They essentially robbed us for $100. We were referred by Orvilles ,they scheduled a week out, called on the day of saying theyd be here between 1-4pm. At 4pm we called the tech and he was about 15 mins out, so timeliness and communication were poor. When the tech got here he was nice enough. He explained what he thought the issue was, installation and drain pipe, then said he couldnt do anything about and walked off with our $100 without lifting a finger. What kind of appliance repairman cant install or correct a drain hose?? These are basic functions to repair common problems. Even if it is the case where none of their techs can do either of those things, it wouldve been good business to have the initial person we spoke to on the phone explain that when they heard what the issue that were having was. I cant believe an established company like Orvilles does business with them. Absolutely find someone else for your appliance repair needs.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional on the phone. Do not care about your schedule. All about them and their schedule. Not nice on the phone. I do not recommend using them. The only reason we did is because Orvilles referred them to us. Tech guys are fine. Office people are brutal to deal with!!!

Vent check light is on even tho the vent is clear. Two techs later said to just ignore it. Guess they are stumped. Never fixed the problem. Rude customer service from office and technician.

I really appreciate their customer service. I called to set up an appointment and they gave me the soonest available they had. I felt that they did an excellent job with keeping communications open. I even requested for them to call me when the technician was on their way so I can leave from work to my home and they did that too! The technician who came over was clean, fast, and knowledgeable. Good company, will definitely call them again for all my dishwasher repair needs!

The one star, is one star too many. This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The tech came out to diagnose and fix an issue with my fridge. I was told that I needed a part ordered for the fix. Three months later, the part has not come in and no follow up has taken place, outside my calls to them. I asked Naab & Mohring customer service folks to kindly at least have their tech come out to fix the door of my fridge that is not closing, so we can at least have some use of the fridge for my younger children and elderly mother in our home. I asked every week for over three weeks, and was given a very cold and dismissive NO. One would think the humane customer friendly thing to do, is to fix the small issues that allows some use of the fridge, while waiting for a part to come in, for multiple months. What has ever become of companies trying to do the right, best and kind thing for customers? I am sure such companies exist. Naab & Mohring is not one of them. Very disappointing experience. Need a minus symbol shown before the one star.In addition to the above, Called Samsung and got their qualified parts dealer. The Electric control board DA 92-00-606E is available for $144.09 @A&E. So Naab & Mohring stating that the part is not available anywhere for months now, is a false statement.

I have nothing but good things to say about the extended warranty repair service I received. Ken came out last Friday and diagnosed the problem, parts were ordered in a timely manner and he was back yesterday to install and fix it....this was for a less than 2 year old Samsung refrigerator. Thank you Ken !!

The reviews on this place are spot on STAY AWAY!Bad customer service, poor work, ownership that clearly doesn’t care about the customer.Not to mention the questionable work practices. For example, they attempted to install a broken part that the employee told me it looked like someone had opened the box and put it back because it was broken. He offered to install the broken part because it might work?So if you want to wait for hours, deal with rude people and have poor work done then this is your place. Get ready for the response from the owner like he cares they dont, so beware before allowing this company to work on your appliance.

UNPROFESSIONAL- BROKE ADDITIONAL PARTS - TEMPERWe unfortunately have had to call Naab and Mohring multiple times per our Orvilles warranty contract. The service guy they continue to send is a hack and and unprofessional and has a temper. After telling them repeatedly we do not want to deal with this service person and to send someone different , they promise we will not have him and yet here he is again today.He was supposed to fix our fridge water dispenser, he fixed it, but broke the attachment pieces in the process. When they had him return to look at what HE broke he got very nasty and angry so we had to have another tech come out and replace the same unit again.We then needed them to fix the microwave and requested (the receptionist agreed) that they do not send the same guy because I was not comfortable with him. They DID send the same guy and when he replaced the parts on the microwave, AGAIN he broke another piece on the microwave so we had to have another tech come out and fix the piece that THEIR repair guy broke, again.We had another issue with the microwave, AGAIN I told them I did not want this guy coming because I do not feel safe with him in our house AND we always have to have his repairs repaired. She agreed she would send their other repair guy instead. Today , the same guy showed up, NOT the one she said she would send. I should not be subjected to a repair guy with a nasty temper when I am alone in my house. The ONLY reason we did not turn him away today was because my husband was here to deal with him.FYI to all - they do all Samsung contracts for Orvilles so keep that in mind when purchasing SAMSUNG appliance from Orvilles. We should have had 2 service calls, which has turned into 5.... We will be contacting Orvilles as well about our experience with their vendor. This is unacceptable from a service company. If they have a bad seed on staff, thats on them, but dont send him to my house especially after I tell you I do not feel safe with him. You have now sent him 3 additional times after we requested each time you didnt, after the 3rd time, you have earned this review and everyone has the right to know how your customers are handled.

