Great place for wigs and beauty supplies. Great customer service.

What makes this place different, than all the other hair/skin care stores out there is this. This location is very clean and very organized. I understand that this store is new, but its been open long enough now. Normally, these types of stores start going down hill. This isnt the case with this location. Maybe its because its located in North Buffalo, and not in the rougher parts of the East side of Buffalo. I find the inventory to be very impressive. Well worth checking this place out.

Rami was so helpful for me as a first time wig buyer. No hard sell, honest opinion of each one i tried. Nice clean store.

The service was great! The very 😍handsome young man behind that counter went to find a pink wig for me...it was soooo gorgeous! They even offered to cut my lace for me, even though it wasnt necessary. It was a good price for a 100% fully Human colored wig!! They have other goodies in their store as well. You just gotta check them out for yourselves...you wont be disappointed!

Nice variety of gray hair

The people in there are always nice. Incense is pretty cheap, you can save about 20-60% paying $11 dollars after tax here vs the smaller incense sold in the area, you can see a small one on top of it in the pic for reference.

This store is so awesome it really makes me laugh that I used to just go to Sallys. Hair Que is way better, way cheaper, and they have much more in their store than any other place Ive been. They have cute extra things too like accessories, hats, earrings, bracelets, designer masks, I even found clipper oil here. Love this place ,5 stars for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Some of the best wigs!

Very poor customer service. You have to wait quite a while for service as they are too busy stalking customers and profiling people. Wigs are a bit over priced and they shed. The selection is not the greatest and there is often foreign objects in the hair so that tells me things are not sanitary. Beware!

Managers always helpful.Parking is a challenge when its busy.

Purchased some bundles thinking I was gonna be happy with them as they claim they are “ great quality and now they are shedding, tangling and are a mess. It hasn’t been even 2 weeks. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Variety of hair products for men and women alike (Barbering and Cosmetology) but prices are a little bit high. Otherwise the store is clean, organized and the personnel is friendly and attentive.

Nice friendly staff very helpful & it’s so nice to have a hair store in north buffalo area with great hair wigs accessories etc... prices are good & they have a reward plan. I love this hair store it’s so clean neat & stocked you can find things easy. I never have to drive to the east side to buy hair!!!! Oh and they open earlier than most hair stores I know don’t have to wait till 9 or 10 am

I was able to find LEMISOL its the best daily cleanser that everybody should have in their shower, after you use it you will understand way its so great... Very friendly staff, clean place and believe when I say lots I mean lots if options in wegs & extensions

I like they have a hair supply store in North Buffalo close to me in the Northtowns. They need to have a better selection of gold 💄, I feel it is too yellow and need a little more brown in it.
