Set of honest guys here. Went for a brake check up. Was told I did not need any work done for quite some time. Will definitely be coming here if I ever need work done.

I showed up at about 2:30 in the afternoon just to get a quote for brakes and an alignment. Jason gave me a quote and said they could get it done in about an hour and half if I wanted to go ahead and do it. After looking it over he came back and said the back brakes looked great so they weren’t going to change them. They turned the front rotors down, replaced the brakes, and performed the alignment.I really appreciated that they were honest with me and even saved me money. While I was waiting there was another customer who complained of a dead battery, after checking it out they couldn’t find any issues and told the customer that they didn’t owe anything and they wouldn’t change the battery. Customer chose to get the new battery anyway, but it was another example of these guys doing quality work and being honest.Normally I do my own work, but they definitely earned my business going forward. I recommend everyone give them a shot.

Called yesterday for a quote on a oil change for my Fiate 500L for synthetic oil. Spoke with Brian and gave him all that information and he quoted me $54.99, set up a appointment next day at 11am. Get there, waited 2 hours in the lobby, a older man checks me out saying my bill is $79! I explained to him I was quoted over the phone by Brian $54. He didn’t even bother listening what I just said and said “last time you were in it was $74 because of a coupon you had and your oil is very expensive” all while smacking his big finger on the paper invoice from my last visit. I told him again I understand my oil is synthetic but the gentleman I spoke with yesterday, I told him would be synthetic and the type of car I had and he quoted me that price of $54. The man leaves to speak to his boss and comes back and tells me Brian is new here and doesn’t know the price but my boss said well do $10 off you’re visit but you need to understand next time you are in this will be the price for your oil change cause your oil is expensive. I tried explaining my frustration and he then redirected his big finger slamming it in the paper invoice again and stopped him and told him not to give me attitude again I do not need that right now. He checked me out and said sorry. I am definitely not please with the service and attitude I was given by the front desk. I felt like it was rude and not really taken to accountability for the fact they clearly are not training there employees to give out correct quotes.

Very happy with the service I get from Brakes Masters, next door to Discount tire. I have a lexus and have been coming to this location for about 2 years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always sit & wait for my car, I can also watch what they are doing to my car as well. Ive had excellent service and much cheaper then the dealership. Thanks guys!!

I brought my car for a oil change took for every but was told it was done. I paid and went home and after a couple of hours went outside and there was a puddle of oil - before I took my car in I had no leaks! I am so disappointed.Update: so I brought it back and They redid it and cleaned under my car. I am super happy now. Thank you for your patience and great customer service!

What is the point of making an appointment? Made my appointment for 930a. Get here 10 minutes before. Sat/sitting here for 2 hours and my car hasn’t moved from where I parked it.I honestly have no clue how their service is. Must be good because the place is always busy. But if you’re in a rush at all, do not bring your vehicle here for an alignment.

Took my 2021 Ram 2500 in for an alignment. The computer print out showed my camber was in the red on both sides in the front. After the alignment was performed, the camber did not change. When I picked up the truck, the print out was not shown to me but rather folded and stuffed in the envelope after I paid. I took it upon myself to check the print out and that’s when I found that nothing was done about the camber being out of spec, so I called the shop.Called brake masters who asked me to return on Monday to look at it. Truck sat in the parking lot and was never checked or moved from the parking stall which means it was never taken into the service bay to be looked at again. I know this for a fact as the way I parked the truck and where was very specific (no way they moved the truck, inspected it and put it back the same way, yet they took several hours to tell me that my truck was ready) when I went in on Monday they told me my ball bearings would need to be replaced to fix the camber. The truck has 6,000 miles on it and my ball bearings are bad? How did you come to that conclusion when you never took my truck into the service bay? Besides this major issue, they didn’t even center my steering wheel during the so called “alignment” that was performed. BBB here I come to fill out a report.This was the first time I ever used brake masters and it will certainly be the last as well. Total rip off.

Worst service EVER received! 3rd time taking my truck in for the ac and they swear theres nothing wrong with it when its been evac and recharged 2x and had parts replaced, the men at the front desk talk down to women.. My truck ran better before I took it to this shop. If there was a way to give them no stars I would.

