Great store! I love the customer service there. Alex I think it was - helped me out and he was very helpful and informative. Extremely knowledgeable about the products in store. Also the prices there are on par with most online prices. Further more, the house blend juices and phenomenal!

The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his product & passionate about his customers! I called to ask about a specific product, spoke with the owner who answered all of my questions & then some. A couple of hours later, he sent a text to ask about my experience. I hadnt been in yet, so he talked a bit more about product & made me an offer I couldnt refuse. When I got to the store, I was overwhelmed with the CBD choices & went to my car to research online (even though the two working at the store were quite knowledgeable. I was looking for something VERY specific) . I got another text from the owner asking me how my visit went. Within seconds of telling him I was overwhelmed, he called me to clarify a few things. I havent been that impressed with customer service since forever! New loyal customer here!

(Filed claim with better business bureau ) This is a copy of statement to BBB..I was in the store Oct 24th I bought 2 bottles of vape juice. 1 was tropical 100 Apple pearadise 100 ML. The other was coastel clouds sugared nectarine 60 ML bottle. It came to 80.34 cents. Which I put in a credit card and I tipped so the total came to $91.59. I thought about it after leaving the store. Thought that its extremely high. I looked on their website to find the bigger bottle is 24.99. I called one of their other stores they told me they charge $25.00 for the smaller bottle. I was over charged 30 bucks and I tipped. I want that back too. Reason being I have emailed the company twice have heard nothing back. I called the store and that same kid that sold me the juice says to me he just works there he is just doing his job and if I dont like the prices then dont shop there. The bratty kid that was working there was also not wearing a mask. Total disregard of others health while shopping.The Coastel Clouds pictures is from another site because I couldnt find it on cloud x vapes site. But as I said I called another store of theirs to find out what they charged which was $25.00.. Pay attention if you shop here cause they will steal from you. Then they have attitude about It afterwards. Very very poor customer service then to steal and overcharge people. They dont have the decency to even respond to email. They are crooks.. Others have filed claims with the BBB. They never even answered them. 58 claims in 3 years. How pathetic. Its understandable considering the rude arrogant and ignorant staff that they employ in Buffalo(The Better Business Bureau has made two attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond.  You may wish to contact your Attorney General or like agency.)Its all good.. They will bury themselves with their poor customer service and ripping off and stealing from paying customers.Look at their reviews and score here. This is just one of their locations. They have plenty of complaints on BBB website that they have hidden from and not taken care of.

Alejandro is definitely the best worker at buffalo! He is the only one who works there as of now which is a ton of hours but also he doesn’t get that much time with friends or family, definitely dedicated and definitely appreciated! Thank you Alex!

Ordered April 7, 2020, it is now May 8, 2020 and my order still hasn’t shipped and they promised me a refund that has never happened. They have taunted me in messaging on social media, they have rudely texted my phone after 11:00 at night. I’m a disabled cancer patient. I don’t need stress and I certainly can’t afford to lose money to fraudulent scammers. I added pictures of my text message communications with them.

Over the time cloud x has been in business they have not had the best quality products with numerous things. Their juice burns pods and coils because they have inexperienced workers that do not know how to make juice... their cbd products are even worse. You pay for a certain amount of the flower and you don’t get the amount u payed for. The past 5 times I’ve gotten the CXV CBD product, the amount I got was missing around 2.5 grams in every jar I got. I am really upset bc I want what is being shown and to not be ripped off.

Love the store! has every CBD product you could imagine, HUGE selection on all their devices! They can Aslo mix up to 10,000 different combinations! Employees are very great and respectful!
