I have been waiting and waiting and waiting to buy the Baby Bjorn Travel Crib. We borrowed one on a trip to Canada and my finicky sleeper slept perfectly the whole trip in it. As much as I loved it I couldnt spend the entire $250+ other sites wanted. JustKidsStore had it on sale for under 200 with an additional 10% code and free shipping. I ordered it, it came quickly, and I am one happy mama! I then suggested a monitor they had on another awesome sale to my friends wanting to buy our new baby on the way a gift. Sent them the link and they purchased easily with free shipping for it to arrive to my shower. Highly recommended site - I will continue to purchase my high price items through them when they go on sale.

I had difficulty figuring out how to attach the kids window shades on the car window. I purchased these on line not in the store. I was in the market for an Uppa Baby stroller for my future grandson and at the suggestion of my Daughter and Son in Law tried to order it from another store with terrible customer service. I terminated the call and because the cost of the stroller was less at JustKidsStore and shipping free, unlike the last store, I choose to order from them, with excellent customer service. I could not have been more pleased and they held the order until they return from vacation. They are very pleased with the stroller and cant wait to use it. I would order from them again in a heart beat and recommend with hesitation.

My parents ordered me a car seat and stroller from this company and wanted it shipped to my address. They were called to confirm the shipping address - OK, fine. Then Just Kids Store wanted them to send a faxed copy of their credit card or text them a picture of it (for security reasons)...mind you the card had already been charged at this point, so they felt it was secure enough to proceed with trying to get their money. When I called to try and get some answers, I was told, it was their store policy. I mentioned that their competitors - Amazon, Target, Babies R Us all have no such ridiculous policy (which, quite frankly seems like more of a scam than security). I have bought many things off registries and had them shipped directly to the recipient without having any additional paperwork!!! Their response to me was that this was the last stroller of this color on the whole planet. All others are back ordered until January. Nice...but I just found 3 on Amazon. So I cancelled my order and went with Amazon. There are PLENTY of companies selling baby stuff that I can send my money to...if you make it harder than the rest, you dont get my money!

I ordered the plasma cars from here because they were the best price on the internet. They arrived super quickly and my kids absolutely LOVE them! I have to admit, I do as well.

I received a call from customer service department due to such a distanced billing address vs shipping address and she wanted to make sure it was correct. I thought that was so kind! No big companies ever question that. And through our conversation she learned that my husband was deployed and thats why the distant addresses and she offered assistance if I ever needed anything for me or my 9 month old son while daddy is away. I believed it to be completely genuine too! What a nice, personable company.

Horrible. Ordered a car seat that might have a recall. Called this website and they said if we sell it on the site its fine. Placed order. And order got cancelled because guess what the seat is part of the recall. I wish it ended there. It looks like only one person works at the customer service. They charged my credit card for something that was t even shipped and it has been 2 weeks of excuses and no refund. Ohh I forgot to send it to our CC department. The CC department was on a convention all week we will process it today. I have yet to receive a refund on an item thats wasnt shipped. Horrible Horrible. I tried to work with them and say keep my money can I get the seat with a discount for the frustration they said the manufacturer is coming to fix and replace the seats this week no slight discout. Where is my money JustKidsStore?? Its been 2 weeks and no refund. You didnt even ship the item?!

Stay far far away from this place! Completely rude employees/ownership. Spent $400 dollars on what should have been a item, instead found out its already assemebled and they could not ship despite listing as shipping included. Then called me and expected me to pay for their mistake by driving to pick up.When told that they can deliver or compensate for the trouble. A rude response is what was received!This is not a kid or people friendly place!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ***ZERO*** STARS, I WOULD. I am not one to write negative reviews on a company, however I am completely appalled at their lack of customer service and disgusted that I was lied to (I have proof in an e-mail). I ordered the Britax Pinnacle ClickTight, and it arrived damaged. The bottom red pull lever to recline the seat was broken off of the seat. I sent JustKidsStore an e-mail including pictures, and they responded back saying I would need to ship the car seat back so they could inspect it and process my request. However, they did not say they would in fact replace the car seat. They attached a FedEx shipping label, which I noticed says, BILL TO SENDER. Curious, I sent them an e-mail asking why I would need to pay for return shipping when I received a damaged item. They responded back saying it is PREPAID and I just needed to drop it off at a FedEx location or give it to a driver. Im a single mom. This box is HUGE and weighs a ton. I literally pushed this thing with my back into the backseat of my car, struggled to pull it out and carry it into the FedEx store. Then the employee tells me there is something wrong with the companys account as it is coming up as cash only in his register and I would need to pay for return shipping. I e-mailed the company yesterday at 8am and asked for an immediate response, and have yet to hear back from them. I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED. I purchased a $300 car seat to keep my daughter in a 5-point harness as long as possible, and it is unusable. I called Britax customer service, explaining the situation and asked if I could purchase a replacement part, however the rep informed me that the car seat is no longer safe and cannot be used as that part is not replaceable. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY, SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Lots of great products but horrible customer service. They do not honor their best price guarantee at all. I placed an order for a car seat then found it about $20 cheaper at kohls using a promo code. Sent them an email with the information their website indicates is needed asking for price match or cancelation of order. Email was sent with a fee hours of placing the order and the response I got was... cant price match and your order has already shipped, sorry. Finally after several emails I was told they dont honor it because of the promo code/ coupon but their policy, as posted online, does not state this at all. I will so else where in the future.

I had to order 2 car seats after our car was totaled. I ordered from Just Kids because with the coupon code I saved $40 compared to the same seat on Amazon. I did it through Paypal since I didnt feel like going to get my credit card. They said my address was unconfirmed on Paypal and they would not ship unless I sent my Drivers License. I reached out to Paypal and after several e-mails back and forth with JustKids, I sent them an e-mail from Paypal confirming that it was a confirmed address just entered a little differently. That e-mail seemed to be ignored and I got an e-mail from Justkids that listed the Paypal guidance on unconfirmed addresses. Awful service, I was so mad!! I told them to cancel it and refund me and I guess they must have read the prior message and all of a sudden I get a fedex shipping notice. I order a lot online and Ive never been asked to verify my address or provide a DL. Go buy at Amazon, the service is way better!

JustKidsStore offers the most incredible service....personal from beginning to end. It made me feel so secure as a first time buyer from them. I felt confident if I had any problems at all, someone would be there to back it up. And not surprsingly, there were no issues at all. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.The car seat was for our GGbaby who had nearly outgrown the Infant Seat. After struggling with many issues regarding the fit we decided on the Diono Radian GTX which was deemed safe and latched properly in the car. JustKids offered the best price and shipped for free. It was so impressive when it arrived exactly as promised.Definitely will buy from them again!
