I enjoy coming here to purchase meat. Josh is great and friendly and so is his office staff. i have ordered Brisket and other Beef products and will only purchase marrow bones for my dogs here. I will continue to keep coming here as long as they keep letting me in.

I have been raising livestock for years and this is the worst processor I have ever dealt with. I took 2 hogs there in July to get processed and the meat came back completely thawed. I asked why it wasnt frozen and he said it was because they had just processed it a few days ago and it did not have time to freeze in the freezer yet. UM WHAT???? I asked if it was processed a few days ago THEN WHY IS IT DATED FOR 13 DAYS AGO???? to which he promptly offered a full refund or replacement. He told me that there freezer struggles to keep up. NOT A LEGIT PROCESSOR!!!! I told them to screw off and I will never go there again! The meat is ok but the other HUGE problem is that 1/3 of the vacuum seals are broken. Are you kidding? Why not use butcher paper like every other processor? What a joke!!!!! Next time I am definitely going to make the 90 minute drive to the guys in Queen Creek rather than drive 5 minutes down the road to this joke of a processor.
