Hello World, Hair Hair Hair never knew it was so much Hair in the World, until I visited #HairWorld... They have more than just hair. I have so many accessories that I can buy from them and never have the same style each day. The only downfall I say is they play the crazy hip hop thinking that thats what all of us want to hear because their stores located in the hood. So if I have a recommendation for them they should turn their stations often so that people like me can really explore that whole store without feeling like I need to be rushed out the store because I dont want my children to hear a curse word or nasty content and a song because I still have to protect them from the #World... Hair World is the Place to Go to Fix Your Wig🤩💯

The best customer service they help me with giving me hair from the shelves and they help me look for stuff I need and they give me a discount very good👍👍

Hair World on Bailey is ok. Prices are a little high but theyre convenient.

That is a great thing because many places do mot allow that at all. Its like your stuck with the jair if you change your mind. Depending on what you are looking for the prices are vety reasonable sometimes lower than other local beauty supply stores. If you do hair or are looking for many selections. More than likely they have what you need. From lashes to color.

The building is nice and well stockedDespite the size of the building I was unable to find any workers to assist me. After waiting for someone to help me at the back of the store for 20 minutes I left and went to another hair store

Im not the type to write reviews at all... but if I could give zero stars I would. I went to go pick up some wild growth for THICK HAIR and if you ever brought wild growth before they sale them in a white and a yellow bottle the yellow bottle are for thinner hair the white bottle for thicker hair.. I brought two bottles and they tried to charge me $22 for both at first then they dropped it down to $17. I get home and tried to open up the bottle which has a white seal on it.. now Ive been buying wild growth for over 5 years and it was NEVER that hard to pull off the seal.it was like someone took it off and glued it back together. That was very suspicious to me. I pour the wild growth in to my hands and it was VERY VERY VERY water. And wild growth for thick hair is THICK. so they are watering down their products and selling them for more I would NEVER EVER go back to this hair store

Very large selection of hair products. But considering the clientele is mostly of African descent they need workers that are knowledgeable of hair products and the hair of the customers. Their shelves are labelled incorrectly. O picked something up and the man at the register typed it in as a price more than labelled. Plus his English was not able to understand what I was communicating. The people in the store did not greet. And the man at the register was very dismissive. This was the first and last time at this store. Id love to see better customer service and workers that have knowledge about the products and Customers.

Paige was an amazing staff person. She took her time helping me look for products, and kept a smile on her face. I go to places like that and ask for help, and normally get attitude or the impression Im making the person actually work. Not Paige, she was a consummate professional!!!

They had what I wanted. Dare to be bald head and scalp treatment. I visited 3 hair care stores some didnt know about it.

Bought a Creme of Nature hair dye for $8. The Creme color developer and the After color conditioner is missing. Not buying from this store again.

Finally A Store That Let You Return Hair Without Store Credit plus they have alot of options cause its so huge never seen weave high to the ceiling before😮....but the downside is theyre not knowlegble with the products but they sell it 🙄 because was asking for a certain type of hair and they all was looking at me like I was crazy🤪......anyway Im used to it, my co worker from Buffalo just went in the back and got the African American Lady in the storage area she stopped what she was doing and came right out to help me only my second time here but with her It felt like Ive been coming here for years I wish I wouldve got her name but I was in a rush because I was in there past an hour looking for hair Thank You Nice Lady

I love this store I live in Toronto and travel to Buffalo to this store for my hair products I usually get good sales reps to help and yes some arent the best but I travel to far to let that bother me. In the end I always am happy with my selections and service.. I rather spend with then the Chinese sorry not being racist js.

This is my greatest place of worship. Been a member for fifteen years and the Sanctuary is a awesome place to feel the presence of the lord. Bishop Darius G Pridget always bring a anointing sermon or message to everyone and the message always have everyone shouting Hallelujah. As for me its spiritual feeding thats very important. We all need a Spiritual feeding just like a physical eating we definitely need a message from the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who loves us all unconditionally. Amen

Hard to find what I wanted having to dig through the bin of hair they many view as cheap should still be displayed in an easy to reach place

I went into the store the weekend before school started in September. This store was disaster!! Inventory was everywhere! On the floors, piled up on top of shelves, etc. They had open boxes of inventory up and down every aisle on the floor.. I know that was a very busy day there, but I cant blame it on that because its always looking like that. I stopped going there a long time ago. I only stopped because I had to go near their store for something else. I had to leave. It was ridiculous. I wont be going back!

The prices are good, huge selection. A lot of the hair is buy one get one free. The service is hit or miss; I sometimes end up with a really helpful person to get me hair from the back that theyve run out of on the floor, but the cashier is rude most of the time.
