Where was the fitting room. Got ride answer. She pointed over there. And when went back to fixing clothes. Employee like her and others. Need to be called by the managers. To say. We received a complaint. Of you, by a guest. Female at fitting room. Was very nice and courteous. To me. Employee like that are hard to come by.

I really like this Walmart. Its clean and well organized. It has wide open ailses, stocked shelves full of items, and direct access to the mall.

This place has the worse customer service everyone is always rude but I blame management I’ve tried talking to him before but he does t seem to care take your business elsewhere. Big companies collapse look at Sears, Zodys and other big corporations.

This store was a mess. Shelves were all messed up. Couldnt find sizes in the right place. When we arrived their was a police car parked by the entrance with the door thrown open and no police man around. Made me feel a little uneasy. Security men all through the store and as we left there was a second police car out front. There didnt seem to be anything going on almost like this was normal. Maybe this is just a bad area.

Very clean Burger King 🤴 was open for in dinning.

Lot of parking and affordable wallmart. Can get anything here for good prices. Very nice people working here. Always ready to help. Overall very good experience.

Everybody is helpful here especially the manager and the Spanish lady in the return section. In fact this was the first time when I returned the things without any hassle. I tried to return one hand free one and a half years ago and they gave me so much of trouble that I trashed it I lost $120 but I thought I would never ever ever go to the return section. But this time the lady I forgot to take his name was the nicest person I ever met. Im not saying because my stuff was returned. Im talking about the overall experience the way she was communicating she must smiling all the time she asked me if I need any any more help wish me a good day. Then Ill go next time Ill take a new name and Ill update my review.

I have been to this Walmart at to beautifully renovated Downtown Buena Park Mall District.This store has a trustworthy brand of sensational foods, below market price on electronics. Dont forget to pick up a Samsung phone at a good rate you can afford. Five stars Walmart all smiles from me and all your shoppers!!!

They were pretty ghetto. Just all the way around.A homeless guy threw a vase at my cashiers head. And Im just over here like... Girl, if you dont pull a baseball bat out from under that register and go handle that...But she didnt. So I got my blankets and pillows and left.But if you get some snacks and a sammich you can walk around this store all day and video tape all type of meme worthy stuff 💯I will definitely return.

Its wally world. They have the everyday living essentials. Small refrigerated department. Emphasis on clothing at this location. No more McDonalds inside. Store is kind of low on stock of food items constantly. Limited cashiers up front but plenty of the usual self checkout registers. Lines move reasonably quick. Always busy.

This store is badly stocked and very busy. Frozen food cases have chunks of ice caked in them. No one knows who can open the ibuprofen case (when did that become a thing?).

Ive had some major problems at this location gave me huge problems doing a couple return. Even though I had everything I needed was in compliance with policies. I had to travel to Cerritos to do them. They grabbed me and made me return a bottle of water that my boyfriend had purchased because they aid I had stolen it. Completely embarrassing and de-huminizing

I went to buy a toilet seat cover. So I asked a male staff who was too lazy to help me find it. He simply told me they dont carry it. I was shocked. He walked away. So I approached another staff, a female who took me straight to that isle after checking her phone. Then I had to buy Advil. These are locked up in a case. I stood there for more than 20 minutes ringing the damn bell. Why lock things up if your staff will not respond to the bell? Awful store, Buena Park Walmart! Terrible service and staff that dont want to work!!

Zero cashiers, only self check outs. Line went back halfway through the store. If this is an effort to save money by forcing people to use self checkout after relying so heavily on front line workers during the pandemic, this is pathetic.

I cannot buy the items behind the locked glass doors in the pharmacy section, I try calling people with the button but no one comes. I pressed a hundred times and waited 15 mins... No one.The other employees cannot assist me because they dont have the key. Left without being able to purchase what I wanted.

I have been to a lot of walmarts and this probably had the worst bathroom out of all of them. All of the stalls were disgusting. The handicap stall and under the sink were flooded with water. There was a large piece of cardboard in the water on the floor. There was lots toilet paper on the floor in the other stalls and one looked clogged. Then the trash can was overflowing. All they had were some wet floor signs and all the surfaces like the counter and on top of the toilet paper dispensers looked dusty like the hadnt been cleaned in a while.

I buy school supplies for my grandkids at great price.

Not the biggest Walmart around but has most things youll need. The sporting /outdoors section is fairly big for its size compared to other Walmarts. Grocery isles tend to be limited and tends to be mostly microwave ready Foods and pantry foods. Theres also no McDonalds at this location anymore, if ur one of those people who go to Walmart for that reason.

There was no checkout registers . They only had personal check out so there was a very long slow moving lineI had given them 3 stars but I went back today and I got the slowest cashier in this planet. It was close to closing hours and my line was infinite. Not only that but Bill (a lazy old man) really showed he hated his job tonight. It was 11pm (closing hours) and he was doing everything in his power to delay and did a great job at it. Im sure Im not the only one frustrated waiting in line. I was nearly ready to return the 12pk of beer I purchased Im sure many of the other customers did. For sure a few changed lines. And boy did they make a smart move. Three people who were behind me left the store before I did because of this cashier. Tonight was my worst wal mart experience ever! And normally I rate Walmart five stars. But this one is sure special. But not in a good way. One employee said they didnt carry any butane tanks for torches. The other told me where they were but they have been sold out for four weeks now. Its really ridiculous honestly! The only two things I needed was a tank of butane for my torch and some nice cold beer. They dont keep beer in the fridge. So I got some room temp beer and waited nearly an hour to get it. The worst !!!

