Great store, large selection of items. Great friendly employees! Employees actually seem to enjoy their jobs.

Really good time here, the mead variety was nice as well as other beer choices for the less adventurous, but highly recommend trying the meads. Also did the axe throwing which was an amazing time, they explain things well and kept it super fun and cool. We will be back for sure.

A nerds dream store. This place covers off on all different types of fandoms with anime, comics, cartoons, and more. This particular location was medium-sized and had all the expected offerings. Everything was clean and well-organized, and various sections had clearance items mixed in so that everything stayed in the right area.Staff welcomed us in and offered help if we needed it. It was fun to walk around and look at everything. I especially love their PoP collection and their t-shirts. This location has calendar events as well, so check out their white board for whats coming!Overall: AA fun location with a nerd vibe and weekly events!

This place always has really cool stuff, and the employees really know about the merchandise theyre selling, so they can help you with whatever you need. Also, they ask if youd like to donate to charity, which I think is a really nice touch.

Awesome service! left my bag the day before and by the time I left it was 8:45pm and the store closed at 9pm. Next day, I called to see if they found a bag and the clerk from the night before had found the bag and narrow the items inside the bag to the last 4 of the debit card that was used for the purchase and left the bag behind the counter with a note. I was able to recover my bag and they verify the last 4 of my card before releasing the bag. Now thats honesty and great service!

Not as much selection as online but thats to be expected since its a brick and mortar store. The good news is they do have a good selection and you can order online and pick up in store! Place you order in advance and enjoy browsing on pickup.

Love the store. It has so much selection at great prices and all the staff there is incredible. Theyre knowledge is second to none on all their products in stock or yet to arrive. Its by far my favorite store.a big thumbs up to Laura for taking the time to chat with my son about his interests and upcoming products.

Good selection of pop culture geekery but I was extremely disappointed at the lack of science geekery. As far as Im concerned you can get pop culture stuff EVERYWHERE, including several other stores in the same hallway. I was hoping for some math/science t-shirts/jewellery/gifts like on their website and was really disappointed that it was just another store full of Fortnite and Star Wars and Avengers stuff. I love the website, and hoped this was a way to buy unique stuff on the spot and bring back to Canada without paying the massive shipping fees we get hit with. Now I know its not, I wont waste my time there next time Im in Buffalo.

Husband and I come here whenever were at the mall. I LOVE this place. Ive called quite a few times about stock and items and the store manager Leah is SO knowledgeable and kind. Every time Ive asked about something shes known just what Im talking about. Wish I could give more stars just for her help!

Soooooo let me just say that Ive been a HUGE FAN of the website for about 3 years now. I was a little disappointed in the small amount of geek merchandise available here. Thats what kept me on the website for hours at a time! But this store does has a dope array of super hero gear and themed items. Everything from chubaka slippers to Avengers shields. Sooooo cool. As with the online store, the prices are kinda high. But youre paying for great quality merchandise. I thought it was soo neat that they had the chubaka slippers (I will be purchasing my pair) Im a kid at heart and I LOVE stuff like that Alex please schedule another slumber party theme so that I can wear my fuzzy slippers.
