Needed a tractor and Matt Cargill had an awesome deal on a big green John Deere machine. Hadda have it. I live three hours away and passed 7 other JD dealerships to get mine in Bryan, TX. Awesome service. Great group of folks up there.

I called United Ag & Turf to ask if they were able to work on older green machines and they assured me they could. I hauled in my John Deere 420 for some some maintenance and an overall checkup. It didnt take them long to freshen up the old tractor at all! When I arrived to load her up, I also received a formal education on this old tractor as far as how to check fluid levels and what certain levers do which was extremely beneficial. Extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism at United Ag & Turf.

We love our John Deere tractor for little farm use- but the parts department here is in trouble. Slow. Unreliable. They are sure nice when they are apologizing- i suppose because they have to apologize so much!? They do have a good toy selection.

The new zero turn mower we bought this year works wonderfully and cuts the grass in half the time. The process was easy and the financing at zero percent was an amazing deal. We even went back and bought a weedeater the next week.

I spoke with John who after telling him what had happen was very surprised. John not only was interested he made an apt to come see the equipment in the morning. It doesn’t matter what the out come of the equipment I would recommend John and the folk at the Bryan store and we will be using them if we still have equipment.I called United in Navasota, tx and pushed the #3 button for sales. Monty comes on and I ask for who’s in charge of sales, he said he could help, but i told him i wanted to talk to who’s in charge so Monty hangs up on me. I called back and went through the process again and get another person (sorry didnt write his name down) i tell him my husband and I are wanting to liquidate our farm equipment. He asked what all we had, so I told him the list, most of which had been purchased there before they were united. He asked if he could send me his phone number so I could take pictures and send to him. I was polite and told him no offense but im not going to do his job for him and that if I took the pictures all the stuff would look really good and didnt he want to see it for himself. He told me no offense but that he didnt want to waste 2 hours looking at equipment that might not be sellable. So i thanked him and called the United Ag and Turf in Bryan Tx. I spoke with John who was very interested and made a apt to come see the equipment in the morning. I would never recommend Navasota Ag and Turf for anything other than their parts department which is the only good thing about them. They will try to Screw you if you have a trade. We were going to trade Mahindra 4550 w/loader that was almost new (literally) and they offered 7k. We walked out and then later they called and offer 12k. To me thats trying to steal from people. I dont write reviews so Im not just a Bitcher and complainer but you better BEWARE of them.

Bought my tractor Friday sales told me they would get it ready and deliver it Monday. Took off work waited and waited nothing no call or text. I called the salesman he stated he didn’t remember that but was sorry. Was so excited only to be let down by sub par service. Not a good start for me. Secondly went there with a tractor package in mind only to be told the numbers are not accurate and sure I could get the implements but not for price advertising. Waited many years to get my first John Deere and feels like I went to a car dealership and got had. I know the tractor will be great just disappointed that the advertisement seems a bit untrue.Update: got my tractor, I absolutely love it. It is exactly what I expected and more. Management reached out to me about my first post almost immediately and wanted to make everything right. I was very pleased with the concern given and the care in which I was given. I would recommend not only the tractor but the team in Bryan for the fast response to my concerns and the willingness to come to my home on the weekend to show the ins and outs of my tractor. Thank you Bryan United AG and Turf you have earned my business.

The service administrator, Justin Blalock provided excellent service at my recent visit. He got my riding lawnmower repaired and running before for I got it off the trailer!

I bought my Gator and zero turn mower from United Ag & Turf and have it serviced every January. All of my experiences have been exceptional and the staff is always on point. Especially Kori. She talks to you like shes known you forever and takes the time to explain any questions fully. If there is any question or concern, she investigates and follows through. Because of the service, equipment, and personnel, we are a permenant John Deere family.

The parts people and service are great here (especially Abel). Super-responsive and happy to help, from a $1 bolt to something bigger. Well actually since it is JD, there are no $1 bolts but the $10 bolts are great! 😂 So a serious summary: excellent service and customer care, highest quality parts, prices are high but in-line with John Deere. Also their hours are not extended, stuff always breaks Saturday evening and they dont open until Monday.

I will never for the life of me understand why a Tractor place would close early on Saturday. These days, the VAST majority of people who own rural property work on Mon-Fri - meaning they have to do their farm activities on the weekends. It is inevitable that these people will run into a problem in the AFTERNOON - so if they need a part from a store that closes at noon, they are SCREWED.Its a bad business decision

Korie is the best Service Manager EVER! And her Team of Service Staff are the best in the business. They wont oversell you anything; will be up front and honest about what repairs or service should and must be done. And they go the extra mile by noticing things we should have caught, like a almost flat trailer tire, and offer to air it up before you leave! Today was no different, and Wes was so great and helpful. Found the issue on our mower right away based on what I told him was going on. Cost me $20 to replace a bad part. No over sell, and on top of all that, he gave me some tips, showed me why the part went bad, and was very kind and knowledgeable about my issue. What more can I say about the staff at United Ag&Turf other than you cant get better quality service anywhere else! See them now for any Ag&Turf needs. Ask for Korie in Service and shell get you connected with the right service technician for the job. Like she did today with Wes! Thank yall. Ill continue to keep coming back. Been coming here for many years now. And Korie always remembers me. She even remember our yearly beach trips!

