Great service. Got some custom embroidery done. Luke is the man! He knew the machine and the process very well and took great care of us. Helped select colors and had everything going promptly. Definitely will consider Lids for my future custom embroidery needs.

Won’t refund my money just because the barcode was removed from the hat. Nowhere on their return policy does it say the stickers have to be in place. I showed the store manager the full policy word for word and it never mentions stickers in there. Last Lids I exchanged with took the hat back with no problem. I took a picture of the FULL policy on the receipt. Never mentions stickers. Wasted my money, better to buy from somewhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous that Ive been here 4x this week and not 1 time has this store been open when its supposed to!

Been there twice. Each time I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The young ladies truly knew their products and did not take much to get an old school cheapskate like me to spend my money.

I mean there arent that many places to buy just a hat, so they have that going for them. They dont have a lot of room, but their selection does seem limited. I guess thats what happens when you have 37 different Yankees hats. If youre looking for your local sports team, I wouldnt bother coming here, got to the team store at the stadium, arena, or where ever. Youll end up paying a bit more, but youll actually have some selection.

Luke was very engaging & insightful with color options for embroidery colors for a challenging hat base color.