I called about my double oven having an error code. I gave the girl on the phone the code and told her the code is a starter control panel. The man came out, saw the code, told me what I told them then looked on his phone and said the part is not available any longer for my model oven. $103 dollars for that and he never even looked at the control panel to check the wiring. I was able to do more then them myself.

Experience could not have been much worse. We have given up with repair (purchased service plan from Orville’s when we bought our machine), and are just going to buy a new one.Appreciate that the owner of this company reads these reviews although clearly it is only window dressing in an attempt to cover up lousy service and reviews. Supply of parts can certainly be out of a companies control, however I (having no knowledge of washing machines) was able to find the part I needed and had it to my house in 2 days. When I provided the part to the technician, he did not know how to install it and left the machine in worse shape than when he arrived.Simply blaming our long delay on a backorder in this circumstance is total non-sense.

These guys do not respond to follow-up questions whatsoever. I have had multiple discussions with the secretary on the phone her name is Kim and been told the same answer. I will follow up with you and she never follows up. The technicians are helpful but the office staff are in completely unhelpful.Did been to my house several times trying to fix my microwave and it has been going on for three months now.

I was very pleased with the service provided. My freezer needed a part but they were able to get my freezer running and returned to install the part. The office personnel were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend and use them again when my Lowes warranty expires if I need them again.

Had my Frigidaire refrigerator serviced for no ice and no water. They were very nice when setting my appt. and very accommodating. The tech came out and had everything repaired with in 1/2 hour. I was impressed by the tech as he was very nice and answered all my questions. I would totally refer my friends and family to use them

We had a dishwasher quit working, and went through Whirlpool to get it fixed as it was under a year old. We were assigned Naab and Mohring to get the repairs completed, and were skeptical due to the low ratings that we had seen. However, our experience was nothing but 5 star. Whirlpool messed up some details on their end, and Naab and Mohrings staff (including Kim, who answered the phones) were professional, apologetic and prompt to get things right even though what happened was not their fault. Their technicians were also professional, polite and quick to complete their work, and we are now back in business with a dishwasher that works like new again. Thanks, guys...well be sure to recommend you in the future.

Went through Orville’s to have our Bosch dishwasher repaired on June 17th , made an appointment two weeks out . Repairman shows up days it’s the pump and they will order it and call back. A month later I called to see what was going on , parts in service scheduled. Day of service I get a call the tech is sick , we reschedule. Second time out tech says he needs access to the water/ drain underneath this is understandable, a 30lb boxed Christmas tree stands in the techs way and he refuses to move it. He tells my wife it needs to be completely cleaned out and he leaves . I clean it out in preparation for the 4th appointment date , they cancel on a Friday due to an emergency. 5th time a new tech comes (Randy) and he’s awesome knowledgeable and does the repair. After he leaves we try to run the dishwasher and it will not latch completely shut. I call and tell them what’s going on and the woman on the phone said too bad next app is next week. I said it at least worked before and we can’t wait a week to have a usable dishwasher. She says sorry next week is the earliest. I told her it’s been almost two months since they were contracted and this is unacceptable to be waiting for another week. When I told her I would call Orville’s she copped an even bigger attitude. Tells me well maybe if you cleaned out the area as asked it be fixed. . I responded with and what about the two times you canceled on us the day of appointment?That was unacceptable , she then told me fine you call Orville’s and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional on the phone and the first repair man was lazy and rude. He said he needed to find the water shut off but couldn’t find the main ? Seriously ? .... Randy the tech was the only redeeming thing this company has going for it ... he gives the company two stars, the rest would get a zero. Next week Orville’s will come out as this company is awful. Steer clear and save yourself the headaches.Update 9/7 . So Orville’s just sent out their tech , after the pump was replaced by Naab and moohring the washer was not put back together properly so it would not shut and latch which caused the dishwasher to not start , or have water leak out all over our floor. This was due to a bulge in the back of the dishwasher due to not putting it together properly. Also to address the “owner” The part was not in the date you claimed on your rebuttal. You had not even come out to my house yet (first time) on the date you claim the part came in. How did you order and have the part in the 19th when you didn’t come to our house until the 24th? My initial call was the 17th and it was for the 24th....The fact you blatantly lie , cover up and discredit honest reviews just goes to further show what a lousy business you run. The fact that there are 20 reviews that state how rude your receptionists are by name and nothing is done is laughable. Reviews of rudeness going back over a year ?!? And they are still employed and still being rude and getting complaints just goes to show you this companies responses are not sincere. This all plus the fact that your tech came out left my washer in a worse condition then was told I had to make another new claim through Orville’s for the new issue so you could charge them for another visit is downright dishonest. BBB will be contacted