Called twice and they swore up and down they could do an alignment on our 66 mustang theyd have their suspension guru take care of it. Had an appointment, upon arrival they stated they only do 86 and newer. Older gentleman came up and was beyond rude. Pass on this place if you can.

My car was squeaking and the wheel would shake when I was braking. I knew it had something to do with the brakes, but that was the extent of my knowledge. Pete immediately knew the problem and explained to me what was going on. They put my car up on the lift and he examined it then brought me in, showed me what was wrong, and explained everything to me. This type of service is unmatched, they did not take advantage of what I didnt know, the price was actually cheaper than what it shouldve been after they looked at it and found what was going on (my brake pads were fine, but they needed to resurface the rotars and do an alignment.) This may not seem like a big deal, but Pete taking the time to explain to me what was happening made me feel like they actually cared about what they were doing. Instead of belittling me, I was taught and thats phenomenal service.

Made an appointment the night prior for all four rotors and pads to be replaced on ba Toyota Camry. I arrived early and was greeted by the gentleman who was up at the register, he looked me up, found my appointment and asked if I was buying parts or if I had my own. I let him know that I had my own parts, he told me how much it cost per axle and then gave me an estimated time. Much earlier than anticipated, my vehicle was done and the same gentleman gave me a holler to come on down. I made my payment (Samsung pay), got my keys and made my way back home, safe and sound with a job well done from brake masters.

The worst experience ever with these people. What was supposed to be an oil change turned into having $1800 dollars worth of damage to my boyfriends car. They screwed him over big time and Terry Miller refused to take accountability and pay for the damages his employees caused. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Best place to take your car ! I am always weary about where to take my car and who to trust. I took my car to a few different places to get a quote on what needed to be done with my car and they all said different things with different prices, until I took my car to brake masters who told me the exact same things as the first place I took my car to, except with much better pricing. They really won’t overcharge you and will match the quote they give you. The crew here are all so personable and knowledgeable and tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. They are pretty quick at getting your car in, looked at, and fixed the same day. It gets busy so be sure to bring in your car as early as you can, but call first to make an appointment and they will get everything worked out for you. They worked together with discount tire (I needed two new tires as well) and they coordinated with discount tire to make it simple and efficient. They are great and I will only be bringing my car here from now on!

Very disappointed in them i took my truck in for an alignment which wasnt to bad to begin with and came out worse then it was and they broke the guide pins which threw off the alignment and the driver side wheel was off really bad which u could tell just by looking at it, so they tried to cover it up and just said they couldn’t do it and that it had some pins broke, didn’t give me any further explanation they’re the professionals they should be able to do it come on guys thats BS

