A long overdue review. We get all of our print needs done here. From our store merch to basic restaurant needs like menus, business cards, stamp cards...anything printable they do it for us since we opened in 2018. As a small business we depend on working with clients that are efficient and provide a quality experience every time. Decal Spec does just that! We can depend on them for large orders and the quality of their work has alway been top notch. By the way, we are in Phoenix and working with them sometimes feels like they are just down the street. Keep up the great work guys! If youre looking for efficiency and quality Decal Spec is where its at!

This is a long overdue for Jessica and Neil at Decal-Spec! Ive used their services twice, the first time for screen printing for my sister in laws bachelorette party, and again this summer for my friends bachelorette party. Last minute, I wanted to make custom sweatshirts for her palm springs getaway, and Jessica and Neil pulled through on a timeline crunch! As always, Jessica was quick to respond and they turned around the product in just a few days. The quality of their color printing is superb, and everyone was thrilled. It was a small gathering because of COVID, and the custom sweatshirts made the weekend feel ultra-special. 10/10 would recommend their services!

Poor customer service had to call 3x just for decal. Waited over 3months couldnt get it together wont be back. Only gave me 5.00 discount. Wow Neil if it wasnt for me calling and checking up on Status I wouldnt of got a call back. This is my personal review as customer. Hopefully it wont happen again to anyone else. Yes you open 2 hours before your time but again was late. Im not going to waste more time trying to get a refund. And when I went in the last ti.e it only took 5 mins for design playa larga. So Im not sure why it took long for prior yes I understand you were changing it for my expectations but didnt look nothing from what I wanted then I spent hours on font .com trying to get something easier for you to do for me but that didnt work either because it wouldnt stick I pick another font and then you said no we have to purchase that font dont have it so then again I go on font.com and pick one and again I gave up finally bought one from boatdecal.com problem solve and since I had a deposit I decided to get one decal which took 5 mins to make. Problem solve. Never again. Thanks anyways

Went in here after getting a crazy price of $75 from another place just for 1 5x5 decal and the great people of decal spec did 2 decals plus some editing for $70! I got much more than I anticipated and am very happy with the quality and friendliness of the people here. They explained the terms and were very helpful. Definitely getting more of my business in the near future!

Neil who owns and runs Decalspec is amazing. Great artist above all and will execute what you have on your mind to reality. Hes handled all the complex livery printing for me on 2 cars and both have some out exactly as Id imagine it. Hes also a car enthusiast so hes always down to tackle a project.
