Very polite on the phone it took about a week longer than they said price was fair they left a lot of dirt on the floor

Very impressed with the quality of work, and their quick turnaround time.Update: Had twelve more double pane windows and three picture windows replaced on a commercial building. All windows were different sizes and built custom. The professional crew installed everything quickly, and with quality workmanship. Very satisfied!

I was referred to Century glass by another glass company. I needed my shower door replaced. I ordered and paid upfront $957.90 and waited 2 weeks for them to install. While they were at my house installing my Son was home, I turned on my security cameras and saw one of the workers lying on my bed talking on the phone. I find this really disturbing. So I set the camera to record and watched the other worker doing all sorts of Martial arts moves in my bathroom. Again very strange and disturbing. When I got home I found that the installation was of poor quality and there were globs of silicone left on my tile floor. I contacted the company and let them know my concerns. I was assured that I would get a call from the owner. The owner did not call me till the next day and then told me that he fired one of the men and now has to look for help. Like I created his problem. He did offer to repair the problems with my shower and an appointment was set.

My neighbors Master bedroom window was shot at with a marble. I contacted several window repair companies. All the estimates were close in price.I chose Century Glass and Mirror because they were local and I believe in supporting local businesses.Jayne was excellent in person and on the phone. Reason for 1 star is as follows:We were pleased with prompt response to replace a large broken thermal window. We also asked about security screen on front door plus a screen on replaced window. When window installer arrived he knew nothing about either additional requests but said hed measure for window screen saying hed talk to boss re: how to affix it around window without damaging frame. He even explained they install golf screens on courses to protect their windows. When finished I had to point out quite a lot of the broken window glass he hadnt seen that had been dumped on the ground. He kept walking through it as it was being pointed out to him even. This after he was told twice this is our large dog run area so the screen and a clear area is importantHe tried to help me clean it up. This was mentioned to woman taking orders/calls WITHOUT ANY condemnation about installer, even saying, he probably couldnt see it in the bright sun.After a few days and no estimate on screens had happened, a second call was made to inquire about it.To date theyve NEVER called back!

We stopped by to see about getting a price on sunscreens,and we ended up getting a time the next day to get measurements for the screens. Now we just have to make up our minds about what to do? ( Awesome people to deal with!).

I am a Realtor and have had several of my clients use this company. All my clients have been pleased with their service. With many of manufacturers right now, windows must be ordered, so I am having my sellers check their windows before they list. Otherwise, it can be a tight turn around between buyers inspection and close of escrow.

Rick helped me find some obsolete parts. We have used them several times and will continue to use them, they do an excellent job.

I paid $165 for them to replace the lock on my siding glass door and it doesnt work. Called them they came out 2 more times claiming to fix it. The handle fell off after 2 weeks. Will take my business elsewhere. Ive been using them the last 8 years but I am beyond disappointed.

I was scheduled for a 4 hour time block, I cancelled plans and waited, and I waited, and I waited. Finally, 3 hours after the 4 hour block they show up. So 7 hours I was waiting. They messed up my rearview mirror and now its not even connected to the glass. Needless to say I wont be using them or recommending them
