First time ever going into that store and Im highly impressed. The staff was super friendly, extremely helpful and they have a rewards system which is nice as well.I highly recommend this store!! I will be returning shortly to buy some more things. The price for a name brand dog food was completely reasonable and not over the MSRP, therefore I will be making this my place for my dog food purchases.

Went in to get parts for emergency at home and Bob was able to find exactly all of the parts for me and even made suggestions that I had not thought about. Also he made a recommendation for another issue that I mentioned. Great service and knowledge of inventory in store. Emergency fixed thanks to helpfulness and knowledge of Bob. I will be back in the future and will look to him for guidance in my next project or emergency.

I just wanted to say how great your associate Bob was with helping me. We had to replace our regulator tank and all I had was pictures of all the parts from the old tank. We were looking for a specific model and beans off wood burner. We looked online and saw that they carried what we wanted. Went into the store and the clerk was super nice and helpful. She got in the computer found a store that has what we were looking for and had it shipped to the store in Bucyrus for us. Only took 3 days to get it for us. We are super happy with our purchase and the customer service we received!!

Called ahead and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their stock. Went in and staff was supper helpful and kind. Had 4 kiddos with me and they were so nice and good with the kids. Got my new babies and so feed and was on my way in no time!

The people in this area are amazing! My hunny was outside, putting oil in our W.S. and a man pulled up making sure we were alright. Ok I didnt buy anything and I really wasnt trying to. I really went in to use the restroom and just look around since its not a normal named store where Im from. But I will say it was clean and staff was friendly. Im a landscaper by trade and overheard an employee selling (no pressure just explaining features and answering questions) a mower to an older gentleman. She seemed far more knowledgeable than any employees at our Tsc/rkos near me. If I wasnt from over an hour away Id be spending my farm dollars there.

Prices are higher here than TSC across the street. Total bill came to $8.20. the computer told her to give me back $.80 change. She handed me back 6 dimes. I just left. Not my job to teach me how to make change.
