The knowledge, character and professionalism of the Trueman Welters employees far surpasses my experiences with other similar-type outfits. They have been a rock over the years in helping support their surrounding communities in central MN and beyond. Most recently, I had a manufacture-related issue with a new SeaDoo that I had purchased earlier in the year at Trueman. Without hesitation, they owned the issue with the equipment (despite not being their fault), fixed it, and had me back out on the water within a week. Very impressive! Promised myself to never step foot in there many years ago due to rude service and being blatantly lied to, then having to go there at the insistence of a friend.And again was lied to. Told the product I asked for didnt exist. Bought something they pushed me into buying making me feel ignorant. Friend unhappy, even though they were sure thats where I had to go to get said item. me more unhappy as I had to return it and go elsewhere to buy the product that is sold many places but their store. Never ever going there again.

I recently was at Trueman Welters to purchase a few things and the people in the parts dept were extremely helpful with all of my questions. I also had a technical question that they could not answer so they sent me to the service dept to talk to the manager. He went above and beyond to answer my question. They are all great people and have great customer service.

We went here to sign up for the kids snowmobile safety class. The lady was nice and quick to greet us . They have lots of merchandise for the brands they carry. The kids loved the toy tractors.

Stopped in to talk to the guys about my soon to be new Can Am Outlander purchase coming up. The place was busy with people checking out side by sides and other atvs. Gentlemen came down to help lighten the load and he was an awesome help. Talked to me about the atv Ill be purchasing soon. Went over the better and best for my needs with the atv. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyed talking about my options. Left my name and number and another gentlemen followed up with me a few hours later, calling with all the information I needed. Complete package plus sales and tax. Cant wait to get in and purchase my new Outlander 850 XT Max with Tracks and a plow. Going to be one hell of a machine. You can count on knowledgable staff at Trueman Welters any day of the week. Great service and great salesmanship. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brought my tractor in for a loader issue that was likely my fault. Covered it under warranty and treated like a VIP. This is a compact Farmall 35A. Probably not their biggest sale, but still treated like I just bought $500k tractor.

They have the best people in the service department. They will always get you running again quickly.

These guys have saved my butt several times. Their service department covers everything from weed whips to Snowmobiles and ATV/UTVs to combines, and they still are able to get me and my machines in without trouble. From Sales to Parts to Service, I have never had a bad experience. I swear Ive come in with some crazy questions, and their service manager knows just about everything there is to know in the mechanical profession. The older gentleman in the parts department has somehow found the part I needed when I originally come in with no more model information than, The red ones. This is a great collection of really nice, very genuine people. Ive recommended lots of people to these guys and will continue to do so.

Great Selection of CAM AM atvs. Service Department does not like dealing with extended warranties and makes it vocal. Store policy is vehicle does not leave unless cash is received. So even if the warranty covers the repair, they will not release the vehicle until the bill is paid. Was told this AFTER my repairs were done AND guaranteed covered by the warranty. Wont be back to service department.

The staff at Truman Welters always treat me well on my visits. I have purchased three Skidoos there over the years and am very satisfied with their friendly service and parts departments. I will continue to do business here.

Purchased a Can am side by side and worked with Warren Simmons. Easy to deal with, good price and proper follow up when the tool kit wasn’t shipped with the machine.Also purchased a Husqvarna brush cutter/ weed wip a few years ago and that was a positive experience as well. I recommend giving them a try.

Bought my Cub Cadet from a national chain. Big mistake! They dont service what they sell. I got excellent service from Trueman Welters anyway. I need to purchase a tractor. I know the first place that I am going to look is Trueman Welters.

Good inventory to choose from, but whats up with their service manager? Crabby with a bad tude to match. Ill shop somewhere else where I am treated better.

Had the parts I needed

Prompt and courteous service department who have always addressed any questions or concerns that I have had.

Was just told that they will not perform warranty service on my Husqvarna chainsaw because I didnt purchase through them. This was after an in person visit that was confrontational. The guy wouldnt even put his eyes on it without my insistence. Ill never spend a dollar there, and will continue sending my dollars to Minnesota Equipment in Rogers and Lano Equipment in Anoka. Both have excellent service departments.

Was told from Husqvarna that they could service my tractor for warranty work. I called and confirmed with the service department. I was told to bring it in with the receipt and they would need it for 3 or 4 days. Got up this morning, brought it in and was told to buzz off. Thanks for wasting my fuel and my time. Very surprised with the lack of customer service with all the great reviews. I will never go back.

Parts department is a joke. I ask a question about a specific kohler engine. The guy at the counter wont help me because I dont have the model number of the actual mower itself. I dont know about anyone else but where I grew up, an engine is an engine and a lawn mower is a lawn mower. I was here for parts for my engine and not for the mower. I could be using that same engine for anything. (Go cart, snow blower, ect) its irrelevant.... Way to go trueman welters. I ended up spending my 200 bucks elsewhere where someone else was happy to assist me with my kohler engine.. This is one place where I wont be spending any of my own money at. Btw I own my own lawn care company, And the 200 is nothing compared to what I would have spent here if your guy had any brains.
