Had a great experience i was able to come in and return my items and order some new items with no problem.

The store associates need a little more training on the difference between an underwire and a wide band bra. Unfortunately I made a purchase on the clearance rack (They didnt have any bras in my size not on clearance with a wide band). I picked out a bra and the associate helping me picked a bra. The bra she picked was underwire. We had gone through about 10 different bras feeling for the wire so I thought I checked this one with her. I knew my size so I didnt think to try it on. I got home and found the mintue I took it out of the bag that it was underwire. Of course I looked at the receipt and found that it was marked final sale so my stupid irreversible mistake. Not happy.
