Tried to exchange product the next day with receipt and packaging, no sign of wear or use in original packaging due to the clerk said it had a feature it did not so wanted to exchange it for more expensive one that did. The manager said absolutely not due to its been opened and he cant sell it now. I then ask the clerk do they sell the display models that are opened for cheaper? She says no we wipe them off and put them back in the box and sell them brand new price. Which contradicts directly why the manager said he wouldnt do an exchange. I even offered to buy the display unit and pay a restocking fee, he ended the call wouldnt talk about it. He could of made more money off of me and did what he does with all the displays and put it back in the box and sold as new price.

I came in today and had a bunch of questions. Logan was the one working today, and he helped me out a lot. Great guy and very smart about his products. He cracked some jokes too and I’m definitely coming back soon.
