We had a great experience with Service advisor Jaaysen.. My husband dropped my car off that morning and by early afternoon we received a call that it was ready. In addition to some warranty work, the recall notice that I received earlier in the week was also taken care of because the dealership had already attached the information to my car‘s profile. They deserve no stars in all honesty!!! Took my truck in bcuz the engine light turned on. Told them my truck was riding rough and it would jerk when it changed gears. I was told the job would take them days bcuz they were slammed. The next day the truck was done. They said it was the spark plug insert yet when i took the truck home the same issues i took it in for were the same issues it came out with so what was really done? Nothing! and i was charged $705 out of pocket and the truck issues werent fixed. Dealers are nothing but a bunch of fake mechanics who steal money and they fix nothing... never again!!!

I had an 9:00am appointment, showed up 5 mins late .I then spoke to Jaysen who helped me out , good customer service by him.I left my car at 9:17 , I usually take my car to get serviced for an oil change @ boulevard Cadillac in signal Hill which typically takes 2-3 hours the last 2-3 times I’ve taken it . It took 5 hrs for my car to get an oil change (nothing else) here @ Simpson.I called a little after 11am to get an estimate since I had work, I was then told there were still 4 car ahead of me?Not sure if they are over booking appointments but it should not take 5 hrs for an oil change when you have an appointment.

Having service done on my Cadillac, is like visiting family,My service advisor John, is wonderful, always knows what needs to be done, is prompt, and he makes me feel special, by making sure I have a courtesy car waiting for me , so I have a vehicle! Marta, the receptionist, makes you feel as you are visiting, as she makes you feel right at home, offering , coffee, tea, water and lovely conversation. Madison, makes sure the courtesy car is ready and gives proper information for a safe return.Picking up my vehicle is always a delight , as its delivered washed, fixed and the Porter Juan is as pleasant as all of Simpson employees are!

We have been taking our enclave to simpson service department for the past year and half and have to say the service department is the only reason we decided to keep the enclave. Weve had many issues with this vehicle and simpsons service department has diagnosed and repaired all issues. I would recommend giving simpson service department a try especially if you have had issues with other dealers service departments like we did in the past. I was fortunate to have Mark Rodelo as my service representative! I say this because he was very attentive to me by either answering my calls or returning them promptly! That is huge because I have had others and it was not the same situation which can lead to frustration. Furthermore, he didn’t not give me the runaround when it came to informing me of a noise I was hearing on my vehicle! He was strait forward with technician diagnosis, time frames, and possibilities of warranty coverage! In fact, he fought for it to get covered under warranty even though there were some setbacks to it possibly not getting covered! I will be requesting Mark next time I need service! Maintenance on my 2019 XT5 was performed in a timely manner. My service Advisor kept me informed as to status of the maintenance to allow me to decide whether to wait or get a ride home....my choice.

Very unprofessional establishment, I had a recall on my truck (used for work) to fix the seatbelt, I was told to make an appointment if I couldn’t leave it overnight. I made an appointment for 9 am, took the truck, was told it’s a 2 hr job and they’ll call me as soon as it’s ready for pickup. At 2pm I get a text message from Jaysen Marsh stating it had to stay til the next day because the mechanic had a family emergency. After explaining I couldn’t leave it because I need it for work, I asked if thats the only mechanic working. After a bit of back and forth I was told (very rudely) to either leave it or come pick it up. Once there, I again reiterated my frustrations and once again Jaysen Marsh dismissed me. I cannot believe how rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional they are here. Wasted my entire day (literally had over 5 hours to do the job before this “family emergency”)

Service Department is great. Sales Department is horrible. Bait and switch. Sales managers are nice. They are trying to repair the damage the salesman did. As helpful as the management tries I still feel taken advantage of.Part 2. One year later. GM had to Buy Back our car because they couldnt repair it. Camera problem. But still a problem. The service department is the BEST. This time around we had a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. Who was not rude at any time. And he took very good care of us.

Had the worst experience, I do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this location. Carlos is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. I reluctantly traded my Cadillac ATS because they no longer would provide a warranty only to get into a 2019 buick enclave with a 300 increase in monthly payent. They have been reported. I made many attempts to settle this with them directly , not being cooperative.

Thank you Simpson Cadillac for helping me not only get a car that fits my needs perfectly, but then also helping me take care of it. The whole process has been simply, painless, and positive!
