We met Peter Sr. He was such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. My girlfriend was so pleased after we left. I could tell that we found the perfect place and the perfect ring. I immediately went back myself and talked with Peter and he was more than willing to work with me. He was very friendly and so were the other staff. Went here recently to looking to purchase a gift for my wife, found an absolutely beautiful necklace that was very reasonable priced. She loved it!!! Then we came back to do some ring resizing and they were fantastic to work with. This company went WAY above and beyond what I needed!I was looking to replace my wedding ring that I lost snorkeling in Hawaii. It will be 10 years in Feb. I had little hope that ArtCarved still made or had my ring. After finding it I had a difficult time locating anyone locally who could order it into their store. The other Ben jeweler (br**ge) could but we’re charging about $500 above ArtCarved retail price.Finally came across Ben Garelick and reached out through their chat support. We purchased both our wedding bands and my fiancé bought my engagement ring at Ben Garelick and it was a great experience. All the staff that we worked with were great from start to finish. I didn’t like the standard band that matched the ring and they worked with me to create the band I wanted. The had little extras like the knew I was being proposed to at night and gave my fiancé a box with a light and offered him a choice of a bottle of champagne or box of sponge candy to surprise me with. You can tell it’s a family run business and they care about everyone that comes through the door.

Ben Garelick jewelers did a great job of resizing my wedding ring to a larger size. It fits perfectly now and it looks like nothing was even done to it! I also had diamond stud earrings placed on thinner posts and added protective backings. Also done beautifully! Everything was done in about a week.

I had nothing but a positive experience buying from Ben Garelick. I wasnt sure how easy it would be to be able to purchase an engagement ring in the middle of the pandemic but Peter and his colleagues were very communicative and easy to work things out with. I was very eager to propose and since it was going to take a few weeks to get the platinum ring they were very kind to mail out a loaner sample the exact same style and size (just in white gold) along with a matching wedding band for her to look at. Once they received our platinum ring they sent it out right away and emailed a packing slip for me to mail back the other rings, making sure of all these details over text the whole time. It is such a beautiful ring with exquisite metalwork and detail! In December 2019 I proposed to my wife now, with the best ring ever. This ring was made by Kirk Kara, but little I knew the ring was going to take a few weeks to be made (as it is handmade) and add the shipping times to a friend in the US and then final destination... it seemed like mission impossible. However, I luckily was helped by Peter Manka Jr. and he basically made it happen. He contacted Kirk Kara, he sorted the shipping and in the end I got the ring on time after international shipping... OH! and with Peter also gave me a discount... GREAT! - in 2020 same process happened and now I needed my wedding band and my wifes - again Peter gave us unbelievable prices. This time he went above and beyond. He helped me getting the perfect size for my ring, as I was not able to do the fitting personally as I live in a different country. This jewelry store is really close to my home so I decided to try for my best friend birthday gift and it was the best service, they didnt have what I wanted on the store but they ordered it and they adjusted and put it on a very cute gift box and bag.

My family has been using Ben Garelick Jewelers for many years. I’ve purchased new jewelry, had custom pieces made and had jewelry repaired by them, and every experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you are always treated well! They are an honest, family owned jeweler and I highly recommend them!

Peter Manka Jr was SUPERB!! They made me a beautiful customized ring, better than anything I couldve imagined. They were fast, efficient, and communicated well. They had a CAD and estimate for me within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. The process was smooth despite me being out of state. The only downside is when they shipped it back they didnt fully insure it via usps and it was left outside my door, no signature required. We had quite the scare but found it. Not the jewelers fault, however, with new covid protocol the only packages that they require actual signatures on are Registered mail packages. Something to consider in the future. Regardless, thank you so much! I love it!! ❤

My husband bought my engagement ring 14 years ago from here and then my anniversary band for 5 years together. Both rings are beyond beautiful and I love my heart shaped diamond as its so unique.Peter and the whole staff are amazing! Everybody is so friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of jewelry and the store is so clean and inviting. 5 stars doesnt do this jeweler justice... Id give it 100 if I could. If you want quality caring service with a personal touch and a great selection of diamonds, settings and other jewelry, then Ben Garelick jewelers is the place to go!I just had a couple tips replaced on my engagement ring due to normal wear and age. When I left the ring for repair I was told the guy who repairs was out sick so it could take longer than normal to get my ring back and they couldnt give me a pickup date like they normally do. I understood but, to my surprise in like 3 days maybe, my ring was ready and it was fixed perfectly. My band was polished and my diamonds were sparkling clean. As always, I was happy and everything surpassed my expectations. Thank you BG staff as always!!!

I have had wonderful experiences each time I have gone to Ben Garelicks. They are very friendly , competent and go the extra mile for the customer. The first time I broke my chain and lost one of the decorative balls, they went out of their way to find a replacement. The most recent visit after I broke the chain again, they polished the small foot representing my granddaughter without my asking.

This is a MAGICAL store!!!! I hardly know where to begin to tell you how amazing this place is...so, Ill start from the beginning. First, it is not a chain, it is truly a family business and it feels friendly right away. Secondly, the owner greeted us and said that even if we tried on everything in the store and left without buying anything, hed still be happy we came in. Have you EVER heard a merchant say that???? Thirdly, the merchandise is lovely and beautiful displayed in a clean and attractive room. When we entered the store, we had no idea what to expect or really what kind of ring we wanted, so we looked around and suddenly we both saw THE one! We didnt even look at the price until after we picked selected it, but it was entirely reasonable. Upon picking it up a few weeks later, the same friendliness greeted us, and to our very pleasant surprise, we were offered a bottle of bubbly or a box of chocolates as a thank you. The shopping experience was so easy and pleasant that it added to the sweet memories we will always have of the day we found our ring. Thank you, Ben Garelick!!!

I had to have my engagement ring repaired and brought it to Ben Garelick Jewelers. They came highly recommended by a couple of friends so I had no hesitation. They were very helpful and nice when I dropped it off. They were quick with the repair and contacted me when it was ready for pick up 4 days later. I felt like my ring was in good hands as they gave me a very detailed receipt with picture of my ring while they were working on it. I look forward to working with them again the future!
