Went in to switch carriers looked into getting a brand new plan for my family and I got an awesonme deal along with awesome accessories super happy with my purchase and, switch ! :)

It was our first time at this T-Mobile store. We have been long time sprint customers and weren’t quite sure what to expect with T-Mobile when we went into the store. Chris greeted us within minutes of entering the store. He was very pleasant and patient with us. He answered all of our questions about the phones that we were interested in and even helped us save money on our monthly bill. We never felt rushed or pressured. We felt confident in our decision to switch from sprint (after 15+ years with them) to T-Mobile. Great experience! Thanks Chris!

Went in to upgrade phones and change the their T-mobile accounts like I keep getting letters for. My contract is up and I have already paid off my phones. I am now told that I have to pay almost 250.00 more but cant tell me why. I have been a loyal customer and never missed a payment or was even late one time. It was 30 minutes until close and they didnt want to Deal with it I am sure what the real problem was. I guess I will be switching carriers and taking my 5 lines with me. I can now tell what kind of service I am going to receive. Thanks for showing me before I made a choice I couldnt change.

Came in to return a leased phone, Phone lease was fully satisfied, and they tried to charge me more money to return the phone blaming sprints polices, they couldnt give me a actual explanation why. I called sprint an returned it for no charge, They also had no idea why the store was trying to charge me to return the leased phone ! Seems like a good con by the store owner, wouldnt ever use this store !

Worthless if you’re a former Sprint customer, they don’t want to deal with you. My wife has been here several times and there is always some sort of problem. Tried to upgrade my phone and was told the indicator by the sim card has water damage. Got home to see where the indicator was on you tube and it was not water damaged. Girl has no idea what she is doing, guess I’ll have to drive over to Cotton Lane from now on.

I have been told every month for 2 months since we never were late we can upgrade. The girl tells me today I was late. Which I know we werent So now I am switching services. I wanted a upgrade we pay 220 bucks for 4 lines?? And I finally want a nicer phone and cant. Whatever.. Over it. By Tmobile.

First, let me be clear that this review is for George, NOT for T-Mobile. Never has a customer service person bent over so backwards to help me. Over a months time and several visits, George spent hours trying to get my SynchUp Drive working, even coming outside to my car with me and helping with the app, waiting for me while I drove around trying to get the app and the drive to work. George called his support people and repeated my dilemma over and over so that i didnt have to. George was patient, kind, understanding, extremely willing to help, diligent and determined. George is THE perfect example of what customer service should be. Thanks George!

To be able to give this location even just one star is a joke. My husband and I went in looking to add a line and get new phones and knew what we were walking into since we have had to deal with this location a few other times and know how they can be but this time is the cherry on top and makes me never want to return again. It was a bumpy road getting it all set up and going (ok fine) after a while Nd a few connection issues, (and to be honest watching the girl be inappropriate with my husband until it was said I was his wife) and having to tell her we did not want to change our plan, it is under my mother-in-laws name and does not like change, we were finally able to leave thinking everything was OK. The girl had changed our plan, against our request, had to make several calls in to finally get someone on the line and change it back to what it should have been. A few days pass and again we start experiencing problems, not only on my husbands phone but my mother in law and brothers phones as well. We have been dealing with t-mobile and this store to get no where and still have issues with the account and trying to get it fixed. This locations is such a scam and fraudulent with your information and will do whatever it takes to get their money

Best Plans...Best Network...Best Service!

Came in looking to buy a gaming phone from Chris. I explained exactly what I needed which included the ability to plug a 3.5mm in. He sold me a phone without the capability or the adapter. I cant use this phone for gaming as I cannot find an adapter anywhere that works on this phone. This experience is making me seriously consider switching to Verizon.

We tried to switch to T-Mobile 11 days ago (9 business days). The staff was super friendly and helpful. They tried their very best! The prices were better than we had at Verizon. HOWEVER, even though the coverage map says Good and Excellent in our area, it took 3 days for my phone to be able to receive and send both phone calls and text messages. Then once the service took effect, service was so sporadic that much of the time we couldnt make calls at home or around town. When we could make calls, they were dropped or cut in and out. I dont think we ever had a successful uninterrupted call. So...we went back in today to cancel the service and return the phones that will only work with T-Mobile. Even though we cancelled due to no reception (no issues with the phones or us desiring to switch away on a whim), corporate insisted on charging us a $50 restocking fee per line. At least they only charged us for the 2 phones we actually received because we had 2 other phones that were backordered that never came in, so we didnt have to pay a restocking fee for phones we never received (Whew!!). I think its fortunate for T-Mobile that their company is merging with Sprint because their coverage in our suburb of the Phoenix area sucks. It can only get better for sure.