Had the worse experience ever, and even now I’m still thinking about it and wondering if this really just happened to me. I’m visiting from out of town and had came in for vacation to visit family in Buckeye. I went in for a oil change on Tuesday March 30th. Right before even taking this trip, I had a complete inspection of my vehicle done in my home city along with a oil change because I was reaching that mileage and thought it’d be better to be safe than sorry. When I dropped my car off at Brake masters 223 to get the oil change it was perfectly fine, nothing wrong, no noise out of ordinary and my engine was running smoothly. I drive a 2012 Acura TL. I love my car a lot and have always babied it, making sure to always keep up with the scheduled maintenance along with getting anything that needed to be fixed, taken care of. Not even 20 minutes after dropping my car off they called me to let me know my oil change was done. I thought it was weird since they had told me originally it’ll probably take 1-2 hours before my car would be done, which I was perfectly fine with. I went to go pick up my car along with my girlfriend and the moment we get in it to start it up, it literally sounded different, it was almost a tick noise, and at first I told my girlfriend that maybe the car just needs to warm up before it’ll go back to sounding normal. After warming the car up and driving on the road it sounded even worse, the tick had gotten way louder and anytime I accelerated it would get way louder. I ended up calling break masters to let them know about the situation and they had told me to bring it back in. I had brought it back in the next day and I can’t make this up when I tell you I saw them having at least five employees all around my car trying to figure out the problem. They ended up putting some Lucas solution in my oil to help with the tick, and proceeded to say that it was because of my valve covers and that possibly they needed to be fix. When this was said I showed the in store manager the proof of the vehicle having a complete inspection done along with all the maintenance needed for my car and the mileage it was at. In the proof I had it showed them, that my shop in my home town had already JUST done valve adjustments and checked all of that. After still trying to tell me there’s nothing wrong that it’s just because my car needed some of that Lucas solution they put in my oil, he recommended I go to the Firestone down the street and see if they can look at it. I drove my car that’s now sounding like a ticking time bomb to Firestone, and I can’t make this up that every employee that heard my car ticking at Firestone made a worried face, and after having them look at it, they told me theirselves that I should take my car back to brake masters and tell them THEY need to fix whatever they did to my car. After showing all of this, to Pete (the in-store manager) he offered to pay for a diagnostic to be done at a Honda/Acura dealership to see what’s actually wrong. I go to the dealership and they get the diagnostic done and they end up calling me the next day, and they tell me that the cars timing belt tensioner needed to be replace along with a water pump. I asked them if this is something that could’ve been caused by break masters doing the oil change wrong, and they told me themselves that they can’t say for sure it’s because of break masters oil change , but they also can’t say it wasn’t because of them. They also told me the estimated cost is going to be around $1600 without tax. I told Pete about everything and when we went back in to break masters he told me that they could fix it themselves if I would like, and I told him I didn’t feel comfortable with them working on my car. I trusted them the first time to get a simple oil change done and they still messed that up and cause $1600+ in damages to my cars engine. When I told him that he said that he wouldn’t pay for it. The director of store operations Terry Miller called me and told me I’d have to sue them if I wanted to get my car fix

I hate going to a mechanic. If you ned just an oil change you will leave thinking you need an engine overhaul. Well that was NOT the case today at Brake Masters in Buckeye. Greg, the manager was very professional. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Prices are a lot more reasonable then you would think. If you need some work done give them a shot. You WILL be impressed.

Pete and the rest of the group at Brake Masters were life savers. I was traveling across country after an accident and discovered halfway through the desert that something was wrong with my truck.They met me with smiles and were very accommodating and fast in getting me back on the road. Everyone was friendly and understanding and didnt try to price gouge at all. They took a bad day and turned it completely around for me and I thank them so much for it.

8-25-2017 @ 8:40 am. I mean the evidence is clear what Brake Masters #223 in buckeye did to my wifes vehicle. I even brought it back the second time and they said tires, or bushings. Well new tires and bushing check confirmed no issue. Steering wheel is still tweeked the right abit, and pulls just as hard to the right as when i brought it in.Then you can see the Camber in the rear by pictures and by the actual print out that was handed to me after there shotty work. It is a good thing i know what i am doing and talking about because all the things i have done to thing vehicle and others that i improved and i am not even a ASE certified mechanic LOL. I will tell a good story about a good guy name Jacob i believe. He is the current manager that just sits in the garage behind his monitor and peeks at who ever walks in front of the garage doors.I went in yesterday 8-24-2017 to see if i could get the alignment checked as i just got back and forth from Cali 2 times. I informed Jason i think it was, that the camber on the left wheel is way to much causing the possible push the the right. Well being i guess he is a new manager there he had no clue what i was talking about, and that i could drop off the car. I informed him i will be here as they will do what they needed to do and he once again said kinda rudely to drop it off.I then asked when do you have your next appointment. He came back and said tomorrow at 8:00am. We confirmed, and when i was talking with him i seen the 2 employees that actually worked on my car and took it for a test drive, and also were there when i brought the car back in the 2nd time to have them give me the story of tires or bushings. After that i left and waited until the next day.I got in this morning and went threw the process of them taking my info, issue, bla bla and waited about 40 minutes. They asked for my keys and i told them i would be at the car. I asked if they wanted to take it for a test drive and they said no, that they were pulling it on the lift. After they got it on the lift, they then said that I had put new parts on the car and that they had to charge me because of it..First Jason told me that my cars do not have adjustable rears, then he told me there is nothing in the notes that the rear was ever adjusted, then he told me that they do not have the proper tools to do the rear.. I sit and scratch my head. Well by this time it turns into frustration as the kid that actually worked on my car lied and said that there were never adjustable rear control arms on it, and that i put them on after they adjusted it, then the shop foreman that explained to me the 2nd time that it could be the bushings or tires, was right there with his lies stating the same and that i had put them on. Well these results show what i paid for and what i got.After all that went on and the Manager being rude as hell, and telling me to get my car out of here and never come back, he also came back and told me to come back at 5:30 pm when he gets off of work, and funny thing is it was record on my wifes phone as she sat wondering why people still do not take pride in what they do and how people scam others.... Pretty sad and i would not be surprised if the manager there Jason that told me to come back when he got off at 5:30pm, actually called the Buckeye PD lol. Well never again, and now i get to hop under my car and do it right, yay..And to the random STEPHAINE LONG, you are right this is not my correct name. I would be more then happy to provide on the police report for threats and fraud for that location hiring individuals who can not even see straight not to notice what they did to the rear of this vehicle LOL.. Now you can Hush as you are probably the MOMMY of Jason the Manager at the location now. 2.4% out of 5% LMFAOFYI: your actions and words are being electronically recorded. IP Address can be pinpointed. I suggest the employees at this location cease and desist. Thank YouRear Camber was -1.4 left -1.5 right . Now it is -2.8 left and -1.8 right LOL.

