There wasnt much in terms of sizes for shoes which is understandable considering the time of year. I was able to find 2 pairs of sneakers In my size, I realized the one shoe had a sweat stain on the inside so I asked the man at the register if they could do anything about it. He called the manager and he has him try to scrub it clean which did nothing at all. Manager was extremely rude! Wouldnt even look me in the face and at the same time I hear him be blatantly rude to a woman next to me trying to return a pair of shoes

Will Never buy online again from this store... been over 10 days and still have not gotten my shoes.. called customer service twice and they will not refund me because it’s apparently still in transit.. but Fedex says there is no scheduled delivery date, still after 10 days... shoe carnival and fedex are awful.. never will buy shoes here again! Save time and money and go to famous footwear!

Looking for 2 pairs of dress shoes, ended up buying a pair of Merrill boots as well. Store promotion made prices VERY REASONABLE for name brand shoes. Well be going back in the future.

When I walked in someone said hello other than that I didnt see anybody until I checked out. Nobody asked if we needed a assistance at all. Only when I was carrying three boxes in my 5-year-old was carrying three boxes someone asked we wanted help to put the up front.

My boyfriend and I both bought some footware and it was a really good deal. The people that waited on us were very pleasant. Id shop here again.
