Working with them and scheduling install and maintenence appointments is such a breeze with them!I went to them with brake parts and an upgrade request for my Subie and they provided me with updates every step of the way! Unfortunately they couldnt find a feasible way to install the parts, but they were more than willing and able to provide me a refund for the parts that didnt end up being used.This level of customer service is above and beyond and I highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

These guys did a spectacular job. Not only with the car but the customer service was excellent. They know what theyre talking about when it comes to subarus. I had some issues with getting my parts and they had everything I needed and more. If I didnt have it they would order it. If there was any inconvenience they worked with me. Been getting my motul oil for my subie for a couple years now. They are always in-stock. Anthony always has it ready when I come in. Also got my DBA rotors. Payment is easy and convenient using venmo.

Before ordering a MBRP exhaust system for my 1997 Ford Powerstroke, I emailed them to be certain that it would fit without the use of my stock catalytic converter, which was shot. They responded, and assured me that the kit would have everything that I needed. They were not the cheapest, but I trusted them. Upon receiving the kit, this was not true. The resulting customer support was bad, and I needed to purchase a part from another retailer to complete my installation. If you can purchase from someone else, definitely try to do so. This is my first Google review that was not exemplary, but their horrible customer care compelled me to do so to help prevent future victims of this dishonest company.

Hit up Anthony at Aristocrat Autosport and ordered a set of Weds Sports wheel for my MK7.5 Golf R. Anthony was extremely helpful and even assisted with input on what size tires I should go with to avoid any rubbing. It took about 3 days after I paid for the rims for them to show up at my house and I couldnt be happier with them! Amazing service and extremely fast shipping! Highly recommend!!!

I lost $383. Everything went wrong when FedEx shipped the package. From that point forward they have lied to me, first by saying Im getting a refund and then saying getting a replacement. Now they wont answer my messages. Anthony has been the person Ive messaged and shouldnt trust under any circumstances. I will be taking further action.

Hey guy and gals. A quick warning. Dont do business with Aristocrat Autosports in Buena Park, CA. Their return policy is a bait and switch. On their site there is no mention of a 20% restocking fee. Yet when I contacted them about their return policy they were trying to charge me a 20% fee. I feel so beguiled.Now look at this clowns response. 👇🏽 🤣 Personal attacks in a business conversation. I cant wait for you to go out of business.Ill newly attach a screen shot from their claim of carrying a template... whatever that means.As you can see. Aristocrat has pulled their response to this review. It was extremely disrespectful. They do not deserve any business at all.

Great shop and group of guys. As a fellow Subie owner, theyve been able to assist me in more ways than I can imagine. Always helped me with my complicated installs and never had any issues. Great pricing on their bundle packages and I come here for all my oil changed because they carry Motul on hand.