The place was quick and decently priced for an oil change. However, when they checked my cabin air filter they put my glove box back in incorrectly. When they installed it they missed one of the hooks, then they forced the door closed. There was no permanent damage, just shoddy maintenance.

Brought vehicle in with a complete new ac system. Flushed and ready for oil and freon. Asked them to add 4oz of pag oil. Guy up front said no problem would have to charge though, fine. I believed they had done that. Immediately it was not cooling right and compressor starting making noise. I took it back to them and asked them if they had put oil in as i requested and they said no. In my 2nd conversation the guy up front said he did not pass the info to the tech to add oil. In my 3rd conversation he says he doesnt remember me asking him to add oil. Tech gets involved and claims ive put too much oil in system. However, i didnt add any oil. Thats why i asked them to put the 4 oz in as requested per ac compressor manufacturer guideline. Needless to say, my ac compressor sounds like a pwr steering pump going bad. Funny thing was i wasnt asking them to do anything more than pull freon out so i could redo it again and tech starts blaming me for the issue and saying are not responsible for any mechanical issues, guy up fronts starts getting loud in front of customers in lobby. He wasnt listening to me and what i was asking him. He thought i wanted him to put my car in front of others who were waiting there, and that was not the case. Sometimes you need to listen and not jump to conclusions. I am very disappointed in their service and approach

Beware of this place they act really nice while sending your car home with problems we first took our car in to get work done,not shortly there after we have a leak ok we take it back paying more money then we were told the radiator needed to be replaced fine we did that brought the car home we noticed a leak we took it back they say it was a bad hose,and then we take it home again,this time car was spraying out fluids over 5 times we had to take in the car for back to back problems costing almost $2000,I called corporate and they just insist we take it back,I dont trust this company they wont even honor any kind of refund to go somewhere else I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt,but really my car had no leaks prior to the work being done and now its constant the service is great with the people just not with my car.

Brought my car there for a front wheel alignment. Took care of the alignment with no problem but I didnt realize I had a bad front wheel bearing and needed to get that replaced. After dealing with another shop who replaced the wheel bearing I noticed my car was now pulling to the right badly. I called brake Masters back and spoke with Brandon who told me to get the car to his shop so he could look at it. I obviously didnt want to have to pay again for another wheel alignment seeing as how I already paid just two days ago. But I also understand that they are not a shop that is supposed to do work for free especially if it is my error and not theirs. I got the car in Saturday morning first thing they put it on the lift checked it out, when they were done Brandon just handed me my keys and said come see us soon. No charge. They had to readjust the alignment But now my car rides straight and everything is good. Happy that he understood my issue and was able to work with me and I will bring my car back to them for future business. Thats what good customer service is supposed to be like. Good job Brandon.

