I started coming for things to cook in my air fryer. Gordons has a ton to offer though.They have a Gigantic room/walk thru cooler that has everything! Just think of a smaller version of a wholesale club, without having to pay to be a member! Staff is always helpful and nice.

They have a good selection of different foods however they carry very little in the way of actual gear for your kit or establishment. The need for some additional equipment for my kitchen is why I want and they did not have much.If you are a smaller buisness and not buying in case level bulk their prices will not allow much margin.At least for me I have sourced my ingredients elsewhere for less.

Clean, bright store to buy supplies for restaurants, food service, pizzerias, sub shops, and large events. Loved the spice rack. Lots of local brands. Think large packages the way BJs and Sams Club does it, but without having to pay a membership fee, and the prices seem even lower. Excellent produce. Covered parking. Friendly employees.

I love going here for bulk food! There coffee is great and comes in sizes that hold me over for months, and I can get the professional flavor shots. They have a huge selection of other things, but I mainly go for that and the garlic oil spray.

Their vegetables are not up to par. when you buy a bag of fresh vegetables from them if you dont use them the same day it will be rotten the next day . Needless to say they dont like the refund the vegetables

This store sales items in bulk without the club requirements in places like BJS and Sams club. I gave it 4 stars because the walk thru fridge is a little too much. You have to walk into the fridge for things like meats and dairy, so dress warm. Otherwise, its a really affordable store if youre buying food and soft drinks in bulk.

I went to Gordon’s for a stock pot. According the website they had several sizes in stock. After looking through the whole store, I asked two employees where they were. Not only did neither of them know what a stock pot was, they don’t carry them. What a waste of time. This place is not a restaurant market. It’s a bulk food store. What a waste of time.

Well stocked, the frozen meat area is huge but too cold to be in for a long period of time

Absolutely love this place most of the time they sell some big ticket items better than $12 at a regular grocery store and they sell them for at least 40% less they also have some fantastic shrimp jumbo size raw or cooked shrimp for about $11 a bag and its a nice size bag the same bag at Wegmans were tops will run you at least $16 most of their stuff is a really good quality. ATS an affordable cost if you own a restaurant and even if youre just a single person you can find a few really good deals in there worth taking a look.

How is it that this place isnt busy more often? Its like having a BJs or Sams Club in our back yard without the membership fees. There is a huge selection of fresh, frozen, boxed, and canned food to choose from. Even the baked goods are cheaper than the other grocery stores down the road. I was getting large amounts of meat to smoke from my butcher, but ended up getting it here as I can see what Im getting and am able to choose the price point. I highly suggest Gordons for your next meal, party, or high-volume shopping.

Great selection with no membership. Staff is really nice is you cannot find something too. Great for items you use a lot or if you are having a party, bulk prices are pretty good.

Terrible... employees are not at all helpful. In fact, I wondered around obviously looking for something I couldnt find, while two managers just watched me. They couldnt even be bothered to say hello. Then after a half hour... I get to the checkout. The cashier is quite rude, barking for my membership number. I thought I had signed up, but the website was so hard to navigate. I had 3 different emails, couldnt figure it out. Meanwhile a long queue is forming, she is still barking at me, and the manager, who is within earshot, does absolutely nothing.What a huge waste of my day. I was going to call the chef at work to use our companys account, but I was so turned off by the lack of customer service that I just left. I found everything I needed at Wegmans for cheaper and with the assistance of very friendly staff. Its funny that this place serves the restaurant industry...

Love this place!! It carries 99% of my needs for baking and some bulk family items needed for my ever growing teens. Service is quick and friendly, aisles are neat and orderly, store is clean. No complaints I can think of.

Good food

I love these kind of stores! All the restaurant style items. But... They had chicken breast on sale so a friend and i split a box. I was not happy with the chicken at all. They were BEYOND huge, the texture wasnt good and neither was the flavor. I can only assume these chickens were pumped up with water chemicals or who knows what. I will definitely continue to shop here but not for chicken.

Great bulk deals and fair prices

This is very alarming to me that food items are offered to consumers with past expired date. Although food items are on clearance or reduce for quick sale the sold by date should not past. I can understand if the date is coming soon or even if the expiration date is the same day of purchase, you purchase those items at your own risk but not after the date is past. When I spoke to a manager he said thats the reason why they are on clearance because the date is past. Shame on you Gordons Restaurant Store.😡😡😡

Lots to choose from for bulk/restaurant size items. Extra large produce walk in cooler. Staff was helpful in finding an item we needed. Good pricing on most items and ended up being cheaper than amazon for the catering trays we needed.

I went in to the store today to return an item i was overcharged on. The item was only $9 dollars. I was charged $18.49. I asked for the manager. A man name JEFF YOUNG came out and immediately was rude. I simply and politely asked him for his specific stores Super Refund Policy. He told me he didnt know. I told him I would be taking my items and calling corporate to see what was offered. He then grabbed my item and my receipt and literally refused to give them back to me and arguing that the receipt was wrong? I had to ask him OVER A DOZEN tines to give me back my items i paid for. He then looked at my receipt and in front of the whole store asked me sarcastically if i want my money put back on my food stamp card. It was embarrassing as other customers laughed. I have never laughed at others misfortunes and now know how it feels to be treated that way. I have contacting corporate ALMOST A WEEK AGO. I was told the manager and district manager would get a hold if me and still have not received a call. These laws are in place to protect consumers and me asking what the policy is should not have been such an issue. SHAME ON YOU JEFF YOUNG!!!

This is a Great non-membership retail/wholesaler. I found the pricing comparable to Sams. The produce section varied more than Sams, but the quality could be impoved. Overall, I will definitely shop here and recommend it to others.

For the most part, I found their prices to be kind of high. I expected better for a wholesaler. You have to hunt carefully for bargains, but they are there. 5.29 for a Coke 12 pack is no bargain, though.

Its pretty convenient place, but not consistent. They run out of stuff a lot. If you think that you will run out of something and you can just go grab it, think again because they may not have it. Even run out of a cheese for pizza!

I feel they are a little overpriced in their single items. But all in all its a good place to go to for shopping. I would suggest to bring a sweater though if youre going into the freezer aisle because it is very cold

Awesome place to go for commercial Quality Food Supplies and equipment everything from food packing trays to gallons of Franks Hot Sauce.

I buy halal chicken in cases. But one time I bought a case that had a price reduction and it was bad chicken, what I dont get is if I want to buy a item and pay the price they asked for, why wouldnt I get a non exposed item. That is frud in business. And it is not cheap it is $55.00 dollar a case of 40 lb when restaurant deDep charge 1/2 of what Gordon market charge. But Gordon is closer to me. And I really love the shop. Also I have recommended that I like a case of whole chicken if they can get it for me. No reply yet. Maybe in 2020.. thats all I have to say. But wish Gordon market does better than restaurant Depot, cause this is open to the public. We all wish best regards for gordon market.

Iam a VP of a nonprofit organization. I spend thousands of dollars their buying food for our organization. We sent a letter for a donation for a cancer benefit. They told me no we only donate to major organizations like red cross and places like that. Well needless to say I will not be returning their. My business will go back to Restaurant Depot.

Is ok. If you dont want to go far or dont have a club membership you can find the necessary supplies and food that you need. Not as big as other places but in my opinion very complete inventory.

My wife ordered food for house ,She ordered the wrong items and they do not refund your money or swap it out for the right items . Here we are in this time where people are losing jobs left and right and we are supporting there business buy buying food and they can’t do the right thing because of a online contract .I really think that terrible to do to somebody who has limited money and they can’t do the right thing for there costomers.
