Its a strange word to use for a customer review, but House of Gems makes me feel respected. I found House of Gems by accident because the regular online store I use was out of garnet stones. Im thrilled to find them. They processed my order quickly, BUT before they sent it, they called me because I live in an apartment building and wanted to know what the protocol is for my building and if it is safe to send without signature request. They sent it, and when I emailed that all was good, I received a personal note from them thanking me for my business. As we know an order of a Dakota Stone gem is a Dakota Stone gem is a Dakota Stone gem. But the RELATIONSHIP between the company and the customer is unique. The staff at House of Gems did make me feel respected and that my very small order of 3 strands of garnets was important to them. They have my loyalty! And, BTW, their prices are good and their inventory is considerable. HOG --- you got me as a customer for life!

Products from here are amazing. Just a heads up for people looking that this is an ONLINE STORE ONLY. However even though its only online, the quality of the products are beautiful. They have great quality stones of so many varieties and so many styles of beads. Not to mention chains as well. Lets not forget about the price.
