Went to Autozone to get a part. The girl at the counter worked with me until we found the right part. Adrianne was her name she is a great employee and great on the customer service end of things. She is why I shop there and not down the road! Great experience.

For the most part a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Called up there and they put me on hold and I had to listen Spanish. This is still America.

The people there are very nice. As soon as I walk in the door they greet me in a very nice tone. Eric Bosh does very well too he has always found what I have needed and has helped me out. Such a great guy to run a great store.

Was treated really nicely by a gentleman named Eric who I believe was a manager at the store he took a look at my vehicle and the part that I was wanting found it on his computer and even helped me with oil and filter I will definitely be going back thank you to that whole team there for gathering all the supplies

Always Very Helpful: Super polite and always willing to lend a hand. A few of the gentleman employees have assisted my bf and I more then just what the job title requires. If they do not know the answer to a question (9 times out 10 they do) they will help you search for other options or direct you to a place or person that can better assist you. A gentleman named Gene even took the time to call us back after he remembered some information pertaining to our new vehicle. Very great place for your car needs.

Ive only had maybe one bad experience. Sure you pay a little more but the store is cleaner the cashiers more politeand if you do have a warranty return they dont make a big deal of it exchanged the parts out right and send you on your Merry way. Ive even gotten chatty with the manager she is a very polite and kind woman who doesnt believe in up sales. If she thinks you should use die electric grease on your new spark she will suggest it but not push it. I will never hesitate to return and do more business.

Kim is amazing, she went above and beyond to assist me with my car troubles. Found me an excellent mechanic to take care of my problem, offered my dog water as I had to wait a bit for the mechanic to be available, personally drove over to the mechanics shop and had me follow her, assured me that if I had any trouble she would be watching and stop for me, went in and talked with the mechanic and made sure he had the parts he needed for the repair. I had broken down on the interstate heading home from a 600 mile trip and still had 100 miles to go and it was late enough in the evening that no mechanic was open, but I stopped at this auto zone and an employee by the name of Zane offered to take a look at my car and see what was wrong. He was able to distinguish the problem and help me fix it so I could get back on the road to head home. Without his help I wouldve been stranded somewhere I am very unfamiliar with and had no idea what to do. Not only did he go above and beyond what his job entitled but he was sincere and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend that if you ever need anything this auto zone is worth stopping at!

They were very helpful in finding the part we needed for my sons truck. When the part didnt work they were quick to find the right. They also matched the rock auto price. We will only shop at Auto Zone from now on!

To the guy that works at this store name Logan . I had a lady who drives a car for me In my pilot car service. She broke down in your town and I made one phone call to auto zone and a guy name Logan took car of every thing and got my car back on the road. A great big thanks to Logan from auto zone.