This Walmart is always a toss up. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes its not. Their counts on items listed online are typically pretty accurate, which I appreciate.

Well maintained clean. Close to an amusement park and seems they are conscientious about that fact because they seem to have exactly what you would need stocked all the time. Picnic items, water shoes, water resistant items, variety of sun block, aloe vera and hats to keep your skin safe and healthy. Swim suits ect.

Prompt courteous service! Bonnie in the Buena Park store, in your electronics dept. gave me a formal breakdown on selecting the appropriate printer to purchase that would supply a larger print capacity without having to frequently buy cartridges for the current printer Im using. Next week I will be back to buy that printer, which by the way was out of stock! Shes awesome! Quite knowledgeable!

- *BUYER BEWARE* - I bought a set of $50 headphones and they were broken when I opened the box. Less than 12 hours later Im back at the store and they REFUSED to refund broken merchandise because I paid in cash and threw my receipt away. Shame on me for thinking I could open a box and have a working product. The worst part? They are WALMART BRAND. Im out $50 now thanks 👍

This Walmart in down town Buena Park is better than the neighborhood Walmart or the one on Euclid and 5fwy. There are more goods and kids love the toys.. there a lot more toys (main reason I come here) than the one on euclid and 5frwy. Lego toys, pop its, toddler toys, ... My 3, 8, and 9 year olds like this toys for the better selections.

My kids love this place get the annual pass its a great deal for the summer.

Best experience ever on the automotive side. Kevin helped me out so much. I had an oil leak and he did what an experience mechanic would do. Treat it fast. Im so glad my engine didnt blow off because there was no more engine oil. He was so professional. Definitely going back.i was out in 15mn.

Its by far the worst place to take a passaport photo. I waited 2 hours. I arrived and had no one on staff that could take them so I had to wait and even after I waited to get them taken wait longer. Its ridiculous. They should have someone who knows how to take the pictures no matter the time.

My family often comes to this Walmart to shop lots of things for house like shop detergent, tissues. Toilet paper. They also offer money grams service. The store are huge of selections, and prices are affordable, and the service are fast, good customer service!

Horrible customer service. Went there to purchase a bathing suit for my daughter all the bathing suits were missing pieces. I went up to the cashier and asked if I could receive a discount and Melissa the cashier gave attitude and told me no that I had to buy either two separate pieces that were different sizes. She was very rude about it and then rolls her eyes and throws merchandise on carrousel. I work for Walmart and know how it works so I don’t appreciate the attitude or lies. I will be calling store manager first thing in the morning because I shop there often.

Isles were extremely cluttered. Other than self checkout, most registers were closed which created long checkout lines.

Walmart downfall is I come in for one thing and Bam I end up buying 🙃 20 things that werent even on the list. Found every thing ok. And variety is there.

The buena park walmart is the worst. Where is the negative stars. That was the first and last time going into that location. The long very very long huge enormous lines with only 2 cashiers. We needed the essential. And I think Id rather get that at a dump I stead of buena park mall walmart. Disgusted furious with customer service. Awful just gross, also to make matter worst... NO AIR CONDITIONING. IT WAS HOTTER THAN outside, which was 85 degrees. Disappointed!

Not great, not Terrible. For the size of the store, it seems they would have room for a little produce but apparently not. Crowded with few people working registers. Not a great store.

This particular Walmart usually has good crafts/hobby supplies, but the Hot Wheels, Matchbox and car section looks a little dull. Needs to be restocked.

This isnt a Supercenter and there layout is all wacked out. Had alot or troubles locating things.

The cashier was awesome and funny. Two ladies womens dressing room the one who was actually working she was iirght the one at the counter dressing room was rude and watching the other lady work as she supervised I guess. The selection of overall items are better at the Gilbert street location.

This place is ok. Besides the long wait in line. Not to mention when you ask one of the employees for help. Their ignore you and keep walking. Not to mention the receipt check as your walking out. Wow what happened to Wal-Marts great customer service like when they first open. Definitely not a place to go to if you youre in a hurry.

Very clean and beat Wal-Mart. Its located in a shopping center with all other favorite stores like Sears, tjmaxx, and Ross. Recommended

Very clean WalMart, the cleanest WalMart Ive been to so far. No lines and staff were jolly.

The store is dirty and not very organized. The staff doesnt care about people wearing mask over their nose and mouth. Some of the staff did wear the mask as designed others didnt. Ask someone for help she continued working and didnt bother to look for the item all she said is if its not in the shelf we dont have it. The item was on the top shelf of the overstock. Self checkout was quick but was not being cleaned like before with covid numbers on the rise.
