Have had difficulty finding the “right” mattress after back surgery. Needed to exchange a previously purchased Tempurpedic hybrid mattress. There was a “glitch” on our part in exchanging. We we’re very curious and knew we didn’t want a Temperpedic. Nice to see that Mattress Firm is a Purple dealer. So any offers on the website matches the store. Warranty however is better than Purple. We bought a Purple v4 very late Sat night and will be receiving the bed on Monday. I’d say that’s buying in store is better than the website.

My husband and I went to purchase a twin mattress from here two weeks ago for our son. We were told that it would be at the warehouse for pickup the following Saturday. So, last Saturday we called to see if it was available and were told it would be another week before the mattress would be delivered to the warehouse. This morning (2 weeks after ordering mattress) my husband called and the person proceeded to tell him that mattress matching what we ordered was there but it was not reserved for anyone and we should go get it while we can since anyone who has ordered the same mattress can pick it up. So basically first come first serve. Had they told us that we would have taken our business elsewhere and not wasted time and money. They are rude and just want your money, they dont care about the customer. In the end we didnt even get our mattress and now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back while my son has to continue using his toddler bed. Wouldnt recommend unless they have inventory in stock you can take same day so you dont get f****ed over like we did.

Went to purchase a certain brand of memory foam mattress. Was able to test it. Then I asked our salesman Josue Agundez what he thought would be a good fit for us. He showed us several options which we tried out. Some were more expensive and some less expensive. After he watched us and listened to us try out several brands and price ranges he actually recommended a less expensive brand he thought would work best for us. Wow didn’t encourage us to buy a more expensive brand. I’m impressed. He then helped us figure out the best base option for us and the nicest sheets and mattress cover. Gave us the absolute best price that kept us in our budget. Yes I am a wheeler dealer and he was super nice when I asked for even a better deal and gave it to me. I will always go to Mattress Firm in Buckeye for the best help and best deal. Don’t go someplace else come here. Thanks Josue! You are the best!

I had originally placed an order online that went completely backwards and was a MESS. I had to jump through hoops to get it canceled finally. But Josue reassured me that things would go smoothly. I had also been in to the Buckeye, AZ store location a couple of times and had a bad experience with one other associate who kept forcing a $3,000 bed on us after we had already expressed that it was well out of our price range. After multiple attempts at working with this associate and asking if they would match the online price for a bed (being told no), we decided to just order online... BAD IDEA haha. We then circled back and were graced with Josue! Sheesh, what a relief and a breath of FRESH AIR! So very, very thankful that he was the one to answer the phone. I stopped in to check out beds and prices on Black Friday and was pleasantly surprised by the whole process. There was no pressure or hype as I laid down on all of the floor model mattresses.
