I had to get my rear bumper replaced for my Tesla, and this was one of the Tesla certified store.Pro:1. Front staff updates and communicates well. Punctual and well coordinated.2. Coordinating with insurance was good.3. Items are well documented and provided.Con:1. Used silicon glue and weatherstrip adhesive to attach some trim parts instead of mechanical attachments such as clips or automotive rivets.2. Will not follow instructions. If you have modified parts, they will treat them however they want and install them however they want, despite that you asked them not to.3. Chipped my front bumper paint in the process. Not sure how the front is chipped when the repair area was rear.4. Inner trims and fabrics were stained and dirty with lubricants, oil and other impurities commonly found at mechanic shops and mechanics clothes. They will work inside your vehicle in dirty clothes without any coverage.5. Your body parts will be treated poorly. No protection from ground, no protection from each parts, no separation, no organizer or organization, parts on top of each other.6. No quality control or quality assurance. I had to find the above problems myself and let them know to fix it. Multiple missed days of work, multiple visits and taxi services used, and the problems above happened after each visit.Stop taking shortcuts. Will not use their service again.

Absolutely the worst costumer service ever experienced with a collision center. Got an estimate on August 20th, scheduled an appointment by phone month out only to find out that there was no appointment. Unfortunately, you have to know the persons name who you booked the appointment with. Wait two more days for the same person to call me back to order my parts and reschedule, but not even a courtesy call. As long as your Tesla is drivable, you dont ever to get it fixed I guess!

Unwanted stressUnfortunately we had 2 accidents in a very short period and both the cars were repaired at this facility.There were lot of delays in repairing both the vehicles. The team did a good job in communicating the issues but some of them could have been anticipated and planned for.Now i am dealing with an unwanted issue with repair, AC of the car is not working as it was prior to the repair. Currently i am sitting in a drive through with lowest possible setting and sweating as car is not cooling down as expected.Upon reaching out to customer care i was told that it’s working as expected and team is not willing to compare the performance against same year model car. I have been asked to work with Honda dealer to pay and prove that there’s an issue with the AC.This additional stress and time is not what i had expected/planned for.I would never recommend this place for repairs staff is customer friendly but don’t believe they have experienced technical staff .Having to drop off vehicle again and again for repairs is painful and acceptable as it’s time consuming and takes time away from work and who will compensate for it.Thanks

My Tesla Model 3 was hit by a big chunk of debris on the highway, leaving a big dent in the side. World Collision was recommended as a Tesla shop by Farmers Insurance, and my claim was processed seamlessly after I made my selection. The shop sent regular updates via text messages about the status of the repair, so I always felt informed about how far along the repairs were. The side of my car looks good as new, and I appreciated that they washed the car and even made the tire sidewalls black and shiny. Overall, an excellent experience. I would take my Tesla back here in the future (knock on wood I dont have to, haha!)

They had my car for a month, waiting on tires, they said...so when I finally pick up my 2019 Chevy I bought brand new, it had multiple dings on it that they talked there way out of and then tried to charge me to fix them!!!! Then I drive off and the steering wheel is 45 degrees off!!! Oops they did alignment backwards they said. Bottom line NO THANKS. ID RATHER PAY SOMEONE ELSE MORE TO FIX YOUR SCREW UPS.

I rated this place on 3 should be a 1. because they take over one month to fix my car. There explained to me it not really there fault it Geico they had to wait for them.

My husband spray painted a black table, right next to my silver gray car! The whole passenger door was speckled black. I panicked and used a magic eraser which took some of the black dots off but also removed the finish. I was sick about it and took my car to World Collision on a recommendation. In about an hour my car came out beautiful again. People friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends. Love my car again!

Stopped by last week to get some information and the customer service was outstanding and they answered all my questions. The location itself is amazing, its one of the biggest body shops Ive ever seen. I definitely recommend this place!
