Wonderful ice cream here, Scottish Tablet one is amazing.

So many ice cream flavours, and the ones we chose tasted amazing.. Reasonably priced too. Definitely will be back.

Nice ice cream. Sitting in wasnt that nice all the empty tables had rubbish on and were dirty/sticky. I saw someone who worked there clearing the rubbish off the tables that lazy customers leave behind instead of using the bins provided. However, I never saw anyone actually clean down the tables.

Really nice ice cream Parlour that offers vegan ice cream and sorbet. They had chocolate and vanilla vegan ice cream which was gorgeous and a range of sorbets that were great.

Took my family here for ice cream before heading home one of my girls is disabled and is exempt from wearing a face mask. The lady behind the desk was very rude and demanded my daughter wear a mask or leave I tried to explain that she was exempt but the lady didnt listen I also tried to explain the under the equality act she doesnt need to say what her disabilty is. Very rude, and ignorant, not the way to treat a disabled child at all.

Like everything in Blackpool, its expensive but the staff are nice and everyone enjoyed what they got.

Top quality ice cream, wide range of flavours and extra toppings. Great service and very generous portions, so good value for money. One of the best ice creams Ive had. Plenty of seating inside or a short hop across the road to the beach. Worth seeking out!

Turned up with my family last week at 6.10pm to get a ice cream for all of us to be met with a rude women who said she was closing she refused us service.. The fact we are coming out of a pandemic I thought companies needed money. This clearly wasnt the owner and this women clearly didnt care customer service very poor.

Really poor Customer Service. Girl with long brown hair was really passive aggressive, had no manners and was downright rude as other reviews say.Also had her ponytail dipping in the ice cream and her bra hanging out. Wouldn’t return.

A very big selection of ice cream flavours. The servings were generous too which was a nice bonus!

Stopped here to get some ice cream for my lad. Very impressed with the amount of flavours, and lots of toppings and sauces. Also had a latte from the machine which was also very good. Will more than likely call in here next time we are in Blackpool.

The best in Blackpool. We would happily drive there from Oldham for their ice creams, slush etc. And the girls serving are always friendly and chatty.

Shockingly rude and vile older lady today. Attitude was just not acceptable. My partner hesitated for 1 second because they had no chocolate ice cream that he wanted and she told us to hurry up. And when I tried to pay the £4 contactless, she snapped that it was £5 minimum spend (which is illegal to require) Never mind pandemic!! I didnt have cash so she snatched icecream from me and put it back in the tubs..Vile, disgusting person.

Visited this icecream parlor as they previously advertised and could confirm some of this ice cream was vegan. When we visited the staff didnt know and basically said we should be ok with the sorbet. It was also very expensive. Will it be visiting again.

Used to have good dairy free options, now have none but sorbet (not the same). Service was so slow I almost died of old age waiting to be served. The scoops used for the dairy ice cream and sorbet were used interchangeably, same with the items containing nuts, so not good for anyone with these food allergies. Women were not apologetic about the wait and did not pick up the pace at all despite how many people were waiting: at one point they just stopped to chat while people were waiting.
