So Ive had to come here twice in 2020. Both times due to the same problem, My catalytic converter getting stolen or almost stolen off my car. The first time they were able to help me because the thief was not successful in stealing it but he did damage my car. The first time all that the part needed was to be welded back into place. They only charged me for the labor of the weld, Which wasnt bad and got it done in less than 24 hours.The second time the part had been stolen and they were very upfront about how long it would take to get the replacement. Unfortunately do to catalytic converters being ripped off left and right, I decided not to replace the part and to just get a different car (I have a heavily targeted car). It was their honest Insight that I was able to make the best decision possible for myself. Both times coming to fix auto in Buena park, I got to work with Greg. Whom regularly kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and the parts it needed.I have AAA Insurance if you also have AAA Id highly recommend bring your vehicle here.If youre working with Greg hell keep you well informed, and is easy to get ahold of. The best part is he doesnt sugarcoat things, if the situation with your vehicle is not ideal you know about it right away. Which is far more preferable then playing a guessing game until you get the bill.

This place was recommended by AAA when I had a claim for damages. They were great! Jimmy was very personable and kept me updated on what it was going to cost and when it would be done. They were actually done ahead of schedule and the car and body work looked beautiful. All the bumper and fender parts which were repaired lined up perfectly, and it was returned clean inside and out. The repair center was very clean with lots of space for working on the car, so I didnt fear it would get damaged in some other way while it was there. Would definitely go back here!

Brought in our Volkswagen Jetta for a dent and bumper repair. The repairs were done proper. I cannot tell it ever happened. No trail of bad prep or sanding it was done real nice.Took about a week but with the app and calls from them I was notified of the progress and parts orders.

I used Fix for repairs after a rear end accident.I have used them in the past and they were equally as good. I would definitely do business again .

I came with high expectations that this shop would do right by me and my car and I was sorely wrong and disappointed. First, the work took almost 3.5 weeks to complete when initially, I was told it was about 1.5 to 2 week job. Secondly, the quality of the work is subpar at best. Im assuming they dont really do any type of quality inspection after the job is complete. When I got my car back, there were loud noises coming from my wheels, some screeching or rubbing noise, secondly, the car was pulling to the right but the steering wheel was turned to the left. And lastly, there were and are still gaps between my front headlight housing and the bumper. They told me that that is expected but I dont accept that. And my car steering wheel is still turned to the left. They stated its because the one tire is worn down and the other tire is new. Ill see if that explanation holds water because Im getting the other tires replaced. At this point, Im fed up with dealing with the shop directly and will forward my complaint to their corporate office or my insurance company. I highly recommend going with another shop. The only plus was their manager Louis or Luis.

Havent got my car back, just dropped off. Everybody, from the girl at the front desk to the guy I talked to on intake were very professional and had answers to all my questions. Will update when I get my challenger back, but so far I feel confident with 5 stars. Update......... just picked up my challenger and it looks pristine, trunk was buckled and bumper was damaged pretty bad. Cant even tell there was ever an accident. I dealt with Greg and he was the best. They had it done 5 days earlier than quoted. My review remains 5 stars. If you have an accident, bring your vehicle here, you wont regret it.

Jimmy was simply awesome. I went in for a paint job that someone has inflicted on my driver side fender and he went above and beyond and scuffed out some other damage that was done on my passenger side as well as some damage that was done on on my back fender even though he didn’t have to. Did not complete the work and are not willing to fix the problem. Instead of fixing a sensor problem, they disabled it. I have communicated with them that the problem is ongoing but they are not fixing the problem. First the feature was disabled on three dashboard then the disabled the sensor by turning off the switch on the driver rear door. Very poor customer service and i have lost trust in their services.
