I have tried unsuccessfully to get a refund for (3) nail files, sold together. I have my receipt for $5.99. The nail files are not acceptable because they are painted in neon colors, yellow, orange, etc. & when you use them the colors stick to the ends of your nails. You have to wash the color off. CVS will not honor my receipt, even though I returned them a couple of days after I bought them. CVS says when I took the cellophane wrapper off, the SKU number was on the wrapper & they dont have the same nail files in the store anymore to get a SKU number from them. Therefore, they will not refund my money, even though I have the receipt. As far as I am concerned this problem is on CVS, not me. Im out $5.99, and left with a BAD PRODUCT. I have returned twice to get my refund & they wont oblige my request. They need to find a way to write off what is THEIR PROBLEM. I will be using Social Media to further my complaint. Bucyrus CVS owes me $5.99. I have my receipt, and that should be enough to get my refund.

Some people should take the honest responsibility an not flag things for a review over a mistake done 5 - 7 years ago to get it removed as in throwing the pallets an stuff into the drains an stuff to call it a fix instead of fixing them properly after all it is an review live with it. Hey after all it took 3 people to get stuck an one other person to damage there car on stuff be for you fixed it along with the little Ceasers Pizza place to get them unstuck ( I do go back an check my reviews )

Terrible customer service. The older lady who works evenings is rude and not friendly. She refused to answer my questions on my medicine she kept telling me to call my Dr because she said she wont tell me if my medicine is safe with my other prescription. VERY RUDE! I will be switching pharmacys ASAP

Worst customer service! I took my 7 year old daughter in to use the restroom and there were “out of order” signs placed on both bathroom doors. This was during festival time, which I’m sure a lot of employers close their restrooms to the public at that time but my daughter is 7....7!! I asked an older lady in the pharmacy if there was a restroom she could use (mind you, my daughter is bouncing in front of me because she has to go so bad) and am RUDELY told no. The mom in me wanted to tell her what I thought but my little girl was watching....we turned around and walked out. Unfortunately my daughter was not able to make it across the street to Wendy’s. I called later to speak to a manager and one wasn’t available, I spoke with a shift supervisor who told me that the restrooms were indeed out of order and apparently even the employees don’t have restrooms available to them. I’m sure OSHA will have something to say about that. I didn’t even want to give a one star review but a zero wasn’t allowed, that’s what this store deserves in customer service, A BIG ZERO!

Takes very long to fill prescriptions, staff/pharmacy techs and pharmacists are not friendly and seem uncaring.

Only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the regular non pharmacy empliyees do a great job amd I love the extra bucks coupons. The pharmacy department would barely get 1 star in my opinion. Customer service is not a priority for most of the pharmacy department. Very frustrating!!

Older lady in pharmacy is very rude when it comes to waiting on customers everyone else is really nice she doesnt seem to like her job very well 1 star is because I had to hit at least 1
