I hope to find a clerical error and not find an employee has been using a stolen identity. 2019 was the first I became aware but thought after contacting the IRS it would have been fixed but with COVID WHO KNOWS all I know is apparently this person is still employed by this company n still to this day using a false social security number

They got to our house set up their equipment. Covered as much as possible with plastic to protect it from the dust produced when cutting granite. They cut the counter end to the length we needed. Then they cleaned everything up. Great work, very friendly on the phone and while at our house.

The workers came on time both for measuring and to deliver my granite counters. The counters were completed in a timely manner and look great. They returned phone calls in less than 24 hours. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that they cut the granite outside my open garage door and my garage and car were covered in granite dust. I think experienced workers would be more careful by doing the work further down the driveway or would have warned me to close the garage and move my car.

Old Stone did a great job on our granite counters. Their prices were very reasonable. When we had a small problem we wanted fixed after they had installed the counters they sent someone back within 2 business days to fix the problem to our satisfaction.Because they are so busy, you will most likely always leave a message for callback. We had to reschedule our quote once but once we were in the process for the counters, we did not have to wait long.You will need to be comfortable knowing what you’d like stylistically as they are trusting that you can lead yourself in what granite color, edges, etc that you want.Overall, we had a great experience and I wanted to give them the credit they deserve here.

I am a real estate broker in the Bryan College Station community and have used this company a hand full of times. There is almost always an issue. One time, I had to have them remake a small bathroom counter because it was installed with sink 3 to the left instead of centered. The counter was only a 2 counter so clearly visible. They do not return phone calls and dont adhere to their schedule. I went in a few weeks ago for a client and told her we were on a budget and asked for counters that were around $32-33/foot. Maria, the only person that is ever in the office showed me multiple samples, which I checked out. They never called to follow up after their measurer went to the job and when I called, she couldnt remember me or the job. Today, when I went in, she took a long time to find my job sheet (she had no name associated with the job) and finally did an estimate that was $38/foot. When I reminded her of the budget, she became very rude and smug and said she could do no better. I asked her to remember our discussion and she said that maybe I spoke with someone else! Do not use them. Thats my last time.

They did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and put in 112 inch countertopwith two sink and backsplash. The work and countertop was flawless and price was extremely reasonable. I would recommended them to anyone.

Recently we hired Old Stone Granite tohave some our granite work done. Mainly there are two persons, one person looks after household orders, and the other looks after orders from businesses. We were in constant touch with our manager. From the very beginning they were very professional, kept their words, and informed us ahead of their visits. Want to point out theythey will make several trips, one for measurements and estimate, then template, then one group does countertop installation and the other does backsplash. Finally, the price was reasonable, and sometimes slightly cheaper than other stores.

Horrible service. Calls not returned. Apparently to much business. Some much better companies are available.
