Never open when they’re supposed to be. Never any help. Always stay hidden behind the counter, as there’s only ever 1 person, when they do finally open. Definitely a joke of a store.

I bought a few ornaments from the store. Most of the prices were in the range as what you would find elsewhere. There were a few 50% off specials too. My biggest criticism would be the employee following me around the store as I looked for what I wanted to purchase. I understand everyone needs to watch for theft, but dont make it that oblivious.

Just left the store. It was going good until the employee followed my mother and I around the store. She had already greeted us. And then continue to follow us around the store. There were other customers she could have helped. Very disappointed

Well organized and clean. With many of the Hallmark stores closing , it is a great help to have one at Galleria. Has many Hallmark products and the workers are very helpful.

It is advertised that the store has curbside pickup. They do not! I arrived at the store at 11:15 to pick up my order and the store wasn’t open when they were supposed to be open at 11. Very disappointed.

A variety of things, including the obvious Christmas items. The store has no A/C and was uncomfortably warm.