Rude technician, complained about the job the entire time, and reinstalled dishwasher incorrectly causing damage to the door. Had to reinstall it correctly myself to prevent them from sending their “technician” back out to see what the problem was. Call anybody else for your service needs it can’t be any worse.

Disgraceful. Receptionist is miserable and from what I’ve seen of the service, the technicians are incompetent.I have a Samsung gas range bought from Lowe’s less than a year ago. Bought a 5 year service warranty as well. The convection fan started making noise and died a loud death. Called Lowe’s warranty and they sent a message to Naab & Mohring to contact me. N&M were given serial and model number and were told that convection motor & fan blades needed service. The soonest available appointment for initial assessment was 2 week out (not even exaggerating). Tech came out around 9:30am, saw the issue and said they would order the parts and come back. I called the office and asked when they’d be back to repair.I leave my house daily at 8am and return around 4:45pm and cannot come earlier. I explained as such to receptionist and offered to leave my back door unlocked so the tech could come and repair at his convenience while I was at work as I couldn’t call off work yet again for an oven (I save my emergency days for when my children are ill). She said ‘absolutely not’ to letting the tech in so I finally asked if they can do Saturdays. She claimed that Saturday’s are ‘really busy’ (probably because majority of your clients actually have jobs, don’t get home before 5pm and you don’t offer appointments after 4:30pm so you’re slammed on Saturdays servicing the working class....but that’s just my take on the situation...) and that the soonest she had was nearly 5 weeks out. So I agreed. I got a phone call from them later on that week saying that they’re required to have warranty work orders completed within 14 days. Well, it took them more than 14 for their initial visit...so how is that my problem? I was told by receptionist that owner himself would call me. He never did.This weekend the tech arrived.Without the parts.He replaced a thermostat.Why? I couldn’t tell ya...He removed my convection fan and blower (it’s sitting on my counter) and told me to call to make an appointment for the replacement part.Say what???????I waited 6 weeks and you didn’t even order the part? What’s going on? Surely you don’t think that by simply responding on Google to customers you’ve screwed rectifies their situations. This company has chronic business problems.Incompetence at its best.And my oven still doesn’t work. STILL! It isn’t even a complete stove! You left half it’s guts hanging out on my counter - after 6 weeks!!! 👍Reporting you to Lowe’s, BBB and will be sharing this miserable experience all over social media.The saddest part: I don’t think there’s any other company in WNY that services Samsung.In case I wasn’t clear: avoid this company like bubonic plague.****Update****Technician by the name of Les came this past Saturday and fixed ALL the issues present on my stove. He was competent and diligent and I’m grateful to have had him service my appliance.Initial call to warranty department was 1/11/2019.Repair was completed 4/20/2019.My thanks again to Les. Outstanding performance, workmanship and professionalism.Secretaries Sara, Kim & Tabitha need either training or dismissal.Adiós!

