Ever since my nieces were born I decided I would try my hardest to be their favorite uncle. The Treehouse makes that goal a lot easier. I’m always able to find something that they love.They also wrap my presents in a beautiful way which I don’t really care about but my sister likes that it looks like I put in extra effort. I love it here.

Service was excellent. The staff person who assisted me was very helpful in showing and explaining the varoius items to me that were appropriate for my 3 year old granddaughter. While not cheap, the prices I thought were reasonable. Its a small store with high quality stock. So the shopping was quick and fruitful.They also provided a free gift wrapping service which I found to be a great convenience. I highly recommend this local business.

The Treehouse is a wonderful family owned toy store. Everything they sell is of the highest quality. I love to find unique toys for my granddaughter there - she loves the little bat, owl and squirrel finger puppets. Older children love the crafts and building sets. This is a favorite spot to shop on Elmwood and extremely safe during the pandemic!

I found out late my nephew was having a birthday party with family and I wanted to find him something unique and special. I remembered that The Treehouse was on my way from work, so I stopped by to take a look.Sure enough I found something good for him, a magnetic book that you make a face with magnetic facial features. Looked great. Then, the store keeper asked me what I was there for and he said he had something good for my nephew, aged 5. It was a card game I which you matched cards that had similar characteristics. I thought this a great idea because my nephew likes these kinds of activities.It was a huge weight off my shoulders, finding great gifts for my nephew and to top it off, the shop keeper offered to wrap my gifts for me and with it being Friday afternoon, the party the next day, it was incredible convenient.Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I will be sure to come again for the next birthday and Christmas.

I stopped into the store a couple months ago life has been so busy I forgot to leave a review but I wanted to make sure that I did! I stopped in to get a couple of gifts and I read online and they had a pretty good selection. The store totally exceeded my expectations!! After looking around at multiple stores for bath toys I really came up short. Treehouse toy store had a bunch of different things that Ive never even seen before. I was able to buy a bunch of bath toys that were unique and perfect for the age range I was looking for!! They even gift-wrapped the things I bought for me! I definitely will be back once this whole virus epidemic is over with!! I did actually call the store a week ago because they were doing over the phone orders and they actually offered delivery when I live a decent distance from the store because I do not live in the city I live in a more rural area. But even with the distance that I lived away from the store they still offered delivery for very minimal charge less than what Amazon charges most of the time and they offered to deliver whatever you bought the very next day!!! Unfortunately what I was looking for (two specific scooters in two certain colors for my two children) they did not have them in stock and they couldnt get any more due to the scooter company shutting down because of all the precautions. But the woman on the phone was extremely friendly offered different options and was extraordinary helpful!! This place definitely goes the extra mile to make their customers happy and put smiles on childrens faces especially through a rough time like this!!

I’ve been here twice once to just check out the toys and then today to get some presents. I had gone in for a specific toy unfortunately it was sold out however there were so many other options it didn’t really affect much. The prices are amazing for what you’re getting. This place had such great options you really can’t find anywhere else. All of that was great however the best was the customer service. Everyone was so attentive, kind, and just overall great. Even though they were busy they took the time to make sure each customer was looked after. It really made my day. Definitely recommend this place, they have great selections for all ages

A great hidden gem of a toy store with gifts for just about any age. I was looking for a specific stuffed animal and the selection was fantastic, I found exactly what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised with a huge basket of dog and cat breeds, not just one or two on a shelf! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to check their stockroom for additional items. Don’t hesitate to ask questions, as they are happy to help! They gift wrapped the toy for me, and it was well received by the recipient.

I was in search of a Playmobil airplane online for my grandson. I came across this store and called for availability and spoke with David. He was so helpful and accomodating. I cannot wait to take my grandson to the store. Thank you again.

Disappointed. I took the courtesy to ask as I was entering store with my dog, if it is a dog friendly shop. I was told it is but at the moment it wasnt since there were some kids around. Incredible. Is it not enough to be responsible over my dog and let the parents be responsible over the kids? At the end, I am also a customer... some food for thought. I was was hoping to check store out since it is located in my neighborhood and I also have kids, but instead I was hinted to step out asap and perhaps go to the nearest pet shop instead. Poor customer service. DISAPPOINTED.

So nice, many things you wont find elsewhere. We couldnt have them wrap our package because its being taken on the plane. So she gave me everything I needed to wrap it once I get there! I thought it was sweet. I would definitely go back again

I love this place! It’s a huge breath of fresh air from the toy sections in big box stores. They have all sorts of unique, esoteric and nostalgic toys as well as a knowledgeable staff that is more than happy to demonstrate a toy or play a board game or two with you (try the four person tic-tac-toe, it’s addictive!) This store isn’t chock full of video games or ‘screen-based’ toys, but instead well-made interactive and creative toys that may just make your kids wanna leave the ps4 alone for a while. I seriously suggest checking this place out, even if just to browse the shelves and see some of the toys from your own childhood here and there.

This is not usual toy store. You wont find there dolls, toy guns, toy cars etc. Instead, most items have a purpose of developing childrens intellectual and sometimes physical skills in many areas. I got a game of memory development by remembering and recognizing human faces.

There was only one unpleasant visit there due to a snotty lady who worked there but overall it’s such a magical place for kids and adults alike. Definitely stop in if you’re visiting the area!

Hands down the best you store in Western New York

I love this place. Its smaller that the big box toy store, but clean, organized, and filled with toys that you just cant find in the big store. More importantly, they have people who are enthusiastic to help you. Tell them about your child or grandchild and the staff is flawless at suggesting the perfect toy. It always amazes me on how perfect their suggestions turn out. My granddaughters have a host of favorite toys from the Treehouse. On top of all that, they gift wrap! Thats why I make the special trip from Lockport for every birthday or special occasion.

Its a nice store with lots of neat stuff that you may not be able to find elsewhere. They are expensive. I checked Amazon and looked up the price of a board game the TreeHouse Toy Store had and it was double the price than Amazon.