I pick up materials there for my son-n-law. He places an order and everytime I just drive into the back yard and the crew loads and secures the materials. I get out of my vehicle but really dont have to. Great employees and great personalities all around. Nothing to complain about except that they arent opened 24/7.

Yes my name is Michael Shane Phillips. I bought a lawn service package from here and i have to say that this store alone has the best people I’ve ever had to deal with. Robert was so good and efficient on getting me started with my new equipment for my lawn business. Also Korie Barnett, Scott Hamilton and Wes Tindle all helped me tremendously when i was in a bind. My z-turn was throwing codes and not working properly so Wes immediately got me a work ticket and told me to come on in. It was fixed within hours and i was able to get back to work. Korie and Scott were on top of things as well as the others. Very courteous and so willing to get me back to work. I live in Palestine Tx, which is roughly 2 hours from me. There is another store 45 minutes closer to me in Tyler, but because of these very nice people here at Bryan, i will happily drive those 2 hours just to know that they are THE BEST at what they do. Y’all have know idea how much it meant to me that y’all treated me like family. United Ag & Turf in Bryan is definitely the best store due only to the fine people working there!!

I worked with Korie the service manager on both my JD compact utility tractor and my JD lawn tractor. Service was excellent - she kept me up-to-date on the repair and even worked with John Deere on my problem to make sure I was getting every warranty/benefit from them that I could. United Ag&Turf is not the closest dealer to my house but I have found that it is worth a bit longer of a drive to get such good service.

When we ordered the 333G with MH60D we were told we had to complete our order for the order to be placed. Turns out our salesman just wanted his commission check before he quit. We ended up making payments on the machine before we even took possession. We were charged full price for Forestry package even though the severe duty door was already on the machine.Upon delivery of the machine the bucket, operators manuals, and door key were all forgotten at the shop.Went in to parts department, the guy behind the counter took 30 minutes, and they couldn’t even find the parts numbers on the high pressure fittings. United in Navasota were able to help me and in 15 minutes I was out the door.Weld on push bar on MH60D broke. We were told “Yes we can cover that under warranty. Haul your machine here and we will get to it sometime next week”.Take your business anywhere but here. United in Navasota have been great as well as Shoppas in Giddings. Mike and James at Shoppas are the best parts guys I’ve worked with.

I live in College Station and got amazing walk-in service from Justin Blalock on my riding mower. You dont get service like this in many places anymore--friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, professional. Highly recommend.

Baler broken down on a Saturday afternoon. Hay ready to bale, rain coming. Korie helped schedule the repairs ASAP! Andrew came out and fixed what was wrong, also shared a wealth of knowledge about operations and limits that Id never known. These two were a Godsend. They are both very polite, professional, and extremely helpful.

Pretty good service. Only a few times have i had to wait in a short line. Sometimes I need a part which isnt in stock and they special order it. The parts come in quick. Im new to tractors and they explain and answer any questions I have.

Great experience with your service department. My baler broke down Sunday afternoon, in a panic I called the Bryan store hoping to leave a message for a return call. Korie actually answered the phone and told me to bring it in Monday morning. Korie was waiting for me and had y’all’s mechanic, Deigo, working on it immediately. Two hours later, I’m on my way back to the hay field. Korie and Deigo were great, kudos to your service department.

I was not told to do so, but I wanted to share my experience in case it can help someone out there like me.I brought my mower for repair after it quit moving forward or backward. I am a new mom who has very limited experience with driving trailers and trucks and such.Upon arrival Robert was beyond accomodating to my situation. I wouldn’t have been able to unload my dead mower with a baby in my arms. Robert helped unload it and went out of his way throughout the whole process to ensure my mower was fixed right; even after we hit some bumps along the road I never felt neglected or taken advantage of. This morning I picked up my mower and I am happy to say it runs like new. Not only did the team fix it but I was also treated with such courtesy. We’ve had the opportunity to do business with a sales person (Super nice Hispanic young man) and a service person (Robert) and it has always been an outstanding experience.

Took my zero turn Z335E mower for a winter service special, brought it in with a flat tire and picked it up with a flat tire, how can the Work Order have Includes tire and fuel treatment for season, Check tire pressure and check front tire for leak and still send me home with a flat tire. I found a bad value stem core when I took the wheel off and tested it in a bucket of water. Grease machine ? I cleaned the deck and greased the blade spindles myself - expensive and not a good service

Matt Cargill and the rest of the folks are pleasant to work with and the prices are reasonable.Overall, a great experience.

With my experience in this location Id say, Not a good place for parts. The guy that help me said the part wasnt in stock. Set there like a bump on a log. He didnt offer to chaeck any other dealers in the area, nor did he offer to order me one in. He offered no options nothing. He sat silent saying nothing. I finally just left.

Service is beyond terrible. As customers, we were misled, overcharged, and disrespected. Twice, we have had machines inoperable within 30 minutes of complete servicing (at $1000 per occurrence). The first time, the battery was dead when we tried to pick the machine up. Had to overpay for a new battery just to get away.The second time, the belt broke within 30 minutes of use the day the mower was returned, and Robert refused to even let me pick up a complimentary new belt to put on myself, when I felt strongly that they should make a free service trip to finish the job for which they were paid.We will try WRI tractors just down the street.
