I will let the photos do the talking. We paid immediately by ACH for Forklifts we were told were available. We needed and ordered 3000lb. forklifts, and instead of receiving the two 3000lb. machines we were invoiced for, we got one 3000lb. lift and one 1990s 5000lb. forklift. We called and left numerous messages and emails and the last response we received on 4-6-21 Mike Winter said let me see what happened. We continued to follow up with numerous phone calls-which were never answered and voicemails never returned. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! You will be ripped off in some way.

I feel like I lucked out. I was in talks with these guys (Mike and John) to buy a used JCB Telehandler. I was going to give them a deposit, when they told me no credit cards. That alone was a pretty big red flag that there was an issue, but then I read some of the reviews and comments here. We ended up buying a machine from United Rental and couldn’t be more satisfied. These guys are a complete scam, don’t waste your time.

I bought a lift from these guys. This was the worst mistake in my business that Ive ever made!I thought I was buying a nice machine with stabilizers and instead I got a piece of junk full of rust without stabilizers that I cant even sell for half the price that they sold this one to me for!I got the run around for these guys forever before I actually got the machine which took a very long time to get. They said they go through all the cables and hoses and replace the ones that need replaced, that is a lie! The machine that they sent me looks like they picked it up at an auction for pennies on the dollar and then immediately put it on a truck and sent it to me. Scammers!!

Kelly lift equipment is the absolute worst business I have ever delt with. I am a small business(framer) that has taken years to justify, but I bought a piece of equipment in December 2020 for 35,000+and 2 months later have been given every excuse under the sun why it is taking so long for delivery and still have no idea where in the USA it is. like all of the other complaints, no one will take my call any longer or provide any information. I decided to buy from a dealer instead of a private sale for a piece of mind and now have not slept in days. I do not understand how they are allowed to continue to stay in business and keep getting their funding for customers. I will say Tim from CIT financing had answered his phone every time and returned all calls. I am hopeful they are having some temporary issues.THEY HAVE MY MONEY, I WANT MY MACHINE!!!

Purchased a telehandler ($35k) on April 3, 2021. They claimed the lift was being picked up Thursday the 15th. Because I asked for tracking information they claimed I was being too difficult and they were refunding the money. They stopped responding to emails and text and no refund was issued.

Terrible experience. Bought a fork truck with 1500 hours & received a truck with 4500 hours. Had to have multiple repairs which Kelley agreed to cover - they didnt. Liars and cheats. Hard to believe they are still in business.

I ordered a lift from here two weeks ago. I paid the $5900.00 for a forklift thinking that it would be delivered to my shop. It has now been two weeks, they will NOT pick up my phone calls. They will NOT send me my forklift, THIS COMPANY HAS ROBBED ME, and nobody at all will reach out to me. I have called EVERYDAY 10 TIMES A DAY and no response. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!

Over a month ago I Bought a $30,000 telehandler from these guys with the agreement they would deliver it. My bank wired the money and I havent heard from them since. They dont answer there phones wont return calls or emails and I still dont have a lift. These people are liars and scanners.

The first mistake we made was trying to purchase a forklift from this supposed forklift sales company. Luckily, we have enough experience in our industry to know when to pull the plug. These guys tried to take our money on a machine that didnt even exist. We DID wind up wasting $400 paying a service company to go check out the machine that didnt wind up being there. In the grand scheme of things, the $400 is a drop in the bucket compared to some of the money other people have lost to these scammers. DONT DO IT!!!!*It is spelled their, not there...

We bought a lift from these guys and have yet to receive it. We paid in full 33 days ago, and have had excuse after excuse as to why it has not been shipped. Now they will not return calls, email or text. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
