Drivers have a very bad attitude. unprofessional refused to pick a package up at door because they said there’s snow in the driveway. Yes there is snow in winter. there was about an inch of snow in the driveway. It’s unreasonable to expect people to maintain their driveway for 12 hours waiting for FedEx to show up. they don’t give you a time they’ll show up, and when they do the attitude is terrible. If you want your package shipped professionally with a good attitude go to your local mini ship these guys don’t deserve your business

The visit was fine but I was being assisted by a trainee, and I didn’t really find how her manager put her on the spot in front of everyone acceptable. She basically blasted her in front of everyone so she could take me next and I felt embarrassed for the trainee. Once she assisted me I told her I’m not in a rush and she can take her time to learn the ropes because I could tell she was embarrassed and wasn’t in calm spirits anymore as she was before.Definitely think they should learn how speak to their new employees in a more respectful tone.

I love the staff here. They are under pressure all day long to get things done quickly, and its always with a smile. The staff is consistently very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Im usually rushing in with last minute print requests or shipments for my small business, and they are always very accommodating. Thank you for your amazing service.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with this FedEx Store. My brother is traveling and I had to ship an item to him in India. The first customer service agent I worked with was friendly and efficient in helping me get everything packed and shipped. Unfortunately a few days after sending it, I got notified that the box was being held at customs in India. I contacted customer service myself, but ultimately the process of getting it released involved more paperwork and was complicated. So I went back in to this FedEx store for help. Even though the store was busy, the manager spent a good 30 minutes with me, helping me to get everything printed and filled out. She even made phone calls for me to make sure we had everything needed to get the shipment released from customs. The team at this location took all the work out of a very stressful situation.

Arrived before 6:00 got ignored at the door and then they said they were closed. Not even a suggestion that if I went back and print labels I could have dropped off at a variety of locations poor service no customer focus.

Came here to have a portfolio bound, and they took care of everything in about five minutes. The staff who helped me was quick and friendly, and made helpful suggestions about cover materials. The space was clean, and looks well set up to handle various print jobs, with several large format plotters ready to go.

I had a package with a pre-paid label for a free return from a company I had purchased too many curtains from. I put it in a Keurig box and then wrapped it in brown paper. I waited in line a short time, the clerk had looked over and told me she would take care of me soon. When it was my turn, when I put the package on the counter, she informed me they do not ship in paper wrappers. She then asked was was underneath the paper. I told her a Keurig box. She told me they could not ship in a Keurig box (I assume because it was going to another company). She then took my package and put it on a scale and measured the box. She then informed me she could re-package my FREE RETURN for $6.99. I picked up my package and took it home to re-wrap it in a plain box and then take it back to FEDEX. Im going later today to see what happens.

Lead manager is rude! And as I’ve read other comments it shows that FedEx can careless about you as they don’t respond to reviews. Avoid this location!!

Terrible experience. There is only one employee working at all times. The phones are ringing off the hook and are incredibly loud. Waited for 20+ minutes to get two pieces of paper copied.

I had five bicycles in very large boxes shipped for pickup at this store. They called me promptly when they arrived (they were taking up a lot of room :-) When I picked them up, the friendly employee was very happy to slug each box out to the car and help me load them up. Fantastic customer service!

The slowest fed ex location Ive been to. The store had 4 employees working and only 1 on shipping- during the busiest shipping time of the year. There was a line of 6 people with packages. My package had a pre-paid return slip on it. I shouldve been able to walk in and drop it off. I ended up leaving after 10minutes when the first person that was in line still hasnt completed his shipping. The other employees in the store walk around aimlessly. I will not go back to this location

The stafff is very rude and not helpful at all. They clearly need to be trained on the policies and pricing because thry constantly give iut misformatio. A staff member hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I called backed she did not answer the phone. Poor customer service period. I do not recommend this location.

Lazy delivery team 4th time dealing with fed/ex 4th disappointment. Waisted a day again waiting on a package at home for delivery truck to just drive by as usual and say delivery attempt was made and was not. Costing me time and aggervation yet again. Fed/ex should become more like ups or just drop there company

Not happy. The shipper dropped the package off on Friday, May 6. and paid for second day delivery. Today, May 12, it has not arrived. I checked with FedEx and they logged it into their system at 7:30am on May 11. So the package sat around for four days before they presented it to FedEx. Shippers client is very unhappy.

I never go here to send anything. Avoid it like the plague. Go to UPS store or post office, FedEx is for business document and package delivery that is expedited. The real FedEx shows up at businesses twice sometimes 3 timesa day. If you are a private individual or small business, go to UPS or post office!

Tried to scam me by saying contents cant be loose in box, and wanted to charge me to open box, add packing material and increase shipping charges. Then they had the nerve to ask what was in the box!!! So I shipped USPS instead, who has no such foolish scams. Lost a customer Fed Ex!