I can tell you that Butch has always treated me honestly and fair. He will explain everything so you can understand it and then work with you on what needs done immediately or can wait until later. He has even installed parts that I bought elsewhere. But he can only warranty their labor.Honestly, I was looking for another place to have my services done, after Butch left for another location. I am very happy that he came back.

New to the area and I was recommended to Brake Masters. Im happy that I took my car there. Butch who I made appointment with over phone was very kind and professional. I also dealt with Jason and he was very kind and professional. They called me and told me how much it was going to cost. They worked with me because I couldnt afford for front and rear brakes to be done all at once. They made my car drivable until I can get the rear brakes fixed. I would so recommend taking your car there.

I was told a certain price and then was charged almost twice as much, and this was on the phone and that I would get a coupon, I was told all my shocks are leaking, and the cars was that the tires were also becoming worn and it was putting everything out of alignment. The bottom line is we were charged twice as much for what they said it would be and that we had more problems.

The tech was covered in grease and dirt and was about to jump in my car like that. I asked him if they had the plastic seat covers that I see other shops use and he said no and was looking at me like I’m asking for something out of the ordinary. So I said thanks and took my car somewhere else.

I would like to tell you about my positive experiences at Brake masters inBuckeye, AZ. and the manager Jason,AKA “Da Bomb”!Jason is a mechanical maestro who manages a finely tuned automotive orchestra.I have a vehicle that was having problems starting. I took it to all the local shops and it was misdiagnosed by all.After multiple breakdowns and the usual fleecing of my wallet I decided to have it towed to the newly opened Brake masters in Buckeye.Jason met me at the tow truck and asked how he could help. He had one of his crew take a look. They found the problem instantly. A corroded screw on the battery post terminal. They replaced the part, cleaned the battery, and had me on my way within 5 minutes.They charged me nothing for the visit and gained a new customer in return. I have now taken both my vehicles to Jason’s shop and am happy with his professionalism.If you are looking for a reliable shop in the Buckeye area just give Jason a ring, their service is not free but very fair.

They were extremely quick, fair and provided outstanding customer service. I had to wait with 2 of my kids, who played in the waiting room, while my brakes were replaced, and was made very comfortable. Pulled in with brakes that were grinding and clunking, drove home less than 2 hours later and 252.00 out of pocket, happy as can be.

After taking my car to my local Kia dealer for routine service I was told I needed new front brake pads and a fluid change for over three hundred. That sounded high, so I decided to go to my local Brake Masters for a second opinion. They started with an inspection and showed me that indeed my front pads were about gone. They quoted me a much lower price than my Kia dealer and got the work completed while I waited. They were very professional and the work was done correctly. VERY HAPPY.

They were able to repair our brakes up in less than ten minutes, and we were on our way. They were also super-friendly and super-helpful. Id definitely use them again.

Went there for an oil change expecting to pay about $30. What they dont tell you is that the oil change prices come out to be about twice as much when its all set and done. If you are a guy let a female take your car in and the guy at the front will give them a special discount just because. Over all pretty unsatisfied with the whole experience Except for the fact I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Will be changing my own oil next time.

I drop my car off yesterday for brake replacement on my Hyundai Sonata. Butch called me this morning to tell me that my back breaks are perfectly in great shape. Butch you are the man. Break Plus I love your honesty when it comes to looking at cars saying what is needed and not needed for repair work. Butch took the time to time to call me on my phone and gave me some great news. If you anyone is having an issue with there vehicles please take it to Break Plus right off the freeway S. Watson Road. You will be glad that you did. If I could give 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. :)

Im a single mother with 4 kids and my car just stopped working today and I had 2 of my kids with me in the heat, they were able to push my car into their garage and start working on it right away. They gave us cold water to cool off and explained to me that my water pump went out and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand (inexperienced with cars) lol and were able to give me a sense of relief. Eric was even able to give me and my kids a ride home so we were not stranded. Forever grateful for the kindness they showed me and my kids.

