Courteous and friendly . Wendy has been there forever and can usually answer boating questions. Repair service on site with sales available. They sold my boat thru their broker service. I would gladly deal with them again.

I just purchased a boat from this dealer. They assured me that they gave it a full inspection and maintained the common components, as they do with every boat they sell. Since purchase, with one trip on the water, the power steering pump and line failed, they battery died, and we discovered 2 of sludge in the bottom of the gas tank causing a cleaning or complete change out of every component that touches the fuel. When I discussed this with management they told me it worked when it left the shop. They obviously dont warranty what they sell, because customer service is not what they are about. Be warry of this dealer, lemon laws dont apply to them.

I went to look at a formula 37pc that they had for sale. When I arrived at the boat they stated that the canvas was 2 years old purchased from formula. Well it looked like it was very badly taken care of if it was 2 years old . I noticed the plastic glass was not super clear and snaps pulled out of the canvas. So I opened up the boat started checking it out noticed that the port sunroof on the hard top was missing a lock and was cracked. I went down into the galley of the boat. Walked into the bathroom / shower and noticed a patch above the port window ( see picture ). Looks like something went through the side of the boat. So I proceeded to walk through the bow window and check out the radar arch. I found a huge chunk knocked out of the front of the radar arch hard top. Raytheon Antenna had a hole smacked in it and had a glued patch job with a terrible cover up of paint. Found all antennas cables cut and missing tv antenna with mount broken which I found in closet. The whole port side of Top of radar arch and upper deck side was re painted and you could see the runs In the paint as well as overspray on morning light .I decided to go back to there shop and ask if they had any pictures of the damage. They stated that there was none that they knew of. Which I obviously false. Than the owner Bob who I have know for over 20 years couldnt even stand up from behind his desk was and say hello just denied any damage. Well the next day I called Cause I wanted to see the Boat if it had any damage below the bow line. Well Bob told me it was sold. So the next day my Buddy called and his woman sales person who sits 5 feet away from Bob tried selling him the boat and making a appointment for them to look at it. Well a couple hours later I called and that same woman states that here and Bob usually are not on the same Page Bob stated the boat was off the market. Now keep in mind This is the same woman who tried to sell the boat to my friend. Its truly a shame that they would lie especially with all the visible damage. It looks like Bob got his Bonnie and Clyde dis honest sales pitch from the old owner BIll. I honestly would of bought the Boat If I didnt get lied to and there was no damage below the water line. The damage is clearly visible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BUYER BE WARE

Bob is a great guy i have bought 2 boats from him and had work done on lower end last year there was a problem he took boat back and fixed it for free ,its hard to find people that stand by there work these days

Theyre not cheap by any means but they do pretty decent work. Ive used them a couple different times for repairs and havent had a problem other than sticker shock.

I agreed on purchasing a boat that he had for sale and was advertised on his website. I drove 2.5 hrs with check and ready to buy. I get there, the boat, motor and trailer not the way he described. He advertised the boat and motor to have only 28hrs of usage. Not true, this boat was bought at an auction (I was told this by the salesperson). It was in really bad shape boat and motor. It was definetly used. Carpet was dirty and ripped, scratches on the hull, motor looked terrible. Battery was dead and they would not even started for me. Trailers MTO and Manufactures sticker with vin# was missing. It was an oversized trailer that he found in the yard and placed the boat on it. Registration for the trailer did not match at all. All this cost me $500 out of my pocket and I did not get even an apology. Stay away from this place. Many other marinas that would be happy and treat their customers with respect . Thanks