Three months, four visits from four different repairmen, three incorrect replacement parts ordered, and numerous frustrating phone calls after contacting Naab and Mohring for repair to my four-year-old Samsung dryer, I gave up and purchased a new one. I even went so far as to hire another repairman to diagnose the problem, and Naab and Moering *still* could not get it right. The secretary taking service calls was rude and refused to follow up on our pending parts because after a month, you should just figure the part wont come in. After they ordered the incorrect replacement part for the *third* time, I lost any remaining confidence they could actually fix the problem. After paying Naab and Mohring $150 for nothing, I vowed I would tell as many people as possible to prevent them from losing money by using this company. Wish I had read these reviews before I hired this company! The only reason they are receiving one star from me is because that is as low as Google will go!

Absolutely useless. After waiting 3 weeks for them to finish fumbling around with my dishwasher, it broke again 2 week later with the same issue. Call them to schedule service and they quote me 10 days to get around to it and wont stand behind their work.Ive never encountered such incompetence. Would have rated them 0 stars but it wont let me, they get 1 star as its the default.

Had one of the most horrible experiences of my life dealing with the most incredibly rude, disrespectful, unaccommodating customer service reps Ive ever talked to named Sara on Saturday morning. Our one year old refrigerator that we bought from Orvilles was about to go. The fan was making the loudest, ratchety sound and was clearly about to break. I called Orvilles, where they directed me to this horrible business. Explained this fridge was about to break and I needed someone asap or all my food was about to go to waste. This disgusting receptionist said oops sorry cant help you out for at least a week and I asked what was I supposed to do? Sara said um idk dontcha own a cooler? In her most condescending tone. I asked to speak to a mgr, and she literally yelled WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND? Theres NO ONE BUT ME HERE?! I CAN PUSH YOU OUT EVEN LATER IF YOUDE LIKE! I replied that I truly could not believe her unwillingness to help. She then mimicked me and said she truly didnt care. My fridge is now broke, Im here on a Sunday carrying food to my neighbors. Thanks for nothing. Hope this waste of space named Sara gets fired.

Absolutely terrible experience that has now spanned over three months to fix a brand new dishwasher that has been used less than 50 times. Rude service from very inept office staff (appointments were made, and then mysteriously were not in their schedule; sound like youre bothering them each time you call; escalate their rudeness when pressed to deliver service as promised or according to warranty). This company was chosen because it was the official local repair agency for Frigidaire; suffice it to say, I am now wasting more of my time to reach out to Frigidaire to report this company for their horrid service which has not only wasted my time/money, but has also resulted in damage to my home -- and the problem is STILL NOT FIXED.

Only reason im giving a 1 is because it wont allow me to give 0.  Service call to my home 7/15/15, I also gave a  deposit for part that needed to be ordered the same day.  We were told 10 days for part to arrive, every few days it was a new story as to why the part still hadnt gotten in. Shipping from overseas, back ordered, arrived damaged. Customer service rep / secretary I believe Tabitha was her name, extremely rude. The part was finally installed on 9/2/15, way over the 10 days we were originally quoted! Its only been a day but my freezer still isnt freezing, I guess time will tell. Had I been told upfront it would take almost 2 months i would have went elsewhere. Horrible experience $270 wasted!

It took 3 service calls and 3 months to repair my samsung Dutch 3 door refrig due to back order of parts . This did not keep refrig down and it was not the fault of repair men or company.Samsung has some known engineering issues with these refrigerators and they need repair after about 4 yrs, with faulty water lines leaking under crisper. Lowes has some reasonable insurance rates. This is the second repair in 4 yrs and the cost of parts was about $600. I had insurance.

I am so extremely dissatisfied with this company and I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Three visits and two unnecessary ordered parts and my refrigerator still doesn’t work ($300)!! I called back numerous times to speak to the owner (Jim i think that’s his name) and he has never returned my calls. So very disappointed! I will go to the BBB And I give it 0 stars

Horrible they have been to my house twice to fix a problem that I called about the first time , now my dryer is doing the same thing it was originally doing this will be the third time, The receptionist there sucks and sounds like she hates her job.
