don’t know what happened to them. I was told they would call me back with a resolution. The problem I have now is that the manager of the used car dept AND Farhad the salesman have been dodging and ignoring my calls ever since and I can only assume is refusing to return my phone calls. It has been a month in a few days and I have YET for this to be resolved. I’m going to guess that it won’t be. All I wanted were some floor mats that were in the vehicle BEFORE it went into detail and that were missing once we got the vehicle. They admitted they were there and should be but have now ghosted next now that they got the money for the vehicle. I am incredibly disappointed. I originally planned on bringing my mother in law there to purchase another used vehicle because the initial sell went fine. I’ve since decided against that. I do not expect anything to become resolved from this review. I only want to warn other potential customers that they run the risk of getting “had” by their used sales department and hung out to dry when they are needed. Thanks to anyone taking the time to read this.

I recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Dean our salesman was very professional, personable, and generally actually cared. I have never had a better experience purchasing a car(s). Also Jonathan in finance was also fantastic, we had him for both of our purchases and requested to have him for our second purchase. Finance is always my least favorite part of the process and he made the situation a breeze with no pressure. Very comfortable environment and now we will be lifelong customers to this dealership and brand. Thanks again Dean and Jonathan!