We are new here to Buckeye since 2016 from California. After moving here our vehicles needed some desperate repairs. Brake Masters, their manager Jason and staff have been life savers to us. They have replaced on my vehicle, brakes and fuel filters. On my husbands truck they have fixed our air conditioner, the lower ball joints with an alignment. The knowledge, courtesy and knowing our vehicles are our life line to our jobs, they have extended extreme generosity and sympathy for our situation. They always would call to update us on our vehicles. This Brake Masters just earned a customer for life. I was about to leave on a trip when I noticed my breaks were making a horrible noise. I had just had them checked by another well known place but apparently this place didnt really check because they were horrible. The staff at Brake Masters explained everything and even took me and my son home and picked us up that next morning to come back to get my car. Overall the staff were wonderful and the customer service is top notch. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone.

I came in due to a leaking radiator that was less than 2 years old. It has a lifetime warranty and was cheerfully and promptly replaced. No complaints here! Highly recommend them.

Needed an oil change. Did not have an appointment but they got me in and out quickly. Great customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If you value your wallet or your vehicle you will refrain from bringing it here. They recently lost the only decent staff they had now the only people there will rip you off and not fix what they said they would. They will charge you for things that were never done and half complete the things they were supposed to do. They cant even diagnose a problem properly had a friend who had to return there 4 times to fix the same issue and when they took it to a different mechanic they never even fixed it at all. They will Bandaid it not fix. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself the headache.

I had an 8 am appointment for an alignment. The guy said that it was never scheduled and if I wanted I had to wait for up to 2 hrs or go somewhere else. They were running behind and had no one in the lobby. This is the reason I would rather drive all the way from buckeye to Avondale to the brake masters out there. They offer much better service.

Best honest place. We have known Butch for years and always been up front and honest. Very personable.

They make mechanics look bad and Buckeye look bad. They should shut this place down and quit touching vehicles. Go steal somewhere else. Visit at your own risk, these guys epitomize the term shady mechanics.

For no charge! These gentlemen helped me with my broken wiper arm on my Land Rover. They didnt have any parts to replace it so they thought up a creative solution and used the passenger side arm. This was before a rain storm in the desert. I would have been stranded! Thanks guys.

The brake job was a lifetime offer and the finish product is a smooth, quiet operating system. It took somewhat longer than I expected. It seemed that the technician worked on other vehicles as the arrived even though I had an appointment

We had the worse experience with this place, I cannot recommend this place to anyone, we took my sons car because the service engine soon light came on, and we wanted to get fix what ever the problem was paid almost $600 dollars when we picked the car up, the next day the light came back on I spoke with the manager he said to bring back, called me back and said it was something else we wanted to charge us another couple of hundred. I called the cooperate office to see if they can do anything about it, but of course they said NO that it was the managers decision. I told all my friends and family about this place so it doesnt happen to them or anyone else. I certainly dont know too much about cars but I believe that when you pay that much money to get your car fixed and they return your car the same way and then they tell you that just drive your car like that you should be fine just fix it when you have to take your car to emissions thats exactly the words from the manager from this place. I will never step a foot in any of Brake Masters.........

BEWARE !!! Sold services but had to go to another shop to have the repairs performed. Repairs were ether not or incomplete. Technician argued and lied right to my face with the manager backing him up completely as I was showing him photo evidence. DONT GET RIPPED OFF HERE. WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGITIVE STARS IF I COULD.

As much as I dont enjoy having to shell out $$ to fix my Honda, I am so happy my car broke down in Buckeye AZ and Butch, Cain & Rick were able to get my camshaft sensor fixed quickly. The gentlemen were super accommodating and even made sure to freeze bottled water for me and my son because they knew we were road tripping it and wanted to fill my cooler with cold water ❤️ the only bad thing is these guys are in Arizona and I live in San Diego lolHonestly some of the best guys to run into especially when youre in a bind. I know if I drive thru Buckeye AZ again, I will have to stop in just to say Hi 😎 thank you guys so very much!!

I have visited this shop several times for diagnostic help with my truck. Everytime the managers and mechanics were able to identify the brakes and alignment issues. I had work done at another local shop and it was done wrong twice. Due to warranty issues I took it back and had them recheck it. They are professional and very helpful. I will be bringing my truck back here from now one for everything. Thanks guys :)
