Great boat buying experience! Really friendly and down to earth staff and owners, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Searched several other dealers in state and out of state for the boat we purchased and nobody could even come close to the price they quoted us from day one.
I’m from northern Arkansas. I made a call to Arkansas Marine. I was just getting motor prices cause I wanted a new motor. They are about a 3 hour drive from me. After 15 minutes of being on the phone talking to the owner. I knew I had found my marine shop. These people are wonderful. Customer service was hands down the best I have ever had! I left there feeling like I was family! I will make the 3 hour drive for all my service needs. The installation of the motor was perfect so clean! I even bought new seats from them. I was thinking ok I’ll put them on when I get it home. No I got there and they were perfectly mounted to my boat. They never asked for a single penny for it. Ron, Michelle, and Robert thank y’all for y’all’s beautiful southern hospitality! I have never been treated that good in my life. I’m more than excited about my new motor!
We bought a tritoon from Ark. Marine a couple years ago and have been very pleased, both with the boat and with the service. They are always very friendly and accommodating and they do good work (we had them winterize it and install some new speakers). I would definitely recommend them.

We bought a 20 foot new party barge, G3. When we got it home we realize the top was badly molded. We have been trying for over a year to get a new top/ canopy. Still no luck from the dealer. Lots of promises. No action. You better be sure when you pay cash for your boat that everything is right. Service after the purchase is not going to happen!
Dont know who this W JONES but he doesnt know what hes talking about. There a FIRST RATE co. There people are friendly and knowledgeable.Sounds to me like hes looking for something for free. There sales dept will give you a great deal so why go any where else.
