Debbie and her husband Mike are hands down the best business people Ive ever worked with. Theyre honest, straight forward, no blury lines or smoke screens, just good people. Their pricing is the best in all 3 states I compared (Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri) theyve got a solid system from the second you say you want to buy something to the loans, to the transport, delivery and setup. I normally hate a one stop shop because you usually have to sacrifice something for the convenience. Not here. Not with Mike and Debbie. Theyve done all the hard work for you and just get it done. I cant give them enough praise for what theyve done for my family

Prices are outrageous. You can buy a building and do it yourself for a lot lot less or buy a 3 br mobile home for what they charge you for there tiny houses.

Took my mom by here the other day and they have a big variety they have these adorable little houses that are like super nice quality and the layout its perfect to move into immediately. They also have larger trailers and those arent as high quality but theyre definitely affordable. if I had a hunk of land and I needed to put my first building on there it would be a trailer from these guys. They have some really nice starter trailers.

Didnt buy a home, but we loved the ability to browse for free without a salesperson following us around. Made us realize a tiny home could easily work for our family!

They have a great selection of different layouts. They have a great open door policy where customers can look at their leasure and have someone in the office to answer any questions you might have. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. So if you find yourself there on those days, its worth coming back when they are open to have a proper walkthrough. I did just that yesterday and had to go back today so I could enter inside them to look.

Its a Fad. You can get a regular Mobile home for the same price and not be cramped. Plus Make sure you do your home work on the cost to up grad. These dont come code ready. VA loans also require about 6,000 in up grads. Again just pick up a regular Mobile home

It was nice; I enjoyed viewing the different styles of Tiny Homes Somewhat pricey. I would like to design my own floor plan. There was a few designs that was absolutely beautiful, but I saw other ways to improve on the flow.Question, do Ozark have some potential land spots or do the state of Arkansas approve of the homes on your land. It would not make any sense to purchase one these homes and they refuse to let you put it on your land.Next question, is there a small home community, and if so, where are they located?My third question, will Ozark stick with You to settle into your new way of life.My fourth question, are these homes off the grid ready?

Very friendly owner and love the designs and overall quality of what he offers vs others weve seen! Weve got our model already picked out and in April to May we hope to be tiny house owners ourselves! If you dont want the huge mcmansions and like small and cozy but easy to maintain and affordable come see them up here at Ozark!

Cool homes but way overpriced. Horrible customer service. The salesman acted like he had no time for us even though no one else was there.

Plenty of inventory. Poor craftsmanship on the units. The sales people never spoke to us, we were there for at least 30 minutes.

I have know Mike for years he is honest hard working guy. If you are in the market for a Tiny House this is your guy. He wont be beat on price. If you dont see what you are looking for just talk to him he has many options for getting what you want.

It has great tiny homes that are furnished and very nice inside. The only downside is that theyre very expensive.

Felt like I was on HGTV! I absolutely fell in love with one model that had the stairs to the loft tucked behind the kitchen. Beautiful home and surprisingly spacious!

Awesome owner showed me many tiny homes and they were roomier than what rhey looked like outside. I told him what I wanted. He gave me paperwork, so I could see what could ne arred.
