Every time I have went in there they have been rude. The last straw was when I asked them if the free tablet would include an internet charge on my phone bill every month and they lied straight to my face. When I got my first bill it was right there. When I tried to cancel they said there would be an early termination fee. They even looked it up and said there was no usage. I never even took it out of the box. They gave me a couple months credit... still have 18months of payments.

Kaycee was extremely helpful! Was attentive to every need and every question. I drove from Marion to this store to purchase my new phone. Highly recommend this location and Kaycee. Truly. My husband was impressed, and will definitely be purchasing his phone at this location as well. Good customer service is so hard to find!

Just came in to get a car charger for my phone. I should of been in and out...but a lady that came in after me was being helped first and was taking for ever to get a GPS tracker for her kids phone for a trip to Disney World. Last time I got my phone the sales guy kept trying to add extra accessories I didn’t need and when my phone list was transferred only half of my contacts showed up.

Dont get Verizon in Bucyrus, Ohio. Their signal drops almost daily, sometimes going down to 1 bar and 1X quite often. We have tried to contact their customer service, put on hold for hours, and nothing. They spend millions trying to tell you how great their service is, once you switch BAM! They keep telling you service will get better if you upgrade, then It happens again and again. Were tired of getting the run around, they dont care about customers theyve had. Want good reception? Dont sign up, going to the Verizon store didnt help get a better signal

Tabitha is absolutely amazing! Super helpful, smiley & really does whats best for the customer. They greet you at the door, and take their time with each person. I have not had any issues from this store, they are all amazing!! I will not go to another store EVER! A+

This is the third time I have gotten great customer service and technical support at this store. Tabitha has worked to fix my storage issues that I caused by taking 2000 plus pictures and not moving them soon enough. She and Jon made great suggestions and did not try to over sell me on the fix. She was patient helping backup my pictures. Patience is a rare thing these days but she has it. Jon ,the manager , had great technical skills to also help with the storage issue. A $26.00 SD was a cheap fix. Thanks Les

Every time I go to the store the customer representatives are just wonderful. Little things that I go in for they do not make you feel belittled they jump Right in get the problem solved and then asked me if theres anything else they can do for me. Most of the time when I go in I talked to Brian but this last time he wasnt there. But the customer service rep that I did have was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Staff are friendly and professional. They take plenty of time with each client to ensure they are taken care of. I highly recommend.

I think its ridiculous that this store wants to charge you extra for EVERYTHING! I stopped in for help with setting up my sons new phone and was told it would be $50! Today when I asked for help replacing the tempered glass on my phone I was told it would be $10. This is crazy, it would cost me less to drive to Marion or Mansfield and go to the Verizon stores there where the customer service is outstanding AND you dont get charged extra.

Natosha is amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. Typically go to the corporate store in Mansfield but after a recent bad experience my mom had there we decided to give the Bucyrus store a shot. So glad we did! Outstanding customer service!

Place is a joke, drive the extra miles and go to a real Verizon store in masfield or marion.

I absolutely loved it, the one in bucyrus, I even got to see 1 of my favorite staff member brian. He was so patient, very professional,he knew his job by heart. My mom needed a new phone and he went above and beyond to help us out on that. The Verizon store is Damn lucky to have brian as 1 of their staff members.its a beautiful and very clean store.i loved respectfully picking his brain about my moms phone and had lots of fun doing it. I could tell he enjoyed my company and business by how very patient and very professional he was. And he was also a great multi-tasker by how effeciantly he took care of my mom and I and the other people who waited their turn. Its a real shame we lost our store in galion. Brian was even happy to help me get my updates done on my phone while helping my mom get her a new phone done and I was very happy.

Would not recommend going there, I only do to pay my bill, they over charge for their phones and equipment, cant read account numbers off the bottom of your check, and cause a return fee of $25.00, the manager is VERY rude,!!

Natasha was very helpful during my visit! I couldnt be happier with the service she provided. I had trouble bc I started a new plan and phone in Marion and they did absolutely nothing for me except turn my phone on, and when I asked them to transfer my stuff over they didnt even touch my phone. The next day I went into the Verizon wireless store and worked with Natasha and I told her what happened. So right away we switched everything over and got my new phone set up! So I would highly suggest Bucyrus Verizon wireless! And thank you Natasha!
