American Glass Block did a great job. They gave me the best price and had professional installation. Jesse did a great job. I had 6 block windows installed in the basement. The only issue I had was I window was solid with no dryer vent. I talked to the owner Paul and he came out that evening and installed the dryer vent. Windows look great. I would highly recommend replacing your basement windows with glass block. American Glass Block are the guys to call.

I needed windows replaced in my garage and I needed them fast, Paul came out the day I called. That was Friday, he was back on Wednesday and the windows were done and looked beautiful. After the installation Paul suggested wrapping the frame with aluminum. That made all the difference, my garage windows look better that the replacement windows that I paid thousands for.I love the white grout between the blocks of glass, it looks much better than the gray in my current block windows. If my house wasnt sold I have them replace my current basement glass block. AND his pricing was extremely fair.Very professional, cleaned up everything they used, he even came back the next day and used a cleaner to be sure no fingerprints were left behind. Love these guys! I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Very good experience with America Glass Block in Buffalo. The initial phone call was extremely helpful and I received an on-site quote very quickly. The staff was honest & respectful & they worked fast. The cost for the work was also very fair and I am very satisfied with the 5 basement windows that were installed. I would recommend and use this company again.

I called and got estimates from several local glass block companies. Paul from American Glass Block came out and gave me an estimate right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had two other companies out to give me estimates and the salesmen simply were not at the level of Paul from American. One of the other salesmen called and bumped our estimate time back an hour, which I found terribly inconvenient. I have a rule that I dont use contractors if they are late, or if they reschedule, so that company was out because of their inability to show up on time. I scheduled the appointment with American and they put the windows in the following week. The windows were as described and as pictured in the advertisement. What really impressed me was the fact that even the installer was on time, super polite and professional. The installer took the time to caulk around my other windows, which were not included in the job. The installer cleaned up all of his mess, which does not always happen with contractors. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my windows and the service. I highly recommend American Glass Block.

Very professional! I had an estimate done a month ago and just called to get the work scheduled. They fit me in the next day. My basement windows look great! The work was completed in a very timely manner and was done perfectly with no clean up necessary. I would highly recommend them.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I was in a pinch to get new basement glass block installed and Paul came through for me. He kept in contact the entire time as I was out of town on the progress and timeline. It was a 3 day turnaround from the 1st phone call to the completion. I had American Glass Block out at my house and I decided to go with right away because the price was fair, my friend had saw them at the Buffalo Home Show and used them for his basement windows in Tonawanda. I also noticed the have a A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.I had them install a Bathroom window and all of my Basement windows.Great workmanship, the installers were very friendly and they did a great clean up job.I will reccomend them to my family and friends.Nicole

We just need a bathroom window. Called on 6/27. A rude man took my name and number and told me Paul would call to set up a time to come and give us an estimate. A week later and no call. i called again and the same rude man told me they were busy but took my name and number again. Still no call. They must not want to deal with people that need just 1 window.

Set up an estimate for a Saturday morning at my rental house for 2 basement windows. Rearranged my schdule to be there for this.....and the guy was a no-show! Called the number around noon and left a message to call me to let me know what was going on. No return call. Called back later that day, no answer. Thanks American Glass Block....by you dropping the ball, you saved me from having to deal with a half a** company!
